Amazing experience. Charles, James and Michael took great care of me as a neighbor. I work across the street and they were able to accommodate my schedule and provided amazing service. They explained everything to me and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I will definitely be going back (hopefully not anytime soon).

I set an appointment for 10am this morning for an oil change and for them to look at my front driver side tire because it keeps losing air. I was waiting and I asked one of the people at 10:50am if there were almost done and he said they had just brought my car back to a bay. I sat back down because i understand they might have been a little busy. I then waited until 12:15pm until they even talked to me about the car. He said my rear two tires were bald and would not pass a state inspection and then proceeded to try and sell me on a whole new set of 4 tires (i get he might get a commission or something), but I declined and asked about my front tire because that was the problem tire to begin with. He said nothing looked wrong with it, just that they were low on tread. I asked about the rims and he said that tech did not find anything wrong with the front tire. I then paid and went back to my car. When I got in i realized the warning lights were still on and the psi in that tire still showed 22. I know I should have gone back in and asked them to fill it up, but I did not want to wait another hour for them to put air in a single tire. I then looked at the report they gave me and it says that all 4 tires were at 35psi and that there were no warning lights. I have attached a picture of the warning lights and where the psi discrepancy is. I also have pictures of my back tires and admittedly they are low on tread, but they are not bald. My frustration mainly comes from the time I wasted and being lied to about something that I could clearly see was a lie when I got back in the car. Why would they let me set a 10:00am appointment if they were not going to get to it at that time. Also, why would they not fill up a low tire...that makes absolutely no sense to me.10/10 would NOT recommendService: Tires

I love this Firestone! James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I dropped my vehicle off and it was ready within a few hours. The entire process was smooth and it didn t break the bank. I explained my concerns to James and he was honest with what repairs were needed and he gave me recommendations for the future. I ll definitely be back for any issues that I have!

I want to preface - extremely nice guys that did their best to fit me in quickly and that was appreciated.Long story short: Was visiting Texas from Oklahoma when my check engine light came on and oil light began to flicker. Engine started making the not greatest noise so I knew to stop driving. I take it in to this store and they inform me needing my oil gaskets replaced due to leaking, an oil change, and a few other maintenance things (coolant and whatnot.) while also mentioning a Rocker Arm replacement that is dealership only. I say, whatever will get me home, I will pay for. $700.41 later, my car broke down not even halfway home. Mechanic gets his eyes on it and said he knows from the initial issues there was deep motor issues (not the rockerarm) that was obvious from the initial request that was ignored and they squeezed out money they knew they can fix and get. Ran it by my friend that manages a Firestone else where and he agrees - they should have been more transparent and took advantage but nonetheless, I'm already out $700, and without a car stranded hours out with thousands of dollars ahead of me.Thanks, Dallas Firestone.Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Service was quick. Associates really care and try to drill down to find the root cause of problems. Very thorough with repairs. I am very satisfied with their service and tire replacement and feel the vehicle was completely restored to factory specifications.I will definitely return if any additional service is required.

The bathroom was not the cleanest, I even offered to clean it while I was waiting (!) But other than that, the store was fine, James and Hollis were very good and professional and they did a good job on my car. I will definitely go there again.

Gia, Joe, Michael, James, and the whole crew at Firestone on Lover's Lane are always top-notch and this visit was no exception!I hit a median on Friday afternoon during a heavy rainstorm, had my car towed to Firestone, and even though this is a busy location, they got my car taken care of and back to me by Saturday afternoon!I'm grateful I signed up for the lifetime alignment package and a great warranty on tires purchased at this Firestone location a few weeks ago made this single car snafu a breeze to get addressed for mere pennies.I've already shared my great experience with other friends, and they were equally impressed because they know as a Harley owner and former Corvette owner, that I am not easy to impress.THANK YOU to everyone at Firestone - Lover's Lane!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

My mom had a flat tire on her way home from work. By the time she was able to make it to Firestone on Lovers lane it was closing time. They stayed here well after closing time to fix her tire. We really appreciate Hollis Merwin and Joe Aiello for extending every courtesy to get her home safely.

I have been going to this location for over 35 years. Its a neighborhood institution. I have known the tech who worked on my car. who is always warm and welcoming.. It GREAT FEELING, JUST LIKE FAMILY.

The review for this shop has been a long time coming. In Aug. of 2021 I came in to have this shop see what was up with a check engine light, concerned that it came on shortly after another Firestone location had replaced some engine sensors and gas cap. While this location didn't charge me for the Engine Diagnotic, they also didn't determine the cause. Luckily a different mechanic shop not affiliated with Firestone figured out the issue and replaced the "crumbling" component a couple of months later. Why such an obvious thing (according to other shop) wasn't noticed by the Firestone mechanic I will never understand.The time this past week though was a completely different experience. Ladies, be prepared to be asked if "your husband" has been able to approve any pricey repairs you need, and to be called "Hun".....Seriously I'm all for being polite, but the connotation there is insulting. I have no husband. No male is listed on any of my contact information, nor related to this vehicle in anyway.

Called to see if they could fix our tire for . Was told they could but that it could be a few hour wait. After waiting 3 1/2 hours they informed us their lift couldn t do our vehicle. We gave them our vehicle type over the phone. There is no reason they could not have told us before making us wait for that long.

Do not come here. I called them and asked them do they fix a c's the man tells me To bring the car in so he can look at it and let me know if it can be fixed. I drive twenty minutes To this location for them to turn around andtell me I have to make an appointment. Any Car repair place that doesn't take your personal time into account will be a place that takes advantage of you DO NOT Come here

I have used this location for 26 years. It was mostly good to great until a few years ago. We had some yucky experiences but the quality is back! The new manager James is super helpful, knowledgeable and responsive! And, the other front people are hugely improved in their training and knowledge. Thank you! I m glad it s bounced back!

Don t book appointment after 5 pm. This is my second time I booked appointment for tire rotation. And I drive 20 minutes to get the shop. And your employee is saying we are not accepting appointments after 5 pm . Then why you re not blocking to take online appointments. I m really frustrated. I leave my work and spend 1 hr. So much disappointed. You guys should shut down your business

Came to this location for an oil change. I set up an appointment to drop off the car at 8AM to have it completed by noon. I came to pick up the car at 2pm, the car was not done because other cars were more important. In 6hrs they could not find the time to do your oil change,Do not come here the manager is useless.

I have nothing but great things to say about this store and their level of service and professionalism. They truly cared about helping to get my problems fixed in the most cost effective way possible. They were clear and communicative throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond in addressing any questions I had, as well as thoroughly explaining any costs involved. Brought my car in for an alignment at 10:30am. They said it would be done by 12:30pm. At 1pm I asked how much longer, they were just taking my car back and needed another 45 minutes. What a waste of a day!

This is my fifth visit to Firestone at the 7310 W. Lovers Lane Dallas, TX 75225 location. I originally came in for an alignment and it was discovered that I needed a lower left control arm. I agreed to have the left lower control arm replaced & then a front-end alignment done 06/11/23 and I stayed 5 hours from 9:30 am approximately 1:30 pm. Replacing the lower left and getting the alignment didn't fix the problem. I returned 06/17/23 and Charles Williams said the mechanic, Michael who had previously made the repair, recommended that the right lower control arm was needed in addition to front struts. However, they couldn't fully explain how the struts would affect the alignment or how it was a part of the problem. Since the repair technician Michael didn't diagnose the problem correctly the first time, which is unacceptable & frustrating, I agreed to the replacement of the struts, right lower arm control and another alignment. This clearly didn't fix the issue because my SUV, a 2002 Toyota Sequoia, was performing even worse.James Howard, the manager offered me new Firestone tires at $1000.00. He believed that that would fix the issue with my SUV. However, I refused his offer because the Michelin tires I have on the SUV cost more the tires he suggested and Michelin is a better brand of tire. James became aggravated and and shouted at me when he asked me "Why was I acting like this? I am trying to help you!" When he was actually trying to help cover up the many mistakes that the repair technician made. To date, I was promised I would be contacted by the General Manager for this location and I have not received an email or a phone call yet.

I called them, described my problems to them, and they told me to bring my car in for a free courtesy check. Then I get there and they say I must pay for a diagnostic and there is no such courtesy check available. These people are liars. Stay away from them!

I got a nail in the tire of my Avis rental car. The nail was in the side wall so the tie needed to be replaced. The staff at Firestone contacted Avis and took care of everything. The Firestone staff for professional, competent and courteous. The location is great because you can shop at the BBQ store next door while your car is being repaired.Service: Tires

Had an appointment on Friday afternoon, they let me know the car would be ready Saturday by 5pm. No point in making an appointment, if you don t mind going without your car for a couple of days, choose Firestone.

One of the employees gave me incorrect information about fixing and electrical problem and set an appointment for a service that Firestone couldn't perform. When I got the the store, Gia not only apologized for the wrong information, but bent over backwards to work with a local electrical shop to complete the repairs and to make payment convenient for me. Even David, who originally gave me the wrong information, fully redeemed himself in my eyes by giving providing me with constant updates and essentially shepherding my car through the entire process. I was initially very upset with Firestone, but everyone makes mistakes, and it was truly inspiring to see the lengths to which they went to correct their mistake and keep their longtime customer happy.

I brought my Range Rover to this shop to diagnose a coolant leak. After a few days & paying good money I went to pick up the car and it was leaking coolant immediately. The techs misdiagnosed the issue and ended up causing damage inside the vehicle. Although this shop did give me a full refund, the entire experience was very subpar.

Dropped my car off to have the tire patched because of a screw in the tire, had called ahead and was told I could come in without an appointment. They were pretty busy and so it ended up taking quite a while to do it. Not only did Caleb make sure my tires got patched but he stayed late to make sure it was done so I could pick up my car same day. On top of that they found an additional nail and patched it for me without hesitation. First time bringing my car here but I'm very impressed and very happy with the customer service. Will definitely be coming back in the future!
