Usually really good but I have a car emergency I made an appointment for at 7am today. I got to the shop and have been waiting outside for almost 20 minutes and now have to leave because I need to be somewhere. Hoping my car will survive another day with almost no oil.

6:30PM Saturday, everything is closed Easter Sunday and they close at 7:00. I asked if they could patch my tire with a screw. They said NO. Come back Monday. I need new tires. I know who I'm not buying from.

When my "usual" location was unable to service my fleet vehicle and didn't have time to perform a state inspection, this location did. Maybe this location is becoming my usual location. Great, courteous customer service from my initial phone call through my second visit here to my checking out...I had a friendly and speedy visit.

Everytime I go to this location they have me make an appt which I did in the am they will prolong and work on your car until closing time so they will not have to work on other cars. No matter what you take your car in for 8 hours for an oil change or 8 hours for an alignment or just simply change some tires out. This place is always empty they never have any cars to work on at this location and after being here 3 times I understand now.

I brought my car in to have the suspension checked. When my car was returned to me my window was severely cracked. The man at the desk, Barry, acted as if I was lying and trying to scam them at first. After following up with them the next, as I was told to do, they sent me an invoice and said that they would be replacing my window free of charge by the 10th of September. Now every time I call them they give me excuses or hang up on me. This is the worst service I have ever received or witnessed from any company. They broke my window and still charged me for the visual inspection. Today is the 20th of September.They fixed my window and made things right. Stay away from this place. I went in with the intention of getting a state vehicle inspection but was unknowingly upsold a bunch of services that weren't necessary to pass inspection. I came in and found no one at the front desk with no bell to ring on the counter, so I had to go around out back to finally get someone to help me.Once I made it back to the front desk, I was immediately asked by the associate for my contact information, not what actual service I needed. After I gave him this info, I waited a while and was later told my car needed over $700, but the safety inspection and the emissions test fees combined were under $30 (in retrospect). This place lacks transparency and honest communication. They'll easily exploit any potential customer to squeeze as much money out of them as possible. Would you really want to go to any business to fix a particular issue and not be asked any basic questions about what you need? Let alone get reasonable solutions?The associate even tried to suggest something to "save me money," but I thankfully realized he was just trying to get me to apply for a credit card after asking the right questions. At least those unnecessary parts/services I got were adequate, so I didn't leave out feeling completely conned.

Do not go here if you expect customer service. Was turned away for a simple tire plug due to nail more than an hour before close of business because of the 3 cars ahead of me. They don t want your business. They just want to close shop early and go home.

The service here is so bad. The open time is 7am. I came here at 7am, but the door was lock. I didn t leave until 7:30. No one was here. The other day I told them about this. They didn t want to do anything for that. When I got there, they told me they didn t have a tire to replace. They told me to come without tire in stock? Seriously?

Stopped to get car oil changed around 9 a.m. no other customers, plus no visible customer cars in the parking lot figured quick in and out 1 hr tops., power outage according to guy at register computers were turning back on, so I told him I'll wait in the waiting area. . 15 min later still never even asked about what I needed. 2 customers walked in he told them if they would like to came back later.No customer acknowledgment at all, besides computer was turning back on.

Came in for a simple oil change just to be told try again tomorrow. Didn t even try to book an appointment it s only 2 workers. Big location for such terrible service.

I took my Honda CR-V in for repair.Interestingly enough, the repair technician informed me my air-conditioning panel had to be replaced.Yeah. He actually said that.He was going to charge me a great deal at $1800 to fix it. It is such a great deal because he knows the parts guy at Honda and has since he first got into car mechanics 25 years ago.He gets a "special" discount.So. I asked him to talk to my husband.My husband wasn't as easy as he assumed.We picked up the car and took it to the dealership.Luckily, I had extended coverage on the car. It cost me nothing but my time to get it repaired.The first Firestone we went to (Campbell Rd by Coit in Richardson) sent us to this Firestone because they did not have the equipment needed to charge the air-conditioner.My CR-V is a 2018.The Firestone they sent us to was supposed to have had the correct equipment.Absolutely no complaints with the Firestone in Richardson. At least they were honest.I cannot say that about this Firestone.Also.I drove to Richardson Firestone with Intermittent air. I drove to the second. When I left the second, I had nothing but hot air.Which means they did not recharge it after inspecting it.What a jerk.

The lady working October first around 12:40 blatantly wasted my time and came off as rude. After waiting several minutes for someone to change my tire, I walk in to see what s taking so long and she is busy servicing and actively helping another person who showed at least 10 minutes after me. I would highly recommend the number of other tire shops across the street from Firestone as they actually value your time and helping their customers in the order they come in.

I came in 20 mins before closing Friday night because my tire was completely flat. I barely made it there and had no other option. Although it was so close to closing Jairo still helped me and put my spare tire on. He provided great service!Service: TiresService: Tires

Service was horrible, my wife took my truck up there for an alignment I made the appointment for 2 o clock they waited until 4 to pull my truck in and it was there for 30 min before they pulled it back out without attempting the alignment. Prior to that one of the mechanics so-called an stated that they needed more time with my truck after my wife had already been there 2 hours (poor customer service), not to mention they wanted to keep my truck over night just to get to it in the morning. The guy I spoke with stated that another technician took a look at my truck while it was parked and it needed more than an alignment after I had just had it fixed. I will NEVER take any of my vehicles to this location, communication it very bad and they do not abide by the appointment time. I took my vehicle someone else and was in and out within 30 mins, if you ask me I don t think they have a clue what they are doing at this location. I should ve took a look at the reviews before going.

HORRIBLE. Please do not give your business to Firestone. This is the third location I have attempted to use. In this saga, my alternator was replaced and when I received the car back, coolant was leaking and the hood s hydraulics which were previously in perfect working order were not functioning. The hood simply slams shut. When I returned the vehicle to have these items addressed, the vehicle was given back to me with my engine cover missing from under the hood and none of the problems aforementioned fixed. I am embarrassed to say that the only thing surpassing the incompetence of staff and managers and their complete lack of respect and honesty is my stupidity for going back to them with my business. Please save yourselves the headaches and having your vehicles vandalized and give your business to someone who deserves it.Service: Battery

The process was a little slower than I had hoped but they were thorough and got my car taken care of. I was disappointed that the diagnostic fee wasn't absorbed into the cost of having the repair done by them since it was quite steep. Most places I've used in the past always rolled it in but just glad to have no more indicator lights on.

If you have extra money to waste come to this place. they don t know how to work on cars I spent almost $1300 to fix my car still having same problem they can do anything and they want me to spend more money on it I did complain to headquarters I don t know what They going to do . And customer service is the worst experience they don t know how to treat the customers please do not come to this location .

Terrible experience. Appointment at 12 for an alignment. Came in on time, dropped off the car. Sat for 30 minutes waiting for them get started, when they didn t, I asked when my car was gonna get taken back, they said just one sec. car taken back at that time, only for them to bring it right back out. They apparently couldn t get my stock suspension car on their lift. Even though I ve been to multiple different firestones with no problems on previous alignments with the same car. Employee called another store asking if they could get me in, which they couldn t. During the conversation the employee repeated multiple times that the alignment rack they had was terrible, it doesn t work very well, it s not a good rack. Not something a customer wants to hear when they want you to work on their car. Maybe the next location I pick will be a little better.

My whole family has been coming to this location for 15 + years.. we have at least 10 cars on our account. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful but I needed my tire looked at and called first and spoke to aiden. He was friendly and helpful.. when I came in he remembered me from calling and remembered what I was there for.. I don t write reviews a lot but only if I feel it s deserved.. he told me he was a new employee and had been there a few weeks. But you would have never known by the way he took care of me.. I was surprised to know that because he was very confident and knowledgeable.. kudus to Aiden . Firestone is lucky to have him..

They were good but make sure they get your correct phone number and last name as mine was typed in incorrectly so took a minute to find it to see if I had purchased the insurance. The gentleman was able to get a replacement tire for me from another store and get installed the same day.

Dishonest. I went there for tire pressure check. They were nice enough to fill my tires but then the guy said to me Oh you have a big piece of glass in your tire, you need to come in so we can change your tires I didnt believe a word he said because he sounded like he was lying. The week after, I took my car to the dealership to get it serviced and they said that I don t have anything wrong with it.

To walk in and experience the genuine care these folks have for their customers is both refreshing and admired...and needed!Lets face it; who can't wait to wake up and buy tires or have their vehicle repaired!? However, it' reality, so it is great to have a place where experts in over-the-top customer experience are there for my family!

We were from out of town and wound up having to go to two different Firestone s the same day. The first one kept us there for 2&1/2 hours then told us he didn t have the correct supplies for our vehicle. The second one managed to get us in and out in about 1.5 hours. Both were located on the same street so idk if it was the first or the second.

Worst experience till date. Came in for a tire change. The guy in front was extremely rude and continuously arguing that my car comes standard with run flats when I told no and showed that on the phone he got furious for that reason and told me that the internet is wrong. I think this is absolutely the worst customer service experience I had and no apparent reason for it. Anyway after I told him to change my tires to the ones I asked and not the runflats they took forever to change the tires and banged up my wheels real bad. SCRATCHES EVERYWHERE DONT CHANGE YOUR TIRES HERE.

Please avoid this location. I ve been to plenty of competent Firestone locations. When I call and ask how busy it is and get a, not busy at all , I seriously do not expect to wait two hours on a routine balance and rotation. This job takes almost any Discount Tire location I ve been to about 45 minutes.This isn t for Firestone as a whole, just this location.

Great management team at this location. I live in Rockwall but that store is always to busy to do an oil change even if its hours before closing. The guys at this location are helpful and will even stay late if necessary. Big difference between the location in my hometown versus this one in Dallas. Thankfully our family business isn't to far so we can continue to have all four cars serviced here. Gene is super nice and helpful and treats you great regardless if the job is just an oil change or if you're needing a set of tires...very honest and knowledgeable. It would be great if all Firestones were ran with the same commitment to customer service as this location.

I am always treated very well. Rob, the manager, is a very kind man, explains everything, even works with you fairly in pricing. He does not tolerate rudeness or poor customer service by his employees, as was shown to me. His store also does what it says it will do and they get your vehicle repaired in a timely manner. I've been going there a few years now, so I know what I'm saying. This IS my one and only car maintenance & repair place that I trust!

We have purchased our tires from here before with no issues and just recently stopped by to check low tire air and the front desk was very kind and helped us out as best as they could. Great customer service from my experience.
