I was very pleased with the prompt service I received. Ed helped me get a new battery while I was in town for my daughter's volleyball tournament. Despite having a full appointment schedule, they were able to assist me in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend this location for anyone in the downtown Dallas area (or anyone having car issues while traveling).

My neighbor recommended Firestone on Greenville, and I'm sure glad I have them a try. At first, I wasn't sure if they'd be able to take my car even though I had an appointment considering how busy they were. Their customer service is great, and they were quick to assure me that they could honor the appointment and get my car done within the hour. I was very impressed and because they did everything they said. They seem to work well as a team. People kept dropping off and picking up their cars with ease. Overall, it was a great experience, and you just can't beat the price. I will definitely take my car for service here again.

Stephen really made my experience horrible. He told me 2-3hours and that they would communicate if more time was needed. I called 4 hours later to only be told, by Stephen, that there are two cars ahead of mine and that my vehicle hasn t been worked on yet. That s unacceptable. It took them 7.5 hours to complete my car and I had an appointment for 11am and showed up at 10:45am. Then Stephen told me that I would have to pay $125 each time I came in for the lifetime alignment I just purchased due to the type of vehicle I have, I was told by a different store manager that he was lying. I m requesting a full refund because I had to refund my client $450 for missing our scheduled appointment due to this issue. I requested a call back by the area manager and still have not been contacted.

I had an unfortunate incident of a flat tire and immediately thought of visiting your establishment for assistance. However, my first encounter left me dissatisfied and frustrated. The individual I approached at your establishment seemed dismissive and unhelpful. They informed me that they were unable to assist me that day and requested that I return on the following day. Given the circumstances, with a flat tire and no means of transportation, their response was not only unhelpful but also quite rude.Furthermore, my disappointment continued when I contacted your business to schedule a service appointment. The person who answered the phone displayed a similar lack of professionalism and courtesy. Their tone was dismissive, and it felt as if they were inconvenienced by my call. This further reaffirmed my negative perception of your establishment.However, I must emphasize that my experience was not entirely negative. It was the third individual (Barry) I encountered who truly made a positive impact. Barry demonstrated extraordinary customer service skills and possessed an exceptional attitude. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist were commendable. He went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, and his efforts salvaged my impression of your business. His dedication to providing excellent customer service should be acknowledged and recognized, he was phenomenal and I made my fiance" take off work to go with me because I was afraid of them being rude to me and Barry completed overwhelmed us and provided phenomenal customer service and he is the ONLY reason that I will continue to come back to this location. Barry listened to my description of the noise my car was making and got me into the rotation for the day despite that I did not have an appointment. I was charged only a nominal fee for the inspection. It turned out that the noise was caused by something very simple and easily fixed. Another repair center might have taken advantage of my ignorance and charged me a large sum of money, so I was very grateful to have met with honest professionals. My primary service that day was a routine fuel injection cleaning, which was complete in good time.

0 STARS for this Firestone location due to horrible customer service rendered.I went in to possibly schedule a tire replacement appointment today but needed to have my tire checked to ensure it's fixable or needed replacement. I wanted to know if the tire is in stock at this location since my C300 2023 tire is not available at most tire vendors and needs to be ordered first.I asked if they could take a look prior to booking a replacement appointment, as expected. The guy behind the counter told me they would only be able to look at my tire the next day and by appointment; it was only 1 p.m. at that time, so I took my business elsewhere.I went to Discount Tire down the street (6616 E NW Hwy, Dallas, TX 75231) after being disappointed by Firestone's customer service. Discount Tire took a look and, in less than three minutes, removed the nail and told me no replacement was needed.

I went to this location because it opened up relatively near us, looked clean and I had read good reviews about Raymond Khattan. Raymond has been good, Jonathan has been good, but the tech has been atrocious and I don t trust the work he s done on my car.Items done on my car since Monday (06/21/2021) of last week:- Wheel hub assembly replacement (initial issue that I went to have inspected) - $750- Fuel Filter Replacement (per their recommendation, no problem, all good) - $166- Cabin Filter Replacement (per their recommendation, no problem, all good) - $70- State inspection - $25- One new tire (per the technician s recommendation because I kept hearing drumming noise from the car after the wheel hub assembly was replaced) - $120- Three new tires + alignment two days later (per the technician s recommendation because I now heard the drumming noise in the right back of the vehicle and Raymond asked him and he said the tires are bad ). I said okay, no problem, wish you had told me earlier when I had spoken to you guys so I don t have to keep coming and going. - $357Today I went to pick up the car and the first turn I made out of the shop I heard my right front passenger wheel rubbing against the fender. I went back and they noticed they had installed the wrong tire size. See pictures below.My car is still there. This has been 7+ days of me going back and forth with this shop when I have been a cooperative customer that was / is willing TO PAY to have my vehicle serviced right. They didn t even have to sell me on additional services, I was asking for it.Unacceptable. I have no confidence in the fixes on my wheel hub assembly and other items. Car is still there, I hope management does something about their techs. Raymond can only save face with his good customer service for so long.EDIT @ 5:15 PM 06/27/2021The noise they had diagnosed ($21.99 vehicle diagnostics) on Monday (06/21/2021) that was identified as a wheel hub assembly problem has now turned back up again. $750 dollar fix for a hunch. If you can t service older vehicles just say it and I ll gladly take it somewhere else. Don t touch my car if you don t have the expertise or know-how.

I had a terrible experience at 1430 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75206, United States. The reps name is Steven. He attempted to tell me my 2009 Honda accord required synthetic oil, it does not. He attempted to say this based on the fact my car has high mileage, while I understand it can be suggested. It s in no way a requirement. I understand the suggestion but he quickly backed tracked and advised I can use standard oil as I previously explained. Next I attempted to present a coupon for $29.99. He advised the charge for the standard oil change with the coupon would be $69+?! When I asked why, Steven advised that it was because the oil change takes more then 5 quarts. At this point I politely advised I will leave. I left because my car takes only 4.4 liters of oil!!! So he is flat out lying to customers and based on my interaction and the one with the person I saw him handle in front of me. I could tell Steven is a liar and a cheat! Someone needs to investigate this, unless this is how Firestone does business?!

Barry was great. Steve kept me updated and gave me a call around 3PM each day to have be approve additional services that needed to be done or if my vehicle was ready. I plan on coming back for any maintenance/tire needs.

Steven L was incredibly friendly and transparent about the costs of repairs for my vehicle and gave me timely updates as well unfortunately I couldn t go through with any of the repairs because they were out of my pay range but I greatly appreciate Steven s customer service!

Firestone will never receive my business again. They used to be trusted to handle my routine oil changes and other occasional vehicle maintenance, but the fact that my synthetic oil change has gone from $60 to $120 is outrageous. Not to mention the $300 to change some headlights and turn signal. I found another auto shop nearby that took care of the same issues for almost half the cost for the exact same services. As hard as things are financially for people, I m furious that they deem this acceptable.

I am very impressed with this Firestone! They were honest and helped me save a TON of money. I came in with no appointment and they were able to fix my car the same day. 10/10 this is a great shop.

I had a flat tire on the way to dinner at about 6pm. Michael managed to have the flat tire replaced, diagnosed a battery issue , and installed a new battery all before closing time. I very much appreciated his willingness to help and the ability to do so quickly.

Wouldn t recommend unless you want to leave your car 8+ hours and them still not be able to look at your car. Just for a simple tire repair. Was told it would only take a few hours, called several times to be told we will get it done today. And I show up when they close as no one called or let me know anything. and was told then they never got to it. Terrible service.

Great work and service. We mistakenly thought we made an appointment for a tire repair but did not send it all the way through, and Ed still took the extra time to take care of us even though he was getting ready to finish his day. The work itself was perfect and Ed was the best. We ll definitely be back here for anything else we need!

Location is conveniently located, Store is clean, restrooms were alright. Staff is friendly, The only reason this store obtained such a low rating is because they made me wait 3 hours to switch out 4 tires, replace a sensor and check my brakes and rotors. Service is slow, you will be sitting there for HOURS. A customer before me expressed that he was waiting for 4 hours.

Ed was a hero! I had an issue with my tire, came to Firestone (accidentally) without an appointment on a Friday evening. Despite the short notice and end of day approaching, he still fit us in. The fix was perfect and the service quick! We ll definitely be back!

Absolutely wouldn't even recommend someone to go here if this was the last tire shop on earth, it's sad I had to take my tire off myself and get a ride to hamms just to get a tire, with out even looking up the guy behind the register nonchalantly tells me it'll would be a couple hours before I could be seen because they only had one person working at 10am, how rude, and what kind of place schedules one employee in a shop during weekday business hours. My truck had a blowout on my way to work, so I pulled over to firestone with my tire shredded off the rim. Rather than offer any help to me. He came out and started yelling at me, and threatened to call a tow truck and have my truck towed, mind I had my two week old son in the truck with me. I just don't understand how a tire shop would treat someone with a flat tire in front of the tire shop that way. Terrible service wouldn't recommend it to my enemies.

Horrible customer service, would t recommend at all! 1-star is even to high of a rating for this place. Will never use them again. No point in making an appointment as they still won t get to your vehicle for a simple oil change and new tires. Tires were in stock and on hand so I don t understand why this couldn t be completed the same day. Stay away as they are horrible!

Waited a day and a half for an oil change that never happened. Incredibly poor communication, false promises and overall a huge waste of time. I called multiple times to see what was going on (no one ever reached out to me for updates) and at the end of the second day when they told me they hadn t even started I knew I had to go pick up my car to go somewhere else. For most people, having your car locked up for two days is a big deal.

SCAMMED. Went in for an oil change and fix a tire that had been losing air. I get a call telling me that I need to replace both front tires when only one of them had an issue going in. After trying to sell me a tire and alignment package, I declined and say I m going to get a second opinion. I then pick up the car, I leave the facility and drive down the road and the car is pulling entirely to the side of the road to the point of being not drivable (which it had not been doing when I dropped it off) I turned around immediately and went back to the facility where they told me my tire pressure was at ZERO. they did not tell me this upon picking up the car claiming they forgot after much back and forth, they put air in the tire and tell me it won t hold. It s now the following day and the air is STILL holding in the tire. They tried to rob me of buying 2 new tires plus an alignment package and went as far as to deflate my tire to zero to try to pass one over on a young girl. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL. A flat tire can cause an ACCIDENT and potentially hurt people. All to make a buck off your small commission rate? DISGUSTING. Rico, Steven, and I believe the other ones name was Michael who were all involved.

I bought a battery for my car in 2020 at a different Firestone location that failed within the warranty period so I had to come here to have it changed. I asked about an oil change since I was here and have always had synthetic oil previously. I opted for a regular oil this time after asking the guy if it would cause any issues and was told no. After a 2.5 hour wait, I was called up to the counter and told that I was required to do a synthetic oil change per manufacturer recommendation and that s all they were allowed to do ($80 more than original amount). I said I ll wait on that because the dealership will do it for $40 less than they charge. He said oh I m sorry we already drained your oil out so you really don t have an option now. Clearly the store manager doesn t know his product, or used a bait and switch tactic to force me into a repair I wouldn t have had completed. Plus I ve been sitting here more than 4 hours for what should be two simple things. I m extremely upset and will be disputing the charge with my bank. Avoid this place if you want honest mechanics!!!

If you are a young woman, stay away! I took my car here and felt fully taken advantage of. I was quoted a ridiculous price for new brakes, and was told by another mechanic that I was probably getting scammed.

I took my vehicle in for repairs on 6/17/23. Two of those repairs included replacing the air cabin filter and brake fluid exchange. I had an appointment for 9/19 for an oil change and to look at the cabin air filter because there was a mildew smell. They did not complete the service Tuesday and did not communicate to me that they were short staffed. They said they d get to it the follow day but when I called they let me know it still wasn t looked at. I picked my car up Wednesday and took it to the Volvo service center Thursday morning. At Volvo I was informed and shown photos that my air cabin filter was never replaced and the brake fluid exchange was not completed. Not only is this Firestone unable to complete services in a timely manner but they re charging for services that were not completed.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

The absolute worst Customer service. Steven up from just stands around and says I don t know a lot.Over weight bald guy is unprofessionalAnd tells you what you want to hear.Dropped off my car at 7am for an oil change, 5.5 hrs later and it s still not done. I show up at time they said it would be done and they have my car on the lift and no one is working on it. I ask about it and they said we have to refill it yet no one is doing anything. I ve been here for 15min and not one person has touched my car.This place should ve stayed closed.Horrible horrible place.

Good job on my lifetime alignment but changed me an extra $30 on something I didn't ask for. I didn't feel like debating with the guy considering that he was giving me attitude like he was doing me a favor so I let it go. I will take full advantage of my lifetime alignment but probably won't be giving them any more business.
