I spoke to them through out the day making arrangements to buy a vehicle. Called them when I was ten minutes away from the location to confirm my location and verify my intentions of making the purchase. I pull in and received mean glares from the men working in the yard and later a snare from the lady in the office when I asked why the car was pulled out and being serviced. She informed me then that someone was going to test drive the vehicle! Extremely unprofessional and almost aggressive environment. GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THE HUMANS KNOW HOW TO TALK AND SMILE AND ARE HONEST.

Don t buy here. The owner Karla is very unprofessional. She will REPO your car even if you pay what is due just because she gets mad and takes business in a personal way. They take advantage that they don t report to the credit. So, if your looking for a car, save your time and money. Do not buy here. She will text you like a crazy mad person about the payments .. don t get sick, don t loose your job and please don t die or she will take you to court per her text messages!!!

Honestly would not recommend la se�ora Rosie is really nice I believe she s the momBut my car needed a battery replacement within the week I got itThey replaced it but still who wants to be stranded by there new carPayments with them were always an issueMost of the ladies there are just rude can t ask them questions about there payments or anything bc they will get super defensiveShould ve known that since the beginning when I was asking about the prices.Could go into more details about other issues but it s a lot.Overall I don t recommend, I loved my car not the services from Fernando s team.

Honestly I wish I can rate it a Zero, I posted a review 4 days after I got a 2018 Dodge Durango, because the check engine light came on right after I got it. And someone contacted me and told me to bring the truck in so that they can take a look at it and asked if I would remove to comment. I didn t bring it in to them because I didn t want them to do a quick fix which I explained to the woman and It would be broke down the next day, with my kids on side the road or sum. Honestly I can t believe I m been over charged for a vehicle that s no good. && I had to put $2000 on this vehicle already when I just got it . Got the truck fixed 4 days later, tonight I was leaving work and almost had a bad car accident truck stopped in the middle of the hwy like seriously! I will see what I can do about this because this is ridiculous, I have kids that ride in this truck with me. No Mama && no I will not remove this comment I m highly upset, I m pretty sure theirs some kind of law that has to deal with this. I will be bringing this vehicle back as soon as possible ..

Just purchased a Kia Soul from this dealer and the entire process took less than 30 minutes. Everyone we talked to was very nice and helpful. And the car is in great shape for a great price. 10/10 recommend this place!

I got my Challenger from fernando auto sales and they have been great to deal with. I'm able to make my payments through my bank transfer and they text me my new balance the same day. I've got behind on my payments due to a family emergency and they waited for me to catch up. Really good people and not to be confused with the other small dealers in the same lot.

I went into Fernando's about three years ago I bought a 2007 Tahoe I haven't had any major problems. I did get behind on some payments and the owner was understanding and help me with my situation and help me keep the Vehicle with out repo it. I also have decided to buy another car 2014 Chrysler 200 and I am working to pay that off and my next vehicle will be a 2016 Chevy truck. Thank you Fernandos family for all the great support you give to each and every customer.!!!!!! Love this place

I bought a Ford Taurus and was assured it was inspected and it was a great reliable car that would last. The engine blew 90 days later. Of course they didn't do the honorable thing. They never even checked the fluids! Very shady business. Stay clear!

Asked repeatedly about the condition of a vehicle I was prepared to purchase, the sales associate answered my question on the dealership hours but wouldn't answer my question about the condition of the vehicle. Not a very honest way to do business. After I called them out for not answering my question they blocked me.

I bought a 98 ford winstar. Monday. 5 days later .i found oil in my reserve.a sign of blown head gasket.i called and he said theres nothing he can do.i bought this as is.i wanted to trade for amother..he said he needed to ask his boss.he said. More likely he will not trade.even if i make the difference.so do your self a fovor.do your homework

Bought a van from them for 1500 and the transmission went out 4 days later. I cost us 1900 to get the van running . they are totally no good!!!

they are a scam do not buy from this place they will wait till your on your last payment to repo your car for any reason but one way or another you will never be the owner of the car and the lady owner is disrespectful and does not understand american laws we all have to go by they are all a scam..........

Over priced. they make promises they don't intend to keep. They try to hit you with "fees" I asked them how much to change the breaks on my car they told me $200 plus parts!
