Let me give you the run down: fair prices, nice people, and fast work. Especially with it being Dallas. I recommend coming in right at 9- if you don t see anyone there, try knocking on the side door and if not just be patient. First seen, first served (not come ). There was a little line of cars parked waiting before they opened. They don t have a phone # because they don t have time to answer a main line. They are very good with calling you as soon as your car is ready - if they don t call, it s not ready. I recommend getting the mechanic s cell in case it were to be close to 6 when they close and you haven t heard from them.I had an oil change, break fluid filled, and most importantly got my rotors & break pads fixed - rotors have a 2 yr warranty, break pads is lifetime. They do have the option for you to provide your own parts for a cheaper service. I m definitely coming back here I was helped by Marco

Told us to be at shop at 9a.m. got done with our brakes when said it would be done (11/2) and was very happy with the work that was done!!Good job guys

Great service repair work at an affordable price. Be patient because the secret is out that Marcos is so good and affordable that he is usually maxed out with repair jobs. Seriously, be thankful if he accepts you repair job and relax. If you need your car back fast take it to Firestone and see how that feels when you get the price. Marcos goes above and beyond to help us get back on the road at an affordable price.Thank you, sir!

WASTE of Time tell you what's wrong with car you gives you the round around always has the EXCUSE has to many cars he's working on tells you to bring it a certain day to work on it end of day still sitting same spot you dropped it don't call to tell you what part it needs until 30 minutes before they close?? Then tells you to leave it the night but don't know when he can get to it

Muy buen servicio por algo hay demasiados carros en espera, diagnosticar y reparar un auto se lleva su tiempo no es algo que metes al microondas y est� listo, definitivamente aqu� no es un lugar donde te adivinan el problema y te cambian partes que no son necesarias. Quieres algo mal echo? Ve con fulanito cambia partes. Quieres algo bien hecho? Se paciente y espera, te aseguro que quedar�s muy satisfecho.
