The service here is absolutely wonderful. They work quickly (depending on what you are here for).I have sat on a watch my father bought while stationed in Japan back in the 70/80 sThis piece is more that just a watch, it s memories.Results took about 3 weeks for it to be fully repaired and pricing was well worth it, granted it was extremely reasonable considering the market and how tedious this job is.I m beyond happy with the results.They have replaced the mechanical components to make the watch work properly and it now will not destroy a battery and keeps time accordingly.

Great referral from batteries plus for a new battery that battery plus couldn t open the back of the watch. Found the watch in a drawer that belonged to my dad. Just a good old timex! New battery made it clicking again and got a new watch band as well. Efficient, nice and was ready in 15-20 min and got a text saying so. Was pricier than batteries plus but well worth it!

This place is awesome. Once I went in for a stronger gold chain and they didn t sell one to me and convinced me mine was perfectly secure. Today I went in to have 2 gold clasps repaired. I was told 2 hours and yet received a text message that the repairs were finished within maybe 45 minutes! Pricing is fair and they are fast!

They have done many repairs for me. However, was very happy with the repair of my citizen watch. They replaced the crystal that it came with that scratched way too easy with another that has a sapphire coating and was repaired quickly and well done. Very happy with themUpdate: they have adjusted watch bands 3 times for me. Very fast and affordable and professionally done

The jewelry repair shop that I recently visited did an amazing job! I had a necklace that was in desperate need of repair, and they were able to fix it perfectly. I took a Cartier watch in yesterday to have a link added. Link was added, and it fits great however for $59 I would ve expected him to seat both screws in properly rather than it seems shoved in one at an odd angle leaving screw head askew from watch case. I am somewhat afraid this may strip screw or case. The case and bracelet should be completely smooth, completely without blemish and now, if you run your finger down the side, you can feel the defect.You can plainly see that the screw all the way to the left is not seated cleanly the way the rest of the screws along the side are.Also, for that lovely price of $59 they just threw all parts of a another link into the bag so as to scratch each other up as we all want our white gold links scratched up because we don t care about our watch just like Fast-Fix , does not give a F about our watches or parts!I noticed on your other negative review you ask them the same question if they perhaps went to another location. We better learn to spell like you should learn how to take care of 18 karat gold jewelry because it was your store and most likely you who did such a terrible job on my watch and then storing the access link like it was garbage into their plastic bag! North park, I ve lived in downtown Dallas for 25 years. I know the effing difference between north park and any other mall.!

This is my second time using FastFix to repair one of my 6 year old daughter s chain necklaces. The staff is always friendly, the service is quick and price for what I needed was reasonable.I like that I get a text message as soon as it is ready. Both times it was so fast that I was not ready to pick it up

Fast Fix resized my 39-yr-old wedding rings (top and bottom bands) in a few hours and made them look like new!! I couldn t be happier! Great customer service plus a six month option if the resize isn t perfect.

Walked in needing a longer gold chain for my clover charm I purchased in Ireland. Found the perfect one and the friendly employee put my charm on it and put the other chain in a nice plastic bag. Smooth Transaction

This store fix it is worth your time and money. The jewelers are optimistic and care. My biggest problem was, I was going to have to go into Northpark, A nice shopping mall but I hate shopping mall. They repaired my jewelry quickly and did it right. Two jewelry repair attempts at other places failed but I still paid. I really think that Steve the jeweler and Nancy the clerk did an excellent job.

I took in a Rolex to have links removed from the band. I was skeptical about the fix being fast. I shouldn t have doubted them for a minute. The customer service was excellent and the repair was done faster than promised. Highly recommend! I will definitely be back!

Call Fast Fix around 4:30pm. Stop by and needed some links taken out of a new watch..Gave them the watch at 5:30. Was told it would take anywhere from 15-25 minutes..So I went for a walk in the mall and got a text at 5:40 my watch was done..That was fast, exceptional service..For your jewelry repair, Fast Fix is the place to go.

They were fast and did a beautiful job. Not only that: they were honest. I turned and began to walk out, leaving my wallet on the counter. The store clerk and the jeweler both called me back in to get it. My family uses them all the time, this is the reason.

I had my great grandmothers watch cleaned up and repaired here. The watch needed new glass and they custom made the glass since the model isn t made anymore. The process took about 6 weeks. They did a phenomenal job and I m so happy with the final product. I can t wait to wear this vintage piece!
