The first picture is were supposedly what their tech fixed that his hand pointing to were the leak is , they over charged at $160 a hour just for that leak . Second picture is from thermo king tech showing the leak was not fixed . Please be careful with this company they over charge and do not fix what you got billed for . I will be taking them to court so they stop doing this to people and they need make it right they know very well they over charge and they do not fix anything . Please read reviews they are very rude and unprofessional .

They charge you $247.50 just to look at anything.Plus they charge a shop fee for using there tools to fix the problem. They looked at my for 15 minutes and my bill was $293 had to call the police. I told them I was going to report them they said so.

Business for 16 years as a refrigeration unit installer for tractor trailers. Also has a ministry out of the same building called ESP of Dallas (Emotional Spiritual Physical of Dallas).

WARNING Think twice before taking your reefer to these people. They do not know what they are doing. They put someone on my unit that had no knowledge of working with Reefers. He had to be calling Shawn to tell him what he had to do. The guy told me the problem and I asked him how did he know that he said that s what Shawn had told him over the phone. Long story short they were wrong they didn t fix the issue and when I got back to LA I got it fixed within a few hours it was a simple Freon leak inside the reefer. Don t waste your time and money think twice because you will end up disappointed and robbed for your hard earn money.

Really impressed with the high quality customer service. Went toThermo king and was told there was a 10 day wait time for my unit to be looked at. Found Extreme on google and was unsure what to expect. My wait time was about an hour. The pricing was cheaper than expected. Shawn the owner is really friendly. Really happy with the work/service provided. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Just rip off place don't go there. Give u different quotes and charge u different prices.

Go to someone who knows how to fix reefers. These guys can't do anything more than replacing tires.They make money on diagnostics, but can't fix anything.I paid $200 to have him look at it for 5 min and say this is not his level of work, he doesn't have the right equipment. If this guy was an honest guy, he would've told me on the phone that this is something he can't do. Of course its better for him to come and charge for service call.

Put in a new 12v fuel pump in my apu. They had the part and got the job done which saved us from sitting at Thermo King for a couple of days.Really nice people all the way around.

Very unreliable with their 24/7 after hours service. Called them at 10:20pm, said will be there in about 1.5 hours, they said call when arrived. And when arrived they didn t answer the phone for about an hour and Shop was closed so just wasted our time and fuel

Super service, needed a unit last minute on late Friday afternoon. The owner jumped through hoops and pulled it off even through rain conditions that made all the other companies back out. First and ONLY choice for me. Thank You Extreme Mobile Services!!!

by far the most expensive shop for a reefer PM. Charged over $400 just for a normal PM with 2 belts changed. The tech claims to have spent 3.5 hours to do my PM...!!

I love the service and people s work here , really a great work and cheap on dollars for your Reefer , don t waste your money and time to thermoking and carrier dealers. Come and see I promise you will be back again and again.

Me and my husband (the driver) had to have service they are very professional, took Shawn no time to find the problem and a solution, knowledgeable in the work that they do will not sell you or do work that is not needed great people over there Thank you Extreme
