I highly recommend Excalibur!! They were efficient, very helpful and communicative through the whole process. They reached out frequently with updates and my car after repairs looked good as new. The workers are so personable and truly can t express how easy they made the whole process! They were transparent about pricing and stayed true to their word. I will be going back to Excalibur for all repairs now!

This was the most quick, efficient, and painless experience I've ever had when getting my car serviced. Anessa was communicative and so helpful. They also went the extra mile and got some (stubborn and difficult) tape off my car and cleaned it so that it looked as brand new as the day I got it, which I did not expect! What a refreshing experience. I cannot recommend Excalibur enough and I will be sending my family and friends there.

I shopped around a bunch and got many quotes for bumper repair work on my wife's car. Was a stressful process overall where most shops really only want to know who your insurance is, not give a honest quote (so they can maximize profits) but thank goodness for Nick and his team. They were the only one to provide a quote the same day and were super communicative throughout the entire process. Work was done super fast and still looks great after a few weeks. Highly recommend.

Nick and his team saved my marriage AND did an exceptional job repairing my car!! Long story short I was a willing victim of a con artist who told me with great confidence he could easily pop the dent out of my car, patch, repair and match paint and all in front of my house in less than two hours. My car was botched! Let's just say my husband was speechless and I was full of regret and shame. Upon hearing my story a friend referred me to Nick and his team. Nick didn't need a lot of explanation, he was kind and considerate and offered reassurance that the damage was not beyond repair. He communicated often (with pictures too) throughout the repair and delivered in the timeline he gave me. The repair was professional and flawless and to top it off his team had cleaned the inside of my car to a detail level. Happy ending for the win, thanks to the Excalibur Team!

This place is hands down THE best collision repair space in Dallas. The professionalism and energy of each person here is palpable. Turn around time and communication is superb! They also have relationships with rental car companies and insurance!

The people at Excalibur could hardly be more pleasant, an important quality at the sort of business you only visit at the lowest, most stressful points of your driving life. They were quick, straightforward and, at all points, just plain nice. And the van looks great!

Alex and his team are great. They will shoot straight with you and do a great job. This is not one of the big corporate franchise places that just wants you to spend a ton of money, Excalibur fixes things right the first time and they don't charge an arm and a leg in doing so. We've not only done several vehicle repairs over the years here, Alex in many situations has given me great recommendations to other local small businesses when I needed something for my wife's car or my jeep that they did not do at Excalibur. Highly recommend. I will not ever use a different place for repairs.

People are saying good things about this place and for good reason. Everyone here is really helpful and knowledgeable. Same day service on my wife s Ford Flex that had some issues with the bumper cover not fitting properly and they did an awesome job removing, adjusting and fitting up proper. TLDR. Avoid this place.It pains me to rate any business this low but these guys really suck.I brought my BMW to Excalibur based on a friend s recommendation. I called and asked if they could get me in immediately (car was drivable but insurance wanted to make sure before I dropped it off) and asked if there would be any problems getting parts. They said no problem to both.They had my car for 6 weeks. 2 of which I had to pay for a rental out of pocket. I picked my car up and the paint was bad on the bumper and hood (there were pock marks in the paint), the hood was misaligned, the fender was misaligned, the drivers side interior door handle had chunks taken out of it, 8 out of 10 clips were missing under the hood, and most importantly, they didn t notice that my windshield was cracked from the accident.I sent an email detailing these shortcomings and was told to bring it back and everything would be taken care of. At this point they did provide me with a rental at their expense. They had my car for one more week.I picked my car up and the rubber seal below the window was destroyed, there was some sort of adhesive on my steering wheel and on the door, and the center dash speaker was dented.I texted the shop number, which is partly how we had been communicating, and was told the rubber seal was a separate deal and not part of the windshield replacement. I asked for a phone call to discuss. The owner, Alex, called me and told me the same thing. I asked him why that wouldn t be a part of the claim, when what s supposed to happen is to make the car the same condition pre accident. He just said that he couldn t be responsible for old rubber cracking. (I agree, but then insurance should have paid for it and should have been included in the supplement he submitted). I didn t want to deal with insurance anymore at this point either so I offered to pay for the part (~$150) if he would install it. He then asked me why he should pay to install the piece. It s literally 6 clips and he wanted to charge me a full hour labor.At this point I told him I thought that was as ridiculous and brought up the fact that he had my car for 6 weeks and his shop didn t even notice the broken windshield and the fact that they had to redo paint. He then said I think we re done here . And that was the last communication between us.2 weeks later I was driving to my in-laws and the BMW emblem flew off on the highway.TLDR. Avoid this place.

Cannot give this place a high enough rating. I have come here twice, and both times they were able to get me in within a week, had quick communications throughout the process, stayed true to their original prices and had my car back to me looking brand new within a couple of weeks. Not only was my car repaired, but also washed and detailed. Hands down some of the best customer service I have ever received and I will be recommending anyone and everyone here. I've had a broken mirror for a couple of months. I took it to Excalibur for repair and asked them to also perform a paint touch up in one spot and fix a broken spot in the grill while they had it. They estimated $1,420 for all and said it would take about 3 to 4 days. On day five, they called to say that it was "ready" but they didn't fix the mirror because they would have to order a new one. They said they were "only" charging me $1,300. They didn't call me during the week that they had my car to inform me that they would have to order a new mirror which would cost an additional $1,100, they just didn't do the work and told me that their work was done. I wouldn't have enjoyed hearing that they had to tack an additional $1,100 onto their estimate, but I would have agreed to it as the mirror was the main reason for the visit. They also didn't explain why they only estimated $120 to fix a broken mirror. So I was without a car for a week, paid them $1,300 for repairs that weren't required or urgent, and still have a broken mirror.

BEST of the best!!! These guys are truly amazing. Honest, timely, ethical, friendly, professional, quality experience, and the list goes on! They got my Range Rover fixed for extensive repairs in less than a week and for a very reasonable price. They stayed in constant communication with me the entire time and were always on top of it. Picked this place because it had some of the best reviews in my area. Called to get a quote. Of course I had to actually bring the car in for an accurate quote, but the owner/manager and his team were very pleasant to work with. Not sure if the price was fair, but the service was so easy up to that point that I didn t care to shop around. Dropped off on Monday and picked up on Friday for rear bumper and roof services. The work was great! Looks like I have a brand new car. I would definitely bring my car back here.Service: Body & Trim

Nick was awesome. Called me with frequent updates, made the accommodations to have my vehicle (which was not in driving condition) to their shop. The work was very quick and my car looks great now (repairs look fantastic). My van was badly damaged and it was repaired very well, beyond my expectations, cleaned and detailed afterwards and now looks amazing. Nick and his staff obviously take great pride in their work. Someone attempted to break into my truck while I was traveling in the DFW area. The door lock was damaged. I stopped by Excalibur and they were able to fix my lock quickly and at a fair price. It was a small job. They could have sent me away, but they were friendly and immediately helped me out. Thanks for your help!

After researching body shops, my fiance and I ended up having our vehicle fixed here.It was the worst mistake ever. There was zero follow-up process. There were ZERO check-ins from the staff. No communication at all. They are smiling when you walk in but an unorganized catastrophe in reality. My recommendation would be to find someone else to fix our vehicle. Almost any body shop can put your vehicle back together, but having the job 100% completed, with proper communication, is key. And this location missed the mark on our situation. I promise we had high hopes for this location, but based on our lived experience it was the complete opposite of what we expected. Our car still is not fixed. Never again.

Dallas driving yields dings and accidents, it s just a fact. In the past 10 years, this is my third time using the shop and I ve always had a great, timely, quality experience. I ve regretted each time my auto insurance convinced me to try their big chain shops. Skip the chain body shops and give this high quality small business a shot. Nick is a great communicator, helps plan out the repairs to minimal rental car time, and delivers a freshly detailed, perfectly repaired car- every.single.time.

I hate that this has happened but this place rubbed me the wrong way. Took in for small job on a Monday morning. Guy estimated Thursday or Friday. Call Friday and girl acts like that's crazy and it's probably another week out. OK then.. ended up being ready Tuesday I believe. Go to pick up and notice a weird gap between the new wheel trim and body that didn't look right. Start to pull on it and noticed it's just the old piece glued on with black silicone. Both the insurance estimate and the bill showed it being replaced. Go back in, guy says it must have not been ordered. Not sure why a) it wouldn't be ordered or b) how it was still charged or c) how you accidently glue it back on. Guy said he'd get it ordered and we could come back to put it on. Frustrating that we have to waste our time coming back but at least we noticed we were getting scammed. Driving off, I noticed the console full of mostly silver change was mostly pennies with a couple dimes left and a dollar from the dash was missing. Thanks. So next day they call saying part that they claimed to replace but didn't was in. I decide to bait the thieves. Put a few ones in the console and took before and after pics. Sure enough the scum bags stole a few bucks.Hopefully the rest of the repairs that we can't see as easy aren't just glued together. I'll never be back.

Excalibur did an excellent job!! Both Alex and Nick were extremely helpful. Though my car was not greatly damaged, they made sure to repair each issue efficiently in a timely manner. They made aure I was updated along the way from when to expect parts to letting me know when to come pick it up. Thank you Alex, Nick and the rest of the Excalibur team. After getting rear ended and getting the run-around from their insurance company I was having such a painful process with getting my car fixed up until I worked with Alex from Excalibur. Alex was so professional and helpful and him and his team did an AMAZING job on my car. They were quick, communicative, and I am so glad I took my car here. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! My car came back SO clean - they even filled my tire pressure up after noticing my light was on! - and I think it looked even better than how I had drove it off the lot at the Audi dealer when I bought it last year! This wasn't the closest body shop to me that the insurance company offered but I chose this one after seeing the reviews. Don't take your car anywhere other than here! I have a small hail dent from a hailstorm last year and I will be bringing my car back here later on to get that fixed too. Alex - you guys are awesome!!!

My mother had to get her car fixed due to the hail storm that came through Dallas. So her insurance company gave us some recommendations but none of them looked that good as far as reviews. So we did our own research and had 3 top choices that had awesome reviews. We chose Excalibur and we weren t disappointed! This team over here are excellent. Nick helped my mom as soon as we brought the car in and took maybe a little over a week. They even offered her a ride to the rental place if she needed a lift. There was an issue with the windshield that the claim didn t get and Alex handled it that day by calling the insurance company. My mom didn t have to deal with it. Which was nice since she was healing from surgery during this time. My mom got her car back the very next day. These guys are fast and detail oriented! Thank you to the whole team at Excalibur! My mom was completely satisfied with how her car looked when it came home!

Great service! These guys are the real deal. Got my car looking brand new and it's a 08. All part OEM and so polite every time I called. Even washed my car and shined my rims before pickup. Walked me through the repairs and had me in and out in no time. I hope I don't have to come back anytime soon but if I do they are the only way to go!

Alex and Nick truly made this unpleasant situation/experience pleasant. My vehicle looks brand new and the turn around time was CRAZY FAST!! Not only did they deliver great quality their customer service is absolutely amazing and ethical. Both, Alex & Nick, went above and beyond and I truly appreciate this.
