The only place I trust with my Range Rover. I m too cheap to go to Dealership service and the Quicky-Oil places just don t offer the sophistication of tools and expertise. Happy to recommend these guys. Solid results at a good price.

I recently had an experience with a BMW dealership that left much to be desired. Upon visiting, I found the atmosphere unwelcoming and was close to giving up on finding a solution for my car's issues. However, my experience took a positive turn when I decided to bring my car to European Service Center. From the moment I walked in, the difference in customer service and expertise was night and day. The staff at European, particularly Brandon and Anthony, were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They not only understood my concerns but also demonstrated a level of care and expertise that was reassuring. My car was in great hands, and the service provided was top-notch. If you're looking for a reliable, customer-focused automotive service, I highly recommend European Service Center. Brandon and Anthony are fantastic, and they truly stand out for their professionalism and skill. A big thank you to the team for their excellent service!

Unfortunately I must edit my glowing review and drop the star rating to a 2, which I do not take any delight doing. The shop, while appearing to be no-nonsense, did not perform the brake inspection that I brought the car in originally for adequately. They apparently performed a cursory inspection, and told me that the grinding noise I was hearing was likely caused by a cracked brake pad or a stone jammed in between the pad and rotor. All explanations seemed reasonable to a layman. Well, that is/was not the case and I am attaching photos from a different shop taken less than 2 weeks (yesterday) after the non-diagnosis. So, to point you to my original glowing rating comment about not requiring a brake replacement, that was poor advise, I'm disappointed and surprised as I had hoped for better professional service. It is my hope that this was non-intentional human error and corrective actions will be taken at the shop so this type of mistake does not repeat itself.Original review below.....................................................................................................To the point, no nonsense, and advised me not to replace brakes after inspection. Went for an oil change on my Cayenne. They were very fast and I love the price. Clean waiting area. This will be my new auto shop. I normally go to one in Dallas but they could not get me in.

Brandon, Anthony and the entire team at European are absolutely amazing to work with. They are meticulous perfectionist's and will go the extra mile to ensure their work is done right. They have kept my 12 year old Mini running for the last five years. It now has 170,000 miles and is still running well. Only had to do major work once, overhauling the oil system, which cost 3k. Very pleased with their service, and they are very nice to work with.

I m happy I found this place. They fixed my vehicle that I just purchased from Carvana. Bent tire frame, falling mirror, water pump and etc. They were familiar with Silverback & Carvana and submitted the claims for me and was able to return my vehicle back in a timely manner. I m much happier now!! Your in good hands when you walk into their building.

Disappointed customer! I have used them for both of my cars(BMW)! Last time I had the brakes replaced and they did not bleed them correctly. I returned back and they charged me to do the service. I was inconvenienced driving back, no car for a day and work missed.This visit I paid for diagnosing $100 oil change $199 and belt replacement $165+. The car had the same issues and after taking to a different place found out tie rod was bad and they missed it. Their quote $600+ had it done at another shop $235 including alignment.They did not, even knowing they missed the tie rod, offer a refund of fee paid. And yes my car was brought to them with a specific noise in the front left wheel/tire! I refuse to ever ever do service with this company again. Shame on me for going back! I can t say enough about 2 of the 3 locations. Elijah (Cedar Springs) was very cordial and polite, and although they were booked solid for the next 3 weeks, he offered to run a diagnostics just to give me peace of mind ..gave me the number to the other two service centers. Anthony (Preston Rd) .man I can write a book about how knowledgeable he is and his passion for fixing vehicles. The man has been working on cars, trucks, and anything that moves since he was 13 and it shows! He gave me it to me straight and ran the diagnostics. Told me best case and worst case scenarios, time tables, the whole nine yards. I wanted to leave my car with him and just fly back home because I sincerely feel like my Mercedes won t be safe in anyone else s hands now. These reviews (along with their wait times) will attest to their level of professionalism, quality of service, and overall high demand in luxury auto service. If you take your vehicle anywhere else, you are doing yourself a great disservice! I think I m going to put my car on a trailer and bring it BACK from Alabama just to let them do the work! He said it would make it back to Alabama (I had my wife and 3 week old son in the car) and it sure made it without a hitch! Thanks to Elijah for sending me to Anthony and thank you Anthony for restoring my faith in mechanics I just knew ALL mechanics were out to get people s money Until we met you and your staff!

After a terrible experience elsewhere, we discovered these professionals on Google. We received an estimate from them for brake replacement, and they noticed a low coolant light and low tire pressure on all four wheels. Although we initially requested only brake replacement, they suggested checking the cooling system. Usually, such recommendations might be seen as an attempt to upsell, but in the end, they only replaced the brakes. Upon picking up the car, we realized they had added water to the coolant and filled air in all four tires without informing us. They provided a professional and prompt service, refraining from unnecessary upselling. Highly recommended!

Took my 2020 Maserati Ghillbi S there today for an oil change. Best experience I've ever had with a service center. Anthony and his team provided me with an overall diagnosis of my car with pictures texted to me with information included. No extra charge added. Pricing was spot on for my oil change and their professionalism is top notch. If you care about your car as much as these guys do your going to love this place.

Richard the Owner, Brandon and Anthony has done an exceptional job on my vehicles! European Service Center has INCREDIBLE customer service which no other mechanic shop has. Very good service, not cheap but not too bad, they also made a list of recommendations for my car, which had not been serviced in awhile, but also told me which things were really more urgent, so I could save some money. Got some basic stuff done like oil change, but also replaced some worn brake pads. Would recommend them for sure.

Great experience scheduling the service and check in. Unfortunately, I was not informed of the service status until I called the next day. The bigger disappointment was my air conditioning is still not functioning. hmmm I am hoping this is an anomaly. It's such a jokes. I should have known not to never venture into this shop. 7 years ago, this shop replaced my Range Rover under a different name with BMW engine that never fits into my car. They ended up ruined my car. This shop has gone through so many ownerships and all they have to do is altered changes in names. Imagine a mechanic shops that does not known the numbers of batteries that goes into AMG S63. I asked a Mercedes dealership for the answers to my questions from European service. This was their answer " They are bunches of idiots. $600 for a big batteries versus $450 from a dealer.Every service is a try and error. Ask Google to fix.I will never go back to the shop for life. Even if Mercedes buys the shoes.

I took my car in to European service center for a few repairs. I ended up bringing it back twice within a week. In summary, they were not very thorough and not as familiar as the name suggests with Volkswagens.1. European Service Center diagnosed and repaired an oil leak. When I took my car home, after the repair, I noticed my car was leaking literally pools of oil. Far more than it was originally. I took the car back the following morning. Their tech determined that the car was not leaking but the that oil was dripping from the bottom engine cover where spilled oil had settled. I was a disappointed that they were not thorough enough to make sure that bottom cover was cleaned out. Before, I took the car to European service center, I took the car to kwik lube thinking my oil filter had not been put back on properly and was the source of the leak. That was not the issue but they cleaned out the bottom engine cover before for free. What s interesting about this that I paid kwik lube nothing and I paid European service center for this repair and some how they didn t find it necessary to clean the bottom cover that had a ton of oil sitting in it (probably caused by the leak and subsequent repair).2. They also diagnosed and put on new front break pads and rotors during my original visit. After the repair, my brakes were extremely loud with squealing and screeching. It really sounded worse than before I got new front pads and rotors. I took it to Brakes Plus thinking it was my back brakes and to get another opinion. To my surprise, they tell me, I needed new front brake pads. This is exactly what European service center just did days earlier. So, I took it back to European Service Center. This time they ordered another brand of pads. It s an innocent mistake, I guess, but it should have been recognized before they gave me my car back that the breaks sounded terrible and didn t look to good, so much so that another company thought they needed replacement. For the higher price i paid this was disappointing. They should be sure their work is done right the first time.In summary, I d say my experience with European Service center suggests they weren t as thorough as they should have been. This is compounded by their higher price point on some services like break repair and they should be more familiar with the needs of a European car as their name suggests.Positives, they do have responsive and friendly customer service. So, they looked into both issues with little difficulty.If there was a half button I d give them 2.5 stars. Since I can t, I ll have to go with 2 because I think it s definitely not a 3 star.-khalid

Got my serpentine belt and 3 idler pulleys replaced in my W211 E63 for around $150, so pretty good value. They allowed me to bring my own parts which is great. Overall really professional. Would recommend!

This is by far the best auto repair service I've ever been to, I got a 2013 mercedes-benz c300 4matic, when I call this place and described my issue with my car, they knew right away the issue, I had my car towed in and after arrival they went beyond their means to take care of me, not only did they fix my car the same day, they took me to my job and picked me up from my job and to top that off, Anthony and Jacob gave me the biggest shocker, my repairs cost $1,200, they knocked it down to $885.00 and told me Happy Thanksgiving, that money saved right there is gonna help me go to family for the holidays, thanks again guys for your hospitality and excellent service

Great Place. Took my 2019 Volkswagen Jetta because of some timing belt issues and the guys were great at explain what was happening and what was needed, I compared prices with other places and I assure that they charge what is needed and nothing extra. I'm only giving 4 stars because they switch the delivery date a couple of times, but they were always good assuring they were working on my car to have it ready asap. Would completely recommend.
