I purchased a set of tires from this company via Amazon. FedEx delivered when I wasn't home and only delivered part of the shipment. Tried to return the part of the shipment that did arrive since I paid for a complete set, only to find they want to stick ME with the return costs. I will never purchase anything from this company ever again.

Economy Tires has been a great resource for tires, anytime tires are needed, can call and be provided with multiple options to choose from, and they are always ready to go when you get there to pick up the tires. Great customer service and overall positive experiences every time I have been in need of tires in the Dallas/Garland area

We were advised we had warranty for the tires we purchased. Spoke to two managers regarding obtaining warranty for a tire and both were very disrespectful. The guy on the other end claimed the tire was a blowout at first and when we demanded the tire being warrantied out he changed his mind and said the tire needs to be sent out for further examination for 2-3 weeks before we would get any news. Our customers can not wait that long for a tire to be warrantied. Horrible, save yourself from the headache !

The drivers they hire are gonna kill someone they like to stop on the highway, cut you off almost taking my front end off but I slammed on my brakes, and on the phone driving reckless... And if you call the number on the back of the truck asking "How's My Driving" it turns out to go to a back specialist or at least that's the case on truck 16A... And when you call in the lady acts very unconcerned...very unprofessional
