I only use ESS for my Lexus GX. I have received great service in a timely manner. If you want a place you can trust to do good work and what is needed ESS is that place.All the services I listed have been done to mine, my wife s, daughters and sons vehicles over many years.Services: Transmission, Auto windshield repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Truth and honesty cannot be found with Mr. Malek Samadian. This is what a good, working, personally tested radio looks like inside. Of course it does not work, but Mr. Samadian forgot about his company s funny motto and decided to lie in order to sell it. Good luck

Customer Service was impeccable. Not only was the owner on a first name basis, he went to the extent of showing me all of the parts they replaced and called me every step of the way to ease my mind on if I came to the right shop. Also, not only did the owner discuss with me the problem of my vehicle, him and his well experienced techs showed me where my problem was and how I can save money on the maintenance of my vehicle. Hats off to you and your great staff and I will always consult with this company every time before I purchase a another car.

Well what can I say in this day and age. Yes the owner took me around the block and handed it to me really good charging me 2600 dollars to fix a 2 connectors and replace and install a throttle position sensor on my workhorse. Yes he charged me more than it cost me to rebuild my transmission. After 1800 miles it breaks down again with same symptoms , same codes , same problem whick he says the truck didnt have the first time even though i have it in writing from him showing the same problem again. He charged me for a diagnostic to read only the codes for me not a diagnostic testing the sensors and a seperate charge to connecdt the scanner to the plug. I dont know maybe he is really good for all i know but i could have bought and just plugged in my scanner for the price he charged me to plug his in since it doesnt tell me if the sensors are bad. To test the sensors you do what in the industry calls a bench test to see if the sensors are reponding with a pulse signal and for all 3 sensors to go bad at the same time is not likely to happen.. This owner is not honest about the way he is doing business and to gouge price people during a pandemic i dont think is right, maynbe not legal but am not sure on this, He has not attempted to make this right either so BUYER BE WARE he charges for everything to just look at it.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Excellent, honest service. The guys here took care of a good deal of work for me and had the car back to me ASAP. The owner was honest with me and even let me know some work that was done incorrectly before at another place. He let me know what to point out and I was able to get it done correctly for no charge.

My daughter's car broke down and State Farm towed her there. Tow person said it was the battery. They did a diagnostic check that cost $180. Just to tell her it was the battery. They wanted $150 to replace battery and $90 to install. We called AAA who sold her the battery for about the same price and no fee to install. So this is a cautionary tale. Young female? They will see you coming and take advantage of your inexperience.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We would highly recommend this business. They are extremely kind, caring and professional. Helped us out in a timely manner when we broke down after checking our daughter out of the hospital. Came to us on the side of the road, got us to their shop and took care of us. We were back on the road in only a couple of hours. Very thankful for their help!Service: Electrical repair

As a woman, I can't tell you how many times I've been to auto shops that try to sell me unnecessary services when I all want is an oil change. Not knowing much about cars, it's hard to determine whether what they're trying to sell me is something I really need or just lies for profit. The thing I like about this place is that they will not try to sell you unnecessary services. They're honest and they do great work. It's rare these days and I'm grateful to have finally found a place I can trust with my car.

I recently came into the shop to get my car serviced. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The owner showed me my old air filter that was very dirty . As a women i felt very comfortable , everything that was done to my car was explained to me . I was in and out in less 30 mins which was really nice . I will definitely be back .

I do not recommend, they do scams they were suppose to do an estimate on an SUV the first paperwork Malek did did not add up to final, this happened during covid, the secretary called to say the new prices, we did not agree, and we wanted to go personally, but secretary said because of covid there was no contact, then Malek wants us to pay 20,000 for parts he has not put in, and threats to put a lien, if anyone has had this or similar stories please post!

Great service and help from Malek and the ESS team. They let me know exactly what needed to be fixed on my F-150, and let me know within hours of taking in the truck. They had the vehicle back to me the next day ready drive!

Office ladies are very friendly. Fast in and out service. I highly recommend this shop for Uber drivers to get their city inspections. It s close to the transportation office. Don t let the owner scare you. He is a nice man!

ESS does excellent work at excellent rates. Before ESS, I took my car to the dealership or to family friends outside of Dallas. The dealership charged way too much for mediocre work. ESS gets the job done for a reasonable price. ESS is right by Deep Ellum in the heart of Dallas, making it super convenient. The owner, Malek, and his staff treat everyone with respect, show and tell you exactly what's going on with your car and the work they're doing, and deliver great service every time. I highly recommend ESS, and I would refer anyone with vehicle service needs to them.

Your going to get robbed here owner is no mechanic at all and charges fleet company s for oil changes and doesn t do the oil change or only changed filter he is a scam all he cares about is taking your money Think about that before going

Fraudulent company, I would not recommend having any services done here. Paid for services that weren't fixed the first time. Avoid the hassle and pick another location.
