12/28/2023We had a blown out tire and thankfuly someone pointed us in the direction of this shop. Who I believe was the owner of the shop, was so kind to me and my friends and though he did not have a tire in the shop, he found and got us one. He also fixed my rim! I am beyond thankful for him and his kindness to me and my friends.

I thought the shop was good but only thing they are good at is robbery. I took my truck there to have the king pin bushings replaced I was told it was going to be 900 for that in which i was cool with. The night before I took it to their shop my power steering gearbox went out so I also had them to replace that, I was told when you change the bushing you also need new wheel seals, I was told it would be 240 per tire to replace both I told them that the price was too high in I could get it done cheaper elsewhere so he changed his mind and said 180 per tire(still over priced) so I just went with it.... couple of days later I pick my truck up the owner added on all of these miscellaneous fees in which he got the price that he wanted for the wheel seals (240 per tire+ sum). Fast forward to picking my truck up, the steering wheel was upside down idk how that happened they act like they didn't know how it got that way either thank God for youtube I was able to fix that issue myself. Took off to pick up a load on a Monday I stopped for fuel after about an hour of driving get out the truck I had hub oil running all down my driver side steer tire because they didn't properly tighten it down luckily I had to stop because that could have been really bad. I sent pictures and messages but no response was given. Never again will I take my truck to these guys no matter how close I am to them also i had some weights tapped inside of the drum in which I still don't know what that's about... lesson learned.Be aware!

The tire shop is amazing, they know why they are doing, I had a tire replace not too long ago, they made deals with me 800 for a new pair of Chinese 11R22.5!! Very excellent work that they did and I am happy to say that I will come again!! (Would recommend this shop to anybody looking for a in and out work on your truck)

Excellent, very prompt & professional service. Tire Tech was knowledgeable and did an amazing job replacing my tire on my 24 Box Truck. Just verify any pricing beforehand I was told one price and when tech came out for repair price was different.

I had my clutch replaced here, they did a Great job! They were very upfront and honest about pricing and time of repair. Treated me like family helped me with rides while truck was down, and went out of way for me from start to finish would recommend to anyone needing diesel repair in Dallas. Thanks Guys!!!

I have been taking my truck to Ernesto since early 2019. Have been in for various repairs and to get tires. His prices are fair and he always makes me feel like a valued customer

This company is batting a 100 with me.Today was the 2nd time I've done business with this company, i bought 2 Yokohama tires at a very reasonableprice.. They have always been accommodating and I must say its been a very good experience working with the staff..

I own 2 Volvo trucks and at first I doubted if they could work on Volvo but time after time they have fixed both of my trucks wheel seals brakes fuel leaks air bags shocks air leveling valve belts tensioner oil changes complete pm starters and I ve honestly gotten friendly service and good work from this shop.

My second visit with this business...super computer wheel balancing and steer tires replacement on my motorhome....returning soon to replace the rear tires...very friendly family oriented and thanks to the little fellow who offered me a cold bottle of water on a warm day. Thanks Ernesto and everyone.

Came in had a bald tire wanted a new one they did not have one they had a used one but was not good condition I was about to leave when they said they found one when they where putting it on I noticed it looked bigger I asked if there was any issues with not being the same size they said no 1 day later woke up and it was flat would not fill with air turned out it broke the seal and could not be filled without taking it back off southern tire mart told me they should of not done what they did that it broke the seal because the tire was bigger and was carrying all the weight I don t no much about tires but I would expect any of there workers to know better I called and supposedly talked to Ernesto the owner he did apologize and offer to Make it right how not sure said the guy no longer works there that did that I d be cautious letting them do any work on your vehicle apparently they find any guy with no experience to work there

They put some belts on my truck for me and have done other work for some friends of mine. Customer service is pretty great as far as shops go.

Very nice people I'm very satisfied with their work put new fuel injectors on my ford 350 I will go back again they the problem and wat its gonna cost very very good work thanks guys help up the good work

Stay away from this highway robbery thieves. $360 to replace 3 hose fittings and 2 hoses +3 hours labor, when in reality they did their work in less than 45 minutes.

Dude in company truck tried to run me off road. Loop 12. He was going 55 in fast lane so I tried to pass and all the sudden he goes beserk(light traffic). I'd never do business with them.

Had a flat on my trailer, on Labor Day! Ernesto fixed me up with a tire and even followed me several miles to put it on for me! And even more importantly, all of this took place after hours. He's a true gentleman, thank you.
