They did not finish repairing my vehicle. Owner said they would fix it right. They ended up taking my money and not finishing job. Now they said they moved and are waiting for a new shop. I paid the deductible and I will be notifying my bank and my insurance company of the fraud.

This place is great I called at 845am and they were extremely helpful from the get go!!! I'm getting my window replaced same day and at a very reasonable price!! Andy was so awesome stayed in contact with me through the whole process. I can't say enough good things about the help they provided me! I woke up this morning to what could have been an extremely horrible day and within minutes of calling them my day was turned around! Give them a shout I can't imagine you would get anything less than superb customer service with a great price and attitude throughout your interaction with them!!!

I've (unfortunately for me) had to take 2 nearly totaled cars here in the last year! Andy and his team are truly the best. After having dealt with multiple repair shops etc this is by far my favorite. I will even continue to bring my car here for oil changes just because I am so satisfied with the experiences I've had here. My whole family will bring our cars here from here on out and I will forever recommend them first & foremost!

WOW ...I can't tell u how much I love this plc. I had some electrical issues going on one early morning n I stopped by spoke w Andy. He got me in no problem and even advised that I take to a dealership for further observation. Bc they could better determine (Infinity) the matter...plus provided a printout for my ref... Ty!

People I talked to and worked with were awesome, there was a few hiccups along the way. Jamal Corrected the small details. I know they all are busy with the damage the storms did, just needed a little more communication. Not sure if they were a little overwhelmed with all the work they have. Over all I was impressed, I am letting them fix my wife's car also damaged from hail and will review the experience. I have no doubt it will be good.

I brought in my 2016 Chevy Malibu for transmission issues to a shop on Harry Hines and I was quoted almost $4k to replace it, just to be on the safe side I was referred to eco auto service turns out all I needed was a speed sensor. They assisted me in properly diagnosing my vehicle and also saving thousands.

I recently moved to Dallas. It's always hard to find an auto service shop you can trust. I went to Eco Auto based on the reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Mr. Kim was extremely professional and honest. Prices were very decent. Their new location is next door to their old place. Great location and building.They replaced my AC compressor, oil change, tire rotation and other minor upkeep. Mr. Kim showed me the old parts and explained the issue. I was very happy with the service and will use Eco Auto for all my auto service needs.If you're looking for a place you can trust, this is it!
