Trustworthy experts and impeccable service are what you get at East Dallas Automotive. The owners are salt-of-the-earth folks who treat you like family. We take all our family cars there for everything from inspections and oil changes to break repairs and everything in between. Highly recommend!

I would recommend Chris and his team at East Dallas Automotive. They met my needs and exceeded my expectations at a FAIR price. Treated me like someone they ve known for years. While I don t want their services too often in my lifetime, I will happily return as a customer.

I have had a great experience from start to finish! I was able to schedule my appointment via text, dropped my car off at the start of the day, and got it back at the end of the day. The work matched the quote I was given over the phone, the office staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful each step of the way. A great local, owner-run shop!

I had my car repaired at East Dallas Automotive. They claimed to have installed a new ECM control module. However, upon inspection under the hood, the ECM doesn't appear new. Despite this, my car is running better, thanks to whatever they did. I'm considering having another mechanic verify if a new ECM control module was indeed installed.

This place took my money. They didn t fix my car. I had a basket full of cleaning clothes and my clothes was missing also a sofa cover that is brown which was inside the basket. They also live there the ppl that fix the car live in the back. I pass there and most of the time the lights in the back stay on all night. I don t know why you would think they need some sleep.

Bought a very nice, low miles Deville DHS. Fair price and just needed so minor work to get the car perfect for me. If I had any concerns or repair request, it was handle as quickly as possible, going so far to repair issues that were not requested or of concern but East Dallas Automotive fixed it because it needed repair. That level of service means a lot to me, making sure my vehicle is safe and that I am satisfied as a customer. I will be a customer for life. We had Chris Brezic and the team at East Dallas Automotive do a blackout package on our 2017 Z71 Tahoe. They did a great job!! Had some brake issues that were taken care of professionally and quickly. Thats expected from any shop although what truly impressed me is the fact Chris went above and beyond to repair rather than replace seeing that I am on a tight budget. I haven t even been to this shop. But I d like to tell you a story. I live in Houston Texas and was visiting my girlfriend and got stuck at the corner store by her house. Truck wouldn t start. I called all the mechanic shops on the island and no one had availability. I m stuck 30 miles from home. And this guy pulls up with his family. Never met this guy before...I m not even sure of his name to be honest. We were going over all the things that could be wrong and he asks if he can try and start the truck up. I said ok and gave him the keys. He turns the high beams on and starts the truck right up. Turns out it was the cam shaft/crank sensor which I found out when I drove to auto zone as soon as it started. I had been stuck in the 100* heat waiting for friends to get off work to come help. This guy stopped and helped me out of the goodness of his own heart and saved me. Afterwards he hands me his card and says maybe you can give us a good review. The world needs more people like him in this world. The name on the card he gave me was for Tara Martinez who I think is his wife I d just like to thank you again and god bless you and if you re reading reviews to find a good mechanic shop you just found one owned by good people and give them your money!

I bought a car from another dealership and sent it to Dallas cadillacs for inspection. I live in Arizona so I wasn t able to see the the car myself so it was nerve racking! But Dallas cadillacs made it super easy! Very prompt. Got back to me ASAP. Went over every little detail of what was wrong with the truck and things that needed replaced or soon to be. Definitely recommend them!

It is not called Dallas Cadillacs anymore. It os called, East Dallas Automotive your one stop shop. I love this place. It was my first time here and they made me feel at home. Thank you Don. Don is the owner they are so professional. And they have window tinting in Suite B. I love it... If you go there tell them I sent you for a discount...

Currently working with a lady named Renay Senegal and she is very knowledgeable and thorough. She has kept me abreast of all vehicles of interest and I m finally narrowing it down. I will be purchasing something in the next few days. She s given me great customer service which is a rarity these days. If you re in the market for a vehicle go see Renay at Garland Cadillac.
