Got my RR serviced and new front brakes right before Christmas. Logan made sure it was completed before the original scheduled date. The entire team is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. When you call, no telephone operators and long hold times like the dealership. Would recommend this place over the dealership given the customer service and better value.

They serviced my vehicle and got it back to me the same day right before the holiday! Outstanding service and even came with some free dog smooches . You can feel that they care about integrity. I thought I needed rear brakes, and as a woman they could have said they needed to be changed and just billed me. He was integral and told me they didn t need changing and even politely told me what could be causing the noise. Absolutely recommend for women who are looking for a trusty dealer to perform service on their range for a very affordable rate!

This place is an absolute CHAMP. I worked with Land Rover Dallas before and they would try so so hard to upsell on every repair to things I didn't need and they took weeks. I came to DuSouth and they fixed only what needed to be fixed with no upsell and they did it in only 2 days vs 2 weeks. The guy that owns it is a straight shooter and honest. Will never go back to Landrover Dallas and will only use DuSouth moving forward. Absolutely great experience

We were on a winter vacation to Colorado, from Houston. We had a mechanical issue when we got to Forth Worth. Jason finagled , to get our LR-4 , parts order and back on the road in a day and a half. We had planned to cancel our trip. With his compassion and due diligence, We continued out trip, he reached out during the trip to make sure everything was in order. I highly recommend their business for ethics/trust and work ethics Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair

You can feel the integrity the moment you walk into this place, andK with every transaction. Jason is so respectful and friendly and helpful. They diagnosed my car for no charge, even though I wasn t able to fix it there. Also stored it safely overnight for me. Everything was a stress free environment. He also made sure I didn t pay for unnecessary maintenance (I asked about a transmission flush and he said I didn t need it). Not to mention the facility / waiting room is large, bright and clean. I will be a customer for as long as I have this car!

My wife & I bought out first Rover 3 years ago. A 2011 LR4. We googled Rover service shops & found DuSouth among a few others. I called & spoke with Jason at DuSouth as well as calling & visiting a few other reputable shops. We had DuSouth upgrade some cooling components & replace the parking brake module. Since then they have been taking great care of us and we now also have a 2016 Rover Sport that they service as well. We bought a used LR4 and it turned out to have a coolant leak. DuSouth and Jason really shot us straight, performed the work needed at a fair/great price and they did the work right away. Jason is excellent at judging what needs to be done now vs what can happen later. I am so happy we found this place. They were recommended by two different people I know well and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. I've used DuSouth Rovr about 4 times now for oil changes and this last time I asked what they could do with my squeaky suspension. My impression of this place so far:1. incredibly fast turnaround time every single time. You can call and have your land rover looked at within a day or two (My experience each time). For an oil change they'll have it back to you before lunch.2. Great prices on parts and service.3. Excellent customer service. My last visit was for the suspension which wasn't cheap given all the issues I was having. However they offered to pay for the rental car since my vehicle was there for a day and half. I've had other work done at the land rover dealership and they sat on it for over a month... and the dealership did not offer any kind of rental reimbursement.If you have a land rover I could not recommend this place enough.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

We love DuSouth! Oil changes are way cheaper than the dealer. Also had a few minor repairs on our old Rover. Jason is the best. He always knew exactly what was wrong. They are also quick, it was always done when they said it would be. What an amazing business! They spent the time to evaluate my Range Rover and made recommendations on how to take care of my issue. I was floored when picked up my car and was told there was no charge for the diagnostic opinion! Definitely a customer for life here! Highly recommended company I originally heard about via NextDoor. Did not disappoint. I love their easy appointment system and fast turn around.Service: Steering & suspension repair

This is my first time at DuSouth Rovr and definitely will not be my last. I purchased a used LR4 and this was my first time having any work done to it. I priced an oil change and maintenance and DuSouth was the least expensive. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Jason is great, everything was done in the timeframe he provided and the communication was excellent.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

First time customer who read the great reviews and brought my rover in for an engine light and oil change. Had a terrific service experience! Jason is straightforward and honest - ran a check, found no issue and no charge. The oil change beat the dealer on price and turnaround. Extremely clean shop with knowledgeable, trustworthy pros. If you own a rover, this is the place to bring it for service with confidence. So glad I found these guys!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Jason at DuSouth Rovr was a pleasure to work with! My Range Rover Sport recently had a gas smell and needed the leak detection pump replaced. Their team made the repair so fast and had my car ready within only 28 hours of dropping it off. Not only were they expeditious, but Jason made the process pain-free with excellent customer service. He called when he said he would, gave us a good deal on price, and even provided us a free Lyft ride from our house to pick up our car when it was ready. I highly recommend using DuSouth Rovr and I will plan to do so again myself in the future!

DuSouth did a brake job for me at a significantly lower price than the dealership. Good service. Nice new shop. And the guys know Rovers. Logan is very helpful and can find most any information you need.I also had DuSouth custom fab sliders for my 2011 Range Rover. They came out fantastic. You can't even tell they are different from the stock plastic molding under the doors, but you could lift the truck from the 3/16" steel.DuSouth is my go to shop for everything not covered under warranty. If you ve been to a Rover dealership you ve experienced bad service. DuSouth will convince you to never go back again.

Logan and the staff at DuSouth Rovr were outstanding. Very professional and the most timely Rover service I have ever received. We redid my wheels and they turned out extremely sharp. Completely different look at a really good cost. I would definitely recommend using these guys for service and accessories, and even ideas and advice. They know their product well.

I have always gone to Dallas Land Rover for all my service. When the dealership was purchased by Jaguar and expanded, service went waaaaaay down. I never trusted the people or the work after that and there was a lot of employee turnover. All the older guys were gone and they had young idiots that didn t know anything about the cars. I finally decided to go to DuSouth Rover and am I glad I did!!!!!!! My car drives better than it ever has and I am not wondering if they did all the work I paid for. I will never bring my car anywhere else for service and repairs. Sorry Jason, you are stuck with me Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

I was referred to DuSouth by a member in our Texas Rovers club. I have been searching for a Land Rover LR3 for some time and was having a difficult time finding the right vehicle and even LR knowledge from the car dealers.When I spoke with Logan, he was able to give me the history of the vehicle, maintenance, how it was cared for and the quality. DuSouth was easy to deal with, very knowledgeable on the vehicle, very patient with my questions and even worked with us to sort our financing.I purchased the LR3 in May and immediately brought it to my Land Rover dealership in Frisco for a thorough check. It came back with a clean check - no issues found. Since then I have not had any problems and the LR3 runs great.In the next year, we will be looking for another Land Rover and I will certainly contact DuSouth to find us one. I have have been impressed with DuSouth for their quality of the Land Rovers, ease of buyer's experience and very responsive to questions/concerns.Thank you Logan for all your support and patience. Sandy and I have really enjoyed getting to know your company and working with you.

I have been bringing my Range over to DuSouth for many years now and I have to say it is hands down the only place I would bring my Rover. They go above and beyond to give 100% in every aspect of customer service and the quality of work is impeccable. Thank you for everything over the years. If 10 stars was an option, I would rate you at that hands down!

The best LR shop in the area and amazing customer service. Have had my range Rover and LR4 serviced here for past 3 years and wouldn't take them anywhere else. Only go to dealer for warranty issues and it is the absolute worst experience when I am there and honestly feel sorry for others who have all of their work done there. At Du South they are honest, do not overcharge, work is perfect, and awesome to deal with.

DuSouth is the VERY BEST!!! After horrible experiences at Land Rover Dallas, I was in need of someone to make repairs on my range rover sport! I called DuSouth and they said to bring it in whenever was best for me. I brought it in a couple hours later, they looked at it, ordered the parts, and made the repairs! I had my car back the next day! Just recently I was ready to get a new car (I know NOTHING about cars!) Logan not only helped me find a new Range Rover Sport, he inspected all of the ones I was interested in, AND helped me sell mine! TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I can't say enough great things about DuSouth Rovr! They are honest, reliable, accommodating, timely, and the very best!!!

We all know the frustration and inconvenience of repairs but Jason at DuSouth made it one of the most painless and pleasant ones I've ever experienced. I could tell he was knowledgeable and extremely informative and patient with all my questions. I've been driving Rovers for 20 years and this was by far my best service experience. He got me right in and told me it would be ready the same day. There's no one else out there that would make that guarantee on front air suspension. And as soon as it was ready he had a courtesy Uber at my front door to pick me up. Now that's what I call first class service. I never once felt inconvenienced or given the run around. Honest, professional and top notch customer service . There's not many businesses out there that can say that anymore. He even gave me and outstanding deal being a first time customer even though he will have a lifetime customer now. I'm just sad I didn't find him sooner! Highly recommend, I can't say enough! Thank you Jason and Logan! Don't waste your time or money at a Land Rover dealership. You won't see your ride for weeks...

Couldn't possibly be happier with DuSouth - Logan and Aaron are fantastic and the shop does incredible work. I won't take my LR4 anywhere else.I've had my LR4 for about 7 months and hadn't had any service since I purchased. Logan told me that they could work on my car on my schedule. I dropped it at 8 am right and Aaron knew exactly what my vehicle needed. They were both communicative, friendly, and helpful. I received updates from Logan every step of the way.Logan was honest and open about what the vehicle needed, why it needed it, and what it didn't need. He didn't try to upset me and was communicative about the best way to care for the vehicle to make sure it lasts as long as possible - not something that service shops are typically incentivized to do. This is the first time I've taken my vehicle to someone I actually trust to be honest and honorable throughout the process, and it's a huge relief.Get to DuSouth as fast as you can - this shop is fantastic.

I recently bought a BMW X5 at DuSouth Auto Group and had an excellent experience! Logan Klein was very personable and went out of his way to help me through the loan process and registration. Whenever I needed to contact him for any additional information his response time was incredible. He was also very accommodating and worked around my schedule instead of his own. He even contacted me a few days after I bought the car to make sure I was still happy with it. It was definitely a positive experience and I would highly recommend anyone buying a car to begin their search at DuSouth Auto Group.

Jason and the team at DuSouth are the team to take your Land Rover to in Dallas for several reasons: they are considerably cheaper than the dealer, they'll tell you exactly what needs to be fixed and won't pressure you to do maintenance that isn't necessary and they'll be up front about whether something could potentially be covered by warranty (which means they lose out on business).Turnaround time is most times same day as drop off (dealer in town takes anywhere from 5-7 days to repair simple items and normally doesn't have loaner vehicles). I'll be taking my LR to DuSouth for the entirety of it's life.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I definitely recommend DuSouth Rovr for any of your service needs. I took my Velar for an oil change. The website is set up for easy scheduling, their staff answered all my questions/concerns and I was in and out in less then 45 minutes. Prices are certainly better then local dealership and a lot faster. Will be back

If you have a Land Rover and you need service take it here. Great work and quick. Jason is great and kept me informed of the diagnosis and or center and time to fix. Provided me a ride both from and back to the shop when my LR was ready. I will be back for future work when needed.
