Brought my car here for a starter issue, and they said I needed to also replace a cooling fan. They not only failed to repair the starter issue TWICE, but the cooling fan they installed was faulty and drained my battery. When I took it back, they put the same cheap third party part in my car. Sloppy work, and the guy at the counter always has a chip on his shoulder. I eventually took my car to a different garage to fix their mistakes rather than deal with them again. Go literally anywhere else.

Absolutely the best place to go with a flat or low tire. Super fast, honest and reasonable. Employees are always helpful and pleasant.

i guess they done sell tires at dunlap-swain TIRE co. i called asking if they had my tire size in stock and he said they don t sell tires .

Called to ask for price of oil change, the rep says can t tell me the price. I would have to bring the car in and they would have to take a look at it and then they will be able to quote me. Sounds like a rip off waiting to happen.

Dunlap-Swain is without a doubt of the best service centers I've come across. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. Their customer service is outstanding. Whether I'm coming by for a more time intensive need like an inspection, or just a quick question, I'm immediately met with an employee and given their full attention.

I almost never leave reviews, but the high rating for this place is hilarious. I asked if they were doing inspections. Guy at the counter acted like I wanted his kidney and told me he didn t have time. Absolutely laughable. Just a bunch of old, angry dudes running it. Avoid and go literally anywhere else.

Great communication and upfront about cost. Got our car fixed in 24 hours, which I know would have taken days if we took it to the dealership. Will definitely use them going forward.

The customer service at Dunlap Swain was incredible. My first visit they walked me through the services they offer and answered all of my questions. Having just moved to the city, I found comfort in then telling me that they service every car as if they were putting their own family in it. They went above and beyond quality service to encourage me to check out the dealership warranty related to an issue with my car and just displayed such professionalism and integrity in doing so. Every interaction I had with different team members was positive. I highly recommend.

You won't find a better deal for an oil change! You can walk in on a week day which is super nice. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return!

I really like their place. I live about 40 yards from them so it's great to have a local station that is honest on repairs and the products they sale, they treat you with respect and they still do full service fill up. It's just what a gas station should be,, just like they use to be...a long time ago.

Excellent. Had a tire has a large screw in tread. They fixed it in 5 minutes, for $10. The dealer wanted $30 with a 2-1/2 hour wait. Next time, I'll go to Dunlap-Swain first, instead of wasting time and aggravation with the dealer.

Had a leaking tire. Took it in to have it repaired. Very prompt service. Professional, polite, employees. Reasonable prices. Would recommend if you are in the uptown area.

Objetive service. Super fast. Friendly people. I had a screw on my tire and in less that 5 minutes it was removed and my tire fixed. Strongly recommend this place for similar services in uptown area.

Derrell saved me last night! I picked up a HUGE screw somewhere that was bleeding psi so I couldn't even have made it home. He stayed open late on a Sunday to get me patched up. Amazing service!

Probably have used this garage over 35+ years ago, when Fred was my mechanic. Mike, my husband, has continued since I retired in 2003. (There may be some overlap, but have lived in area 40+ years).

I haven t ever been to a more helpful and professional tire shop. They didn t offer anything that I didn t need. Super impressed! I ll definitely will be coming back.

We got a flat and was able to role into this place / the guys were very nice and helpful- as it turned out we also had a nail in the tire - they plugged us up and we were on our way
