I had the most amazing experience here and Chris was so much help and so personable. I was nervous about getting my car but he did a great job to reassure me and keep me informed. All the staff helped me out at some point whether it be in person or over the phone. I had no idea just how much of a great experience they would make this for me. Thank you so much guys!

Drove from over 2 hours to get to Dallas made the process as easy as possible an made sure we got into exactly what we wanted to!! Isaiah an Seth were both great helped in every way they could I would recommend stopping in an seeing them!!

Walked into DriveTime needed to get a car quick. Jai recommended a vehicle that was exactly what I was looking for. Jacob was my sales guy, we went over a few more vehicles and test drove. They made the whole process quick and easy. I highly recommend coming to this location. Best customer service and deals!

Christoper was the best! We made an appointment and after test driving a few cars and not even knowing what we wanted he was still very sweet. He was very patient the entire time, helped us out with the best fit for us financially and everything else. Would definitely recommend his service every time. Adam was also very sweet and funny when we first came in and directed us to Christopher. Best place to get a car by far! Thank y'all so much for helping us out and being patient with us!!!

Seth is a great sales men, he helped me with finding a vehicle in my budget and got me in a vehicle the same day. Adam is a great manager and helped me with paper work. Drive Time is amazing and I'm a first time buyer.

I was nervous and skeptical about coming to look for a new car (afraid of the long process) BUT once we were greeted, and met with Christopher, all my worries vanished! He is great, kind, patient , helpful and down to earth! We told him specifics on what we were wanting/looking for and he provided and worked with us. We will always recommend Christopher as your go to!! he made our adventure of purchasing a new car memorable and special!

Fast service. The general manager made sure you felt comfortable there. My agent Christopher went above and beyond making sure I got the vehicle I was seeking. Went over every detail to the T. Friendly and clean facility. I would definitely recommend Drive Time for those seeking to purchase a vehicle.

Isaiah was PHENOMENAL!! He KNOWS his stuff!!! I told him what I wanted and he asked what do I need the most!!! Very efficient and knowledgeable of his role and the process needed to get clients in a reliable vehicle!!!! Go to Drive Time and don t leave until you see Isaiah!!! Also, shout to the Manager of the Drive Time Dallas lot!!!! He looked out for me too!!!!

My experience with the drive time was not good at all. Let me give you the details. Christopher was wonderful. Let me start by saying that he went above and beyond took his time explain everything very detailed. Made sure I understand. Made sure I was satisfied. I was choosing my vehicle based off how much I was willing to put down being said that I ended up test driving the vehicle that I actually wanted When I got done test driving, I told Christopher that I love the vehicle and that s the one I want So I begin to move forward by calling and getting insurance For the vehicle in the time of me doing that it start getting later and later close to closing time So Christopher had to leave and a racist guy Seth took over for Christopher Seth Was beyond rude He didn t introduce his self at all. He just sat down, and Got on his phone So once I ve finished getting my insurance and paid for my insurance Seth Walk off, came back and begins to tell me that my check stubs are fake Now let me bag back I came from Chicago to Dallas to purchase this vehicle to my knowledge Dallas wages are way less than Chicago wages being said I guess he thought that I wasn t Making that much so I wasn t able to get the vehicle based off my check stub which Christopher already and I was good to go. I was only waiting to get insurance. Overall, if you re thinking about going To drive time, I would highly recommend You request for Christopher And Christopher only

Christopher Downing provided me with an awesome buying experience. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made me feel like a I had buying power and options as a customer. I walked out with the vehicle that I wanted at the payment I wanted. I recommend this location I assure you that you won't be disappointed!

Chris was AMAZING! From the moment we walked in he greeted us and treated us like family. Car buying is such a stressful process but it doesn t have to be especially with someone like Chris! Keep him and treat him well! When you stop in or call ask for Chris!! He is wonderful!!! In and out in less than an hour!!

This was the best car buying experience I ve ever had!! I can t believe I didn t think I try drive time sooner. Luis was my rep & he explained everything so clearly for me, from what is offered with the car, to how to set up my accounts for payments & LoJack Go. I really enjoyed this experience & will be recommending drive time to everyone I know in search of a car.

Bought a vehicle from Drive Time in Dallas. Isaiah the salesman was outstanding. Had the vehicle I reserved ready and waiting. Was very helpful in checking over the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with the controls. Buying went smooth. Would highly recommend him.

So far, Jai and Adam have helped me over the phone and online. I will be back to update once I pick "MY" car up! I am so thankful to have been referred to Drive Time, and things move quickly and stayed within my price range. The only thing I wish I could change is having the car transported closer or brought to me but, at least this way, I can thank this team in person! Chris was the most awsome person to work with! He was patient with me and my husband! Let us test drive several cars. Showed us everything we needed to know. Worked with what we had and what we need. Even dug around for another car to test drive while we were test driving a car. Highly recommend this Drive time and ask for Chris. 5 stars would give more if I could
