I was pleased with my experience at Don Herring Mitsubishi. Samantha was pleasant and helpful. I visited the car dealership a week before my purchase. Samantha worked with my busy schedule. I was able to submit my car application online. When I arrived to the dealership, Samantha had the car I was interested in waiting out front for me. The process of purchasing my new vehicle went smoothly. I would recommend using this dealership. Samantha provided great customer service.

I have been a Don Herring Mitsubishi Dallas customer since 2001 and have purchased several cars (Montero Sport, Endeavor, Lancer and Outlander) from Carey Wilson who is an excellent salesman. When Carey sees me during regular maintenance visits, he goes out of his way to greet me and inquire of how things are going with my vehicle, myself and my family. The service department advisors (William and Victor) and the rest of the team (mechanics and clerks) are awesome! Very friendly, informative, helpful, thorough and knowledgeable with any service recommendations/check- out process. When I need to be shuttled to work or home, the driver (Darrell) is always friendly, courteous, conscientious and a safe driver. I have always been treated like family by everyone!!

I had an excellent experience at Don Herring this morning. Mr. Barnes explained the maintenance that is due on my vehicle, after having what I wanted done when upon arriving. He was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable regarding themaintenance of my vehicle. Great experience!

I have been a customer of Don Herring in Dallas since 1998. My husband & I bought several Mitsubishi cars (Eclipses, Galants, & Endeavors) over the years. The customer service has always been superb. We now live in West Texas and have no Mitsubishi dealer anywhere close to us. My Endeavor is a 2008 with over 200K miles and with recommended maintenance, still runs great. It's our primary vehicle. I still call for help with parts which have always been available. I would highly recommend Don Herring Mitsubishi.

I like that we get free oil change n tire rotation. But to wait two almost three hours for service to be done, and at less Walmart is less time then that. The service time is to long I rather just pay for my oil to be change and be gone.

I bought outlander from here. I initially had a good experience with Mike. They took a while run my credit application so I had to leave in the middle of it. I went back to purchase a vehicle. I had a bad experience with Victor. He was super rude and he said let's not waste your time or my time on this deal. This is a 1st time I ever heard car salesman talk to me like that. I left and got a call back from Mike and he offered the vehicle to me at the Msrp price and not the dealer marked up price. It's a good vehicle and they offered me a good price and 0% APR but overall it was a bad purchasing experience

I contacted them to look at a car and drove over an hour to get there. They actually called while I was on my way to confirm I was still coming then when I got there told me it had sold two hours earlier! I get it sell it if you can, but don t call me after it sells and confirm my appointment. Two hour round trip on a Saturday. Thanks Don Herring. I don t care what cars they get in, I will never attempt to do business with them again.

Had car serviced at the Dallas location! When car was returned to me it smelled like feces inside the car. Informed service desk of such. I will not return to the Dallas location. EVER!. The Irving location has provided wonderful service over the last 30 years. Irving location I will return to. The Dallas location? NEVER!

This dealership and its staff are next level. During my road trip from Canada, my Lancer had a no start issue. I showed up without advanced warning and Victor and his team had my car repaired that same day. The entire staff went above and beyond. Many thanks again !

Honestly, I came here with a goal to get the Eclipse Cross SE. My family loves all things Mitsubishi but was trying to sway me to get the Outlander. While test driving the Eclipse Cross SE, Mike Maulsby gave me all the pros and cons between the two and I was able to confidently pick my Eclipse Cross ES! He worked hard with Greg Mathis and Victor to get me the best deal possible. I was also worried about having to be in the dealership for a super long time but it was less than 2 hours to get everything completed! Honestly best experience I had at a dealership!

The issue with my gas tank on my 2023 model was not fixed. I was told the fox would take at least two days. I was also told that Don Herring Mitsubishi would not give a car to drive while they fixed my car that I just bought in January. Very disappointing!I went back for a follow up on the issue a few weeks later and the manager and I were to come up with a plan that would meet both our needs. Even better, they told me about a separate issue on my car that was fixed before leaving the shop.TY for listening!!!

First time (and last) purchasing a vehicle here. The buying experience was great. I bout my car 2 weeks ago fast and easy process. However, 10 days into having the car I have an issue with my tire. Long gash in tire had to purchase another.i did not hit anything so called them to see if my warranty covers this new tire. I thought maybe it was a defect of some sort. They told me over the phone to bring it they would have to see the tire. Drive there today in the rain (we live an hour away) for them to tell me I hit something and they will not replace. Ok fine. But my issue with them and why I will never return is their treatment of us today. The sales person that sold me the car two weeks didn't even remember me. Then the service manager that talked to us told my husband"Common sense" tells us the tire wasn't like that when we got it. But the day I bought the car the pressure light was on and these tires aren't holding air properly but they wanted to hear none of it. My husband was upset. I was just shocked he was talking to us this way. I won't even return for my tags they can mail them to me.

This place is AMAZING. Everyone is so nice and respectful. You have a problem with your car, bring it here. They're service is fast and they care about keeping you safe on the road. They also have small lil snacks like chips, water,peanuts and a waiting room with a TV to keep you occupied while you wait. Not only do they fix the problem with your car, they also wash it too Good Job Mitsubishi Motors. Edit::Wait.. let me add how much I appreciate Victor Salazar, Mr. Williams and the GM Mr. Alan. Great Job you guys. I appreciate all the help.

In a word, Outstanding! I had an appt and they were ready to start when I arrived. William and the entire Service staff is always courteous, professional and they know what they're doing. I pray I can always trust them to do what is best for my Outlander. I absolutely love it!

My battery replacement service was done professionally and I received great no hassle customer service. It was completed correctly, on time as promised, and the cost very reasonable.
