Matt truly went above and beyond to help me with my issue.I asked him to check a tire install done by a different Discount Tire. I arrived near the closing time before the holiday weekend, but he was still very patient and friendly. He genuinely cared about helping me, and he showed no signs of frustration even when he had to stay past the closing time. He was practically lying on the ground to inspect my fender and tires.It's hard to find someone that is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind. Although the issue couldn't be resolved due to missing parts, Matt tried his best to find me a temporary solution so that I could drive my car.

Decided to purchase new tires. There was nothing wrong with the tread, however, my previous tires (Kuhmo) were eight years old and they were cracking. I received a good deal on these with a price match. Moreover, I appreciate the free/lifetime patching, rotation, and air. I could not have gotten this service and pricing at a car dealership. Moreover, there are numerous in the area. I would HIGHLY recommend to my friends and family.

I made an appointment at 5:00PM - arrived at 4:45PM - and was out the door at 5:30PM with four brand new installed and balanced tires. Great service !!

Today we took our class c motorhome to the North Dallas TX George Bush location for assistance with a difficult duel inner tire set up that badly needed air. We have been to other locations before and were told by most associates that they couldn t help us due to not having the right equipment to air up an inner wheel. Today we finally got the assistance we needed when the awesome and resourceful Marlon came to our aid. He was able to McGuyver a set up and took the time to make it right. We are now safely on the road thanks to Marlon!

Kerry the store manager is an incompetent sorry excuse of a manager. I came to get two of my tires replaced under warranty, he told me that the warranty does not cover my kind of tire damage. I m guessing he took too much sun to his shiny head. Employees that are working there are great minus the store manager. If you are curious as to who Kerry is don t worry he has a nice little portrait right behind the help desk. You are better off going to another discount tire, where they actually care for their customers.

This Discount Tire location is the best around! The staff was friendly and very helpful with their tire suggestions for my vehicle. I dropped off my car around 4pm and my car was ready to go by 5pm. Great experience!

I was very well taken care of by a very experienced staff member here. I've had tire sensor problems for awhile now and had taken my car to many other Discount Tire locations without success of fixing the problem. The guy was quick to check out the situation on my tires, called for code number verifications, and replaced the sensors in about an hour. Very well done, fixed the problem finally, and no more tire sensor lights come on!Thank you guys! We'll done...finally!

This store was awesome! Its behind the Starbucks near a closed Krispy Kreme. Especially the manager! Can't remember his name, but his picture is on the wall. I was taking a break from a local residential service call and got a flat tire. I did not have the lug nut remover for my specialty tires. They had my flat changed in less than an hour and the manager, I think his name was Terry, gave me a free lug nut socket that fits that tire! Thanks Discount Tire on George Bush!

Average wait time is 45min just to be spoken to, another 45mins till your car is ready with only three customers. Almost all the employees were standing around doing nothing but the manager was polite and helpful, and for a place that's called "Discount" tire the prices don't represent the name with 200$ a tire, honestly should have went to Walmart cheaper and faster service with warranty

I've been buying my tires from Discount for 40 years. They have a big selection so something will work for your needs. Their prices may not be the very lowest but they are close and they stand behind their sales and will always help their customers. This morning they checked my tire pressure since my warning light was on, no charge.

Customer service at this location was top notch and they were honest and helpful.My vehicle has run flat tires on it so most places will not repair them and simply push you towards buying a new tire, which are not cheap! I dropped my car off and was fully expecting to be told that it was unfixable. The store manager notified me when I returned to pick up the car that they were able to patch the tire, which I was not expecting! It would have been very easy for them to tell me that I needed a new one but instead they fixed it for no charge. I can confidently say that for any of my future tire needs I will be using this location!

Clean and organized. I had any early appointment, so I got in with no wait and the tires I ordered online were ready to go on.Service writer met me in the drive. Can't ask for better service. A+

I've been coming to this location for a few years now and can't say enough good things about them. Pre-COVID and during the pandemic they are courteous, knowledgeable and the facility is spotless. I have a 2012 Ford Focus Hatchback SE with 100k miles, if that matters to anyone.I have had tires rotated and replaced, lugnuts replaced and a spare tire bought. While I know little about cars (and usually consult with my gear-head partner in advance) they have never belittled or upsold me. Yes, they make suggestions for optimal performance, but are never pushy.Specifically, Axel and Aidan have stood out as friendly and efficient workers. By now I dread moving too far away because we'll have to use a different location. But you can trust the brand!

Stopped by because I got a flat off the turnpike, thought I had a nail. Richard W. English was my sales person. Super courteous, polite and professional. This guy made my week honestly. Found out the tire was completely shredded on the inside and he took care of me big time. Very humbled by the courtesy. Going to have to bring my weekend car and buy a set of tires from him. Very very happy with their service.

I called the day before to order my tires because most tire stores don't have good Michelin 20" tires on hand. The next day I was greeted in the parking lot by name. The guys were courteous, knowledgeable, and speedy. I was out in 30 minutes!

Really great service from sign in to finished product. Didn't know this place existed until the night before. Much better service than what's provided at other Discount Tire stores I've visited.

The customer service here is fantastic! They are knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. Brandon, Patrick and Logan were awesome!I purchased 4 new tires and was in and out in 45mins. I highly recommend this location. Thanks guys for all your hard work!

I have always had such great interactions with this store. I drive an unusually heavy car (electric), and needed some guidance on which tires would work best. Logan took the time over the phone to go over all the different options they had in that size tire, the differences between them, how they were likely to work with my particular car. He gave so much detail about the specs of each tire and why he was making the suggestions he was. He was clearly very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was talking about. I was blown away by the attention and consideration my questions were given.I was also really pleased with the speed of everything. I was able to make an appointment Friday afternoon to get it in Saturday afternoon, and it only took 30 minutes to get my car back.I really appreciate that it never feels like anyone here is just out to sell me something or pressure me into buying more/more expensive products. I get the information I need and decide from there; I never feel like I'm being strongly pushed towards one option by someone who just wants me to spend more.I also appreciate that no one here has ever talked down to me, I have had a lot of experiences in my life with assorted automotive shops where I was just condescended to and treated like an idiot the whole time.All in all I always have a top notch time coming here (no one likes having to buy tires it's nice to go somewhere that at least doesn't make it feel worse). Thank you guys for the great service and thank you again Logan for your patience and expertise in dealing with my weird car.

It took 25+ mins to get my tire pressure checked with 2 cars ahead of me in line and then they tried hard to pressure me into not leaving without getting new tires on the spot. I've had better experiences at other Discount Tire locations.
