Brought a new car here, (4400 mi). My baby. My PRECIOUS! They treated her with respect, catered to my requests of stuff like, "double check that lift," and "can you get those guys to peel the stickers off the outside of my new tires, please?" Moreover, they managed not to scratch my painted wheels or damage my center caps, which all got put back on place. I even watched them use a torque wrench on my lug nuts.Additionally, I called ahead and made an appointment about 2 days out. I was in and out of there in less than an hour, with 4 new mounted & balanced tires, despite the long line. I'm also really happy with the tires I chose. Very sticky and very quiet.Overall, I recommend this place whether you're having a tire replaced, all 4 tires replaced or just having one repaired. I also recommend the road hazard warranty. It'll pay for itself the first time you run over a nail.Recommended!

Went in for my occasional tire air pressure check, of which Discount Tire prides themselves on providing this most important preventative maintenance service free of charge - to anyone; NOT Just paying customers.Look, it's Discount Tire. There are many other similar type tire shops, that may appear to try to be like Discount Tire, but there is really only one Discount Tire. Do yourself a favor, check your car tires' air pressure at least every 6 months, and buy your tires at Discount Tire. If you ever need an unexpected emergency service, you know that they will always be around to back their products, no matter what store you bought your tires from.

I will ALWAYS buy my tires here! Their insurance is honored, no questions asked. I got a little too close to a metal loading dock ramp which slashed the side of my Left Front. They replaced and balanced, no issues. All I had to pay for was new insurance. Also, they have drive up service when you need to air up your tires. All done with courtesy, and as a free service. Always tip the guy! Discount Tire is single handedly making the roads safer for everyone.

2 new tires mounted, balanced and installed plus a new set of windshield wipers (which I've been needing for quite a while but have been too lazy to do) in 33 minutes! New tires also cleared up a problem with my truck pulling to the left so that was a bonus! They did a great job and were good at letting me know what was going on with my truck.

This shop has done a good job for me several times when I needed some emergency help with a blown out tire. It's not near my home but is near my office so on the few occasions where I blew a tire on my way to work I've had them replace it and they've always managed to do it same day without any problems. Only downside and why they get 4 instead of 5 stars is every time I've visited the wait to talk to someone is always a while. Would like to see maybe one more person in the front office added or some system put in place to be able to help customers a bit faster, I waited about 20 min in line just to drop off my keys for a repair order I had called ahead on earlier in the morning.All in all, good store and decent prices. Recommend to visit if you need tires.

My back tires were dangerously smooth, almost completely barren of thread. Technician was very thorough and efficient. Showed me the different tire options and found a great deal on a set of tires.Told me the estimated time and went to a local McDonald to wait out the service. Friendly staff and will go again for my tire needs.

Most of the employees that work there really need to learn better customer service skills. They make me feel like getting away from the store and not coming back pushy and rude that's not how you want your customers to feel you want them to feel welcomed and actually try to beInformative and not always trying to upsell and be pushy. I do a better job of purchasing online from discountire website and than going in to the store than the rude upselling employees. When i get to the store after purchasing online i still had an employee annoy me before about additional stuff i didnt want or asked for i didn't get the additional stuff but i was annoyed before putting on my tires. Don't know if the actual tire work quality went up or down last time I got tires quality of the work was good. Overall customer service needs improvement from my experience.

I had a nail in my tire, I came by to have them take a look at it and was told by a gentleman to book an appointment online and come back tomorrow, he gave me air and i left. The next day I come by at my scheduled time, and the guy (i m guessing he s a manager) comes out to check my tire. He never actually looked at my tire or even confirmed that there was a nail in my tire. Just immediately told me he wouldn t be able to fix it. I am aware that if a tire is too bad they cannot fix it however these tires were just purchased a few weeks ago. So i then go in the line for air and the gentleman over there tells me he see s no reason they wouldn t be able to fix my tire other than because they are about to close, or in my opinion the guy just didn t want to do it. My appointment was at 5:15 and you guys close at 6. Please don t take any appointments after 5 if you re not going to give the customer proper service. I went to a different tire shop down the street and within 5 minutes my tire was fixed with no issues. I will not be returning here.

The worst service I have ever received, I was waiting for two hours, because my car passed through a flat tire others left and my car never passed. I was waiting for approximately two hours.

I can't express in words my experience at Discount tires. Everything that could've went wrong for me did, but the gentlemen at this place were wonderful. Giving my situation, they made sure I got home safely so I would be able to return when I was ready. I'm so Greatful to these guys.

Purchased two tires for a 2014 Ford. Mount/Balance, No added warranty. Needed a min of 45k tread life and ave sound feedback. Almost $200 per tire was RIDICULOUS. This was the best they could do and I needed to be abused to get my daughter back on the road. So much for BLACK FRIDAY PURCHASES

Brought my 2019 Camry in for a balance and tire rotation under warranty. I left feeling like I was driving on wooden wheels. Got home and checked my tire pressure (42-46 PSI) Camry recommends 35PSI and only 1 valve stem cap. Also speed bumps are in the parking lot for a reason? Employee got in car and flew over speed bumps like he was driving a rental into the garage! Overall this location has gotten really bad in service since Luke(store manger) has left! Won't return to this location.

Yes, I recently purchased two new tires with the insurance, and I had a puncture in the driver side rear. They were purchased and the work done two weeks ago. Now, yesterday, 1/4/2024, I went in to have the punctures repaired, and I had reported some vibrations and shakes in my steering wheel. I had asked to check the balance on the fronts, since these tires were also replaced at this location, with the insurance. NOW, I have actually have serious vibrations and shakes in the WHOLE vehicle after this work was done yesterday, at highway speeds and also city street speeds. I guess if you own a BMW, you re rich and know nothing about vehicles, their maintenance, or the work it takes to make repairs. I will not be returning to this location in the future, my money will now go to the dealership or NTB.

Discount Tire is the best place in the world for you to get tires. Especially the Forest Lane location. The staff are so nice, friendly, respectful, professional and always willing to go an extra mile to help you, no matter the situation. I have been buying my tires from them since 2015 and I have never had any problem or issue with any of the employees. Even when you are angry and the situation is very difficult, the wonderful staff at Discount Tire will find a way to de-escalate the situation and please you. They are the perfect example of Excellent Customer Service. I just went there today to have my tires checked and Chris the store manager provided me an OUTSTANDING AND OUT OF THE WORLD EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Kudos to you Manager Chris. You deserve a big RAISE AND AN AWARD.

Avoid this location. I have center caps on my wheels. They stripped the screws that hold the center caps on and didn't say a word about it. The other day I was hearing a sound as I was driving with the window down. It the sound sped up and slowed down as I drove. It took me a while to narrow it down. When I was checking around the tire I happened to bump the center cap. They are loose because they stripped and cross threaded the screws. A couple of the screws have fallen out. These are STOCK !@#$%^& wheels. Unbelievable. Unprofessional. No ethic at all in that garage. Damage your property and then don't say a word. Sure do take your money, don't they?

I've been here several times and by experience has always been positive. Today though I had an even better experience. I came in and discovered that my flat had to be replaced, but here's the issue: the tire was not from Discount Tire. This surprised me because the last two tires were bought from here.The gentleman that was helping me, Cody said he'll still take care of the tire. He didn't have to do that but I appreciated his actions and his exact words were "I'd rather keep you as a customer".Every Discount Tire I go to I have the same experience. I only wish they were in every state, nevertheless, I go to them for all my local travel tire needs. Again, great place, service and prices. This one also has free WiFi.

Put some tires on... 275/55/R20.I thought they were too small on my truck. Without a negative hint of anything, they allowed me to pay the difference of a larger tire.I suggest prepaying or check-in online prior to arrival so it easy much of the waiting up!Thanks to mgrs and staff for being awesome. I wasn't surprised when I figured I would give em a good review. Over 530 @ 4.5 rating?

The service at this store is amazing! From the store manager to the techs actually doing the install, everyone is courteous and focused on delivering stellar customer service. They also over communicated every step of the process directly with me in addition to texts sent. I ll definitely come back for the other cars in my house.

They are working hard to take care of me now that they are open and I'm here. To be fair, a manager was not here when they sent me away.Just do NOT have an emergency and stop by on Good Friday. They will laugh at you and your flat tire while they play football in the parking lot. They wouldn't even let me park my car so I could call someone to come get me. That's some truly Christian behavior right there!!I had a low tire and stopped in to have it checked. I fully expected to be charged something for the very thorough check of a four of my tires. I mean, my new car didn't even have their tires on it. However, they charged me nothing because I had always been a loyal customer.I'll definitely go back when it's time to replace my tires.

I normally don t write reviews but the sales rep that helped me today (Jaime) was exceptional. The guy had a very calm and helpful demeanor. You guys need to take care of people like him. Thanks for the fast and helpful service.

This is my third time getting service from them and I always feel taken care of! I ve gotten a new tire, air on the go with no hassle and my tire repaired is less than 45 mins. Always polite and courteous. Everyone is profession and very accommodating to help make it a stress free transaction. Kudos to the team there.

Jaime and the crew at this location are five star! I needed tires for a 2012 BMW X5 that I recently purchased due to the previous owner having put a set of off brand WalMart tires on the vehicle. The rear tire was showing the belts in the center of the tire despite having 6/32 tread depth. I got online on Thursday 9/7 and reserved a set of Nitto NT420V tires, but the earliest appointment I could get was the following Monday 9/11.I called the store and talked to Jaime and let him know my situation and asked if there was any possibility of getting the tires installed on Fri 9/8 or Sat 9/9 because I didn't want to risk driving the vehicle over the weekend with a failing tire on it.Jaime checked on it and noticed the tires that I had purchased were on back order. The fronts were available but they couldn't get the rears in by Monday. Since the tires were on backorder, and I was desperate to get a set of tires asap, Jaime tracked down a set of Motivo's by the same mfr (but more expensive tire), upgraded me for no additional charge, got the tires in, and called me to come up and have them installed the day of Fri. 9/8, saving me the frustration of worrying if the tire would fail at any moment driving in this 110* heat.I drive a BMW X5 which has tires on it that are 1)- an uncommon size and 2)- have uncommon specs because of the vehicle type, it's performance capability, and it's sheer weight, so it's not like purchasing tires on a standard four wheel drive suv.I can't thank you guys enough for the professionalism, the knowledge of the managers, and the speed and quality of the installers.It's not every day that a person is willing to go above and beyond to assure the customer is happy, but this Discount location has an entire crew who are willing to do so.Thank you Forest Ln Discount Tire!

Had a nail in my tire. It was fixed promptly and I was on my way again. Staff great. Service, spot on
