Life happened and I needed a tire in flash late in the day. I knew it wasn't repairable right off the rip so my expectations were set. Tim made it a professional and awesome experience. They were done before promise time. I was totally pleased from start to finish. I was reminded that my wipers suck (my words) and was offered some but I had a pair at the house. It felt like a reminder and not pressured at all. Thanks guys.

Came in for a flat repair, they had me change all four tires, and while doing the replacement they came in saying one of the wheel was bent, had to change the wheels also didn t give me much time to think, very push sales people in front desk be cautious and coming to service they had to reschedule my appointment 2 times and messed up the wheels and tires, felt the vibrations through steering and seat while driving, had to get it fixed at other location. No responsibility from front desk. Be cautious and don t go by reviews

This branch does real hard selling. I was at this branch recently for a flat repair. The rep forced me to change two tires. Inside another technician called me and said I need to change all four rims and tires. I said I don t have the money I ll do that at a later time. I took delivery after paying for two tires. I noticed that the tire pressure was low 28 on one rear tire and 38-40 on other tires. I went back. The same tech who suggested to change 4 tires said it will re-adjust. It s now more than 3 -4 days the presume is still low.

Came in today to get flat fixed . Rey refused to help, saying if the tires can t be fixed he cannot put it back or I have to buy new tires from them. Rey didn t even bother to have look at the tire, he looked least interested in helping you. I never had any discount tire location said this to me but this guy Rey at this location seems to push u to buy a new tire. Basically he s putting you in a tight spot to buy a tire if not then I can leave the store and get it fixed some where else. Rey indirectly showing you the door out. Bad business at this location.

The service was good, friendly and knowledgeable. However, their incompetent installers put the wrong tires on the front / back (two different widths), so I got 50 yards down the road and the front tire caught on the shock and locked the front wheel in place so it didn t turn and just skidded down the road since it was too wide. I limped back and they figured out what they did and fixed it but a simple new set of tires turned into a half day sitting in the waiting room, with a trip down forest leaving a streak of rubber behind me in the middle of the morning to break up the monotony.

I came in with issues with tire pressure, presumably due to the cold weather and driving a Jeep. I was sold on lifetime balance and rotation and paid close to $250. After waiting over an hour, I was told that two of the tires have nails in them, in a location that is unrepairable. I was also told that because I bought the warranty, the out of pocket cost of replacing the tires would be $0. The next day I was notified that the tires were available and I could come in at anytime. I asked multiple times if I would need an appointment and was told no. After waiting close to an hour and a half I was told that the warranty did not cover the tire replacement and it would be an additional $600. While I appreciation them by trying to make it right with a discount, it is up to their employees to make sure they are giving customers accurate information. The sales associate that misquoted me had joked he was hungover so maybe that s why he was unable to do his job appropriately. Needless to say, I ll drive back to Goodyear in Lewisville as I have never been deceived from them.

My vehicle was damaged during my last visit on Aug 22; Drivers side mirror and drivers door. Don t go unless your looking for negligence and poor customer service.Unfortunately, this review didn t allow for Zero stars and I would highly encourage leadership to follow through with their commitments (Because They Said They Would).I ll continue to share this experience on all platforms and during any engagement with family and friends until (corporate) discount tire corrects this event and fix the damages. I was actually instructed to get a quote for repair so their claims department could resolve the incident.They contacted myself immediately after incident and committed to having it fixed - here we are 60+ days later, $2K in damages still I repaired, and was offer $300 credit on my next visit lol

Rey was great was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel better about my tire. This location was fast and efficient. I had bought insurance on my tires and they honored it when I brought in my car (my fault not the tire). I ll be a loyal lifelong customer. Would highly recommend

They will try to upsell but nothing wrong with that.I remember that if you asked them to put one of the used tyres in the trunk they used to bag them so your trunk wouldn't get dirty. It seems they phocus on quantity than quality nowadays. They do not do that anymore.They just threw the dirty tyre on top of a blanket and a scarf I had in my trunk. I spend $1700 in tyres and they didn't even try to be careful.Price was good. The place was extremely busy therefore I left the car for 2 hours.

1115a local time Fri Nov 17th 2023The guy running the drive thru air check station lacks the necessary IQ points to do this extremely complicated job effectively.2% rule says that you MUST be 2% smarter than the equipment you are attempting to operate. Someone should teach him and the manager on duty this concept.Before anyone says that I'm complaining about agree service... if it costs a half hour of my time, it isn't actually free. Additionally, I tip the worker. No tip today though. Arrived with 4 automobiles ahead of me. 20min later (actual clocked 20 not imagined or perceived) there were still 2 ahead of me so I left.

Had a flat tire, got a timely appointment, courteous service, and got out in about 1 hour. No charge because I had bought my tires from Discount Tire. Also, they did a tire rotation. I was impressed with how smoothly and efficiently the store was run. Lots of people coming in with flat tires from nails etc.. It's best to make an appointment.

This is by far the best Discount Tire I ve been to. The employees are very polite and they have relatively quick turnaround time for service even if you don t have an appointment.They are willing to work with your car if you have aftermarket wheels/tires/suspension as well. I ve taken both my lowered 370z and my Toyota Tacoma here and they had no issues servicing me like say the Discount Tire on MacArthur.I really appreciate these guys for taking care of my cars and for not being condescending and treating me as if I m just a clueless car owner like you see at shops sometimes.

Reliable and trustworthy. Over 20 years purchasing with follow up waurenteed service on all tires. Never a glitch or hiccups. It helps Discount Tire personnel always treat their customers with respect and positive consideration.

Bought a set of tires here couple months back. Tires are great, however the work that was done was not upto par. Different valves stems, 2/4, no valve caps. Truck was pulling to the right day after install. Turns out all 4 tires were under inflated. Front tires were at 20 and 22psi. 22psi!!! Unexceptable work. Wont be back.

Was looking for a good tire store to go to that has good service and was very satisfied with the service i received when getting a new tire, very professional staff and very organized conduct. Gabriel helped me with my car and gave me some more information on my tire that gave me valuable knowledge with great service. Would for sure recommend for first time buyers

This is the best discount tire in the entire state of Texas. They used to go get my tires from Costco and fire stone but after discovering this place on Forest Lane I will forever come hereMax is the best store manager and sales person he s extremely honest he s very nice and very courteous. He deserves nothing but a raise to be quite honest with you. Because of maxI come bring my other eight cars spend over $10,000 at this location!!Will be back !!!!!!

Don't go here unethical, unprofessional they are taking advantage of people bought 4 tires about 8 months ago when i went for rotation and fix some nails on the tires they told me it was free when you buy 4 tires at first on the inspection Rey told me that i need it new whipers when me and my wife replace them somewhere else 3 months ago ok, after waiting 2 hours they told me that they couldn't fix any of the tires neither rotate them because the nails were place on 1 tire on the side on the other because already had a plug. At the end they told us that i need it 4 new tires i just laughed because is sad how people try to take avantage now and days when this world is too mess up already . Take your bussiness somewhere else and don't trust this people

We used to by our tire sets here, but I just feel wronged with my last experience. I spent over $2000 on a new set of tires & an alignment. Have only had troubles from there. TPMS doesn't work at all (and they charge you for this) when I received my truck back, I drive off and there's a wobble. Turns out (and this is me guessing) they sublet the alignment service out to Pep Boys across the way. Some idiot at pep boys somehow bent my wheel hub bearing. I take it back to discount tire and am told (you need to take this truck to a mechanic) after all this money I just spent... they won't refund any of the fees they charged me. I am stuck dealing with them because I paid for warranty certs for the tires, but after this 3 years, we will NEVER use discount tire again. My best friend is a mechanic and just replaced my hub bearing assembly, which fixed the wobble issue. Highly annoying after paying that much $$ and then discount tire tells me to just kick rocks. Never again.

I am pretty sure Discount Tire offers free tire repair. But i know how hard it is to keep up with their services every day. Carson helped me check in this morning for a quick tire repair. He was very polite and thorough. I thank him for taking care of me on an early Saturday morning.

Best service in the industry by far! I had a blowout on the highway in the middle of the night and had my car towed to the Discount Tire I purchased the tires from. I Ubered back in the morning and they fixed me right up! I can't stress enough that when you purchase a tire to be sure to get the repair certificate. It was truly a lifesaver for me given that I bought the tires a little under a year ago and would've hated to have to pay for a new tire. It's the only place my family uses for tires!
