This place is awesome and here is why:Service is great!Lot is large and it is very clear where you need to pull in.They have an air pressure check line for free!!! Just drive up and they take care of you while in your car!Appointments are easy via their website.The workers HUSTLE and they look like they are having fun at their job!Huge car bay where you can clearly watch them work!They also do wiper blades.Couldn t recommend enough!

Today, I had an awesome experience at Discount Tire! As a new driver with a new car, it was my first visit to any place like it. Brian's assistance was invaluable; he explained everything so thoroughly and he knew exactly what a new driver like me would want to know. He helped me find a favorable rate for my circumstances and delivered exceptional customer service. Not only will I be back soon, but I will be telling my patients about this place as well. I was so pleased with the services today that when I overheard Brian and some of the other team members didn t have eclipse glasses for the big event, I tried to snag some for them from Walmart! Unfortunately, they were out. So, at the very least, I wanted to leave a glowing five-star review.

Alfonso the manager is absolutely amazing same goes for Brian who was helping me directly !! They were super kind knowledgeable and accommodating!! I pulled my car in at 5:20 for two new tires to be put on and was out by 5:50 super close to their closing time they never batted an eye !! 10/10 seriously appreciated and impressed by Alfonso/ Brian s quality of service:)

I called first and spoke with Carlos who was able to get me started right away. He got me into the queue and when I arrived they were waiting for me. Victor was great in recommending the right tires. He even fixed the price when I found it lower on the Discount Tire website. Dylan, who did the tire change, was really polite and professional. I recommend you use this location.

I m so impressed with my experience at this Discount Tire every time. Usually I get the free air fill-up when the weather changes, but this time I knew I also needed to replace my worn front tires - and they ended up doing it all in less than 15 minutes from when I arrived to when I drove away. The guys are FAST, courteous, efficient, and professional. I won t go anywhere else for anything regarding my tires!

Dylan, Erik, and Christian were the absolute best!!! I never have a good experience with car/tire maintenance. These 3 sold me, I will never choose another tire shop. I will always come back to discount tire and would even drive out of my way to come to this location because of the three individuals mentioned above. Awesome service from them.

I really can t say enough about how impressed I was with the incredible customer service I received from this location today. From the moment I arrived I was immediately greeted and offered a seat while I waited for a service advisor to be free. After a 2 to 3 minute wait Axle became available, he promptly ascertained my needs, walked out to my vehicle to confirm the assessment and check my other tires. He was professional, engaging and knowledgeable. I completed the sale and was told that my car would be ready by 5 or earlier it was 4:35.I wanted a cup of coffee while I waited but the coffee machine seemed to be out of order; I asked another associate about the coffee, he immediately came to help again super friendly and helpful.At 4:50 I was told by a 3rd young man that my vehicle was ready! They were absolutely amazing! Huge kudos to a fantastic team! Thank you for being the bright spot in my otherwise stressful day!

Called Discount frantically since I discovered a nail in my tire on a Friday afternoon. They saw me right away and fixed within 30 minutes. The staff was super friendly too! Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service, I was greeted by Carlos, who made a full assessment of my tires before I can make him aware of the issue. His assessment was spot on, Carlos thank you for your expertise and your service assisting me with my transition. I notice everyone on staff had a smile on my face and worked as if it was their vehicle. I learned about the instant savings discount card, which I was approved. Truly a blessing because I was not prepared to pay for all that needed to be taken care of on my car. All the tires were bad, except for one and one of those tires had a nail in it, I was able to see my car be finalized from beginning to end. Ladies, if you were single, and looking for someone that s going to take care of your car because that s what they are in the business for Discount tires is the place to go . Thank you, Carlos

One of my tires was not holding air, so i knew i need to get it replaced. I stopped by this Discount Tire by work, and it was a pleasant experience. I am a long time Discount Tire customer, so i generally know what to expect. I came in around 530pm (they close at 6pm) , and they had me out right after 6pm. I had pre-shopped on their website to pick out the tires i wanted to purchase. Victor (the rep who helped me) was open to the tires i wanted (which were cheaper than what I currently had on my car). He was polite, professional, and helpful.The inside of the store is spacious and clean. Like usual, the sales rep does try to sell me more tires than i need (ie, the tread on the worst one was 4/32", and he recommended replacement on the other tires that were 5/32"). Its not a "bad" recommendation, but i would consider it unnecessary until the tire reaches 3/32 (the minimum limit for inspection). I appreciate them recommending the "safer" option, but its up to each person to decide what they need/want. I am only adding this so others are aware; i didnt take a star off the review.

They're very polite and do the work diligently.I had a flat tire and when I went to get it replaced, I was told that I'd get a lifetime warranty to fix/replace flat tires in the future.Really appreciate it.

The Arapaho location has been the worst experience ever. First, they gave me different tires than what was on the vehicle without mentioning anything, and I did not notice until after they were installed. I know the onus is also on me, but them as the professional, if I asked for the same brand and type of the original, I'd think they would mention that it's not the same tire. It's not like I buy tires often, so it didn't come to mind, and he said nothing. Then, after the installation, all 4 tires are low. Why wouldn't they put enough air in the tire. And installed incorrectly, one tire showing 70psi. The dots are not aligned as they are supposed to be. Horrible experience! Not my first Discount Tire experience but definitely the worst service ever.

I had to replace all 4 tires and the windshield wipers on my 2008 mini cooper. The service was very friendly, professional, and done in a timely manner. The price was fair and they assured me about the lifetime warrant + free balancing service I can get in the future, which is super sweet. All in all, I'm very happy with the experience.

Whether you've bought tires from Discount Tires or not, Discount Tires offer Free Tire Air Check Service along with Free Fill Ups. And Also Discount Tires will rotate Your tires for no charge, whether You've bought the tire from them. From Discount Tires. That's what is called Great Customer Service.And Over the years, I have shop at All kinds of stores, spending quite a lot of money for products and services, only to be treated Without respect or even thanked for my continued service.On the other hand, I know that when I go to Discount Tires, I will be treated with respect and greeted by a courteous representative even if I'm there for the Free Air Check. I call that Great Customer Service a Wonderful example of how a good business should always be run.Changing tires is not an easy job and Discount Tires employees do it with a Great attitude and respect for Their Customers, whether they're coming in for the Free Air Check or Buying a set of tires. Wow! Now That's What You Call Great Service.

This is a great tire store. I'm a hard-core car guy, and I insist on getting excellent customer service on anything for my car. I bought a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4's for my Volkswagon GTI and couldn't be happier about my purchase. Christian is the guy I dealt with at Discount Tire, and I highly recommend him. Kelvin is also a good guy as well. If you need tires, Discount Tire on Arapaho near Walmart is the place to go.

I came in Thursday at 5:15pm to get my tire patched up. I ve been to a Discount Tire in McKinney before and they were great help. At this location I can t say the same, the young Hispanic guy that walked me out pressed down my tire said I don t feel anything and then tried to walk me inside so that I could instead purchase 4 brand new tires he tried really hard to upsell me by flirting with me very unprofessional. Luckily I was able to find High 5 Tires in Richardson who charged me $15 to patch my tire.

This has to be the best experience I have had when it comes to customer service. I wasn t expecting to buy tires, but they went above and beyond to find me something that fit my needs and budget. I was in and out within 25 mins and they PRICE MATCH any competitor. Thank you Victor!!

Had a horrible start to my morning finding out I had a flat tire on the way to work, but this shop really saved the day. I was quickly serviced by a kind young lad I think named Celvin. He even had some pep in his step cause I was not trynna be late for work. I was worried about a sudden bill to pay, but then he said it was FREE. FREE. Yeah girl. Go get you some service.

I bought 4 Pirellis with warranty they barely lasted 20k miles so I brought it to them seeing if they were covered and apparently because I didn't rotated them 2 more times I only rotated them 2 times it voided warranty. Then once I told them I had a budget for 2 tires for $350 they said they could get me 4 really good tires ( not pirelli) for $755 , what a deal right?!?! Oh and they "inspected my tires" one of them I was pretty sure had a leak and they completely missed it , I went to a guy down the road and he was like they obviously aren't thorough

Customer service is extremely good for a big chain franchise. Kevin is great, and the other guy I forgot his name, but the guys at the counter are great. And thanks to the guys in the shop who make it happen.

I am a delivery driver and when I say this place has the worst customer service and the manager Lucas was not helpful at all. I just kept asking him his last name to verify that I dropped off an order and he refused and kept telling me to go inside. This place needs to learn professionalism and customer service. This is why I purchased 2 brand new sets of tires from Texas Tires instead. The only thing good they check your tires for free.

The Carrollton location installed a new tire for me. They told me to drive a few miles for the tps register. After a couple days it still read 0. On my way to work I went to the Dallas Marsh lane location. Marsh lane told me to go back to the original store because they damaged it when they installed a new tire. I found it odd, considering it's all under the same umbrella. Due to a road trip coming up I was very very limited on time. I called Addison, one which is the one next to my job and the 1 I always go to. I told them the scenario, especially regarding my time crunch on the upcoming road trip. Sergio, Darryl, and Chikiluba took responsibility and fixed my issue asap. After Marsh lane brushed me off I was about to loose hope. However those 3 gentlemen reminded why my family and I keep going back to discount for 20+ years. Thank you gentleman.

The customer experience at this location is amazing! The manager, Carlos has personally gone above and beyond multiple times to ensure my truck leaves in better condition than when it arrived. I can t say enough about how this location is managed and the customer service provided. Keep up the great work!

I am so very frustrated at this moment . I recently bought 4 new tires at this location.I spent over $800.00. I have been receiving a warning about a back tire on the passenger side of my car. I have gone to this location twice this week because the warning is displaying that air is needed.The last time that I went to the store was Friday October 13th.. I was not in the mood for any superstition on that day, because I had an important appointment.I was told by the service attendant that nothing could be found in the tire.This morning, I was on my way to do errands, and I got a warning for the same tire. I preceded to go to this location. I was disappointed to know that the Discount Stores are closed on Sunday. That s understandable, but it didn t help me at the moment. I had to look around the area to find some place to put air in the tire.. because by this time.. the tire was visibly low in air.I am very unhappy. I want a new tire to replace this bad tire.I paid for the tires in good faith.I am expecting good service and product in return.

Discount Tire on Arapaho was excellent and handled my car quickly. It s no fun to discover you have a flat but Drew and the team made sure everything was taken care of and I was back on the road quickly. That s why I keep coming back to Discount Tire (when I need it) because they are good people that I trust with my car! Clean shop

I've lived in 5 different states from Cali to DC and discount tire is who I trust coast to coast. Every single man here in this location was courteous and had incredible chivalry and customer service. I feel like I came at a very busy time and every one was friendly patient yet fast. They quoted me in my price range and I felt no pressure to do anything I didn't want to do. I brought some soup while I waited and Carlos was nice and heated it up for me which was above and beyond what I could have expected. Great service great staff. Give these men raises or rewards or something. They're efficient and do a great job.

It s nice to be able to walk into a business, and they try to accommodate you even if your request goes above and beyond their common service . , your request goes above and beyond their common service. I spoke with somebody on the phone and somebody different in person and they both had the same attitude so if you need a tire. You will likely have a good experience if you come to this location.
