Omar's knowledgeable of type of problems with the Volvo semi truck and will offer valuable work that will be needed. So many drivers takes advantage if getting repairs done to their trucks, that it reflects on all of us. Guys you take your truck here for the repairs, pay your BILLS. I went in and I talked to Omar. Very very nice guy and straight forward. I was looking to schedule a rebuild of a volvo engine and from all the places that I have been so far, this was the best proposal that I reveived. He answered all my questions and gave me an estimated price. I still need to bring truck for him to look but for sure I will use his service. Not expensive, not cheap... honest price and I am sure he will perform a great work!

Diesel Xtreme is an innovative diesel mechanic shop. The state of the art shop is what the Dallas area needed. I park my Dump Trucks there and if I have a maintenance repair, Diesel Xtreme quickly addresses my issues and immediately get the repairs done. Due to their prompt response, my trucks do not have any down time. Omar and Ivan are the nicest guys who genuninely cares about your needs. The ladies in the office are extremely helpful and professional. I recommend Diesel Xtreme for all your diesel repairs.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Omar, Ivan and the full staff at Diesel Xtreme in Desoto. I took my Ford F550 here for repair not knowing what was wrong with it and fearing a huge repair bill, but Omar worked with me and reassures me that nothing would be done without giving me a price and getting my authorization before proceeding.Omar and Ivan kept me informed of every issue and provided me with timely status updates throughout the time my truck was in their shop. Omar was very easy to work with, willing to educate me on different aspects of diesel mechanics. He was never hesitant to share any resources he thought were helpful while my truck was at their facility and even after I picked it up.All of the staff was a pleasure to work with and interact with. The shop itself is very modern and was always clean, presentable and well organized each time I visited. It's not often you run across such highly professional people in this industry but the guys at Diesel Xtreme are top notch and have earned my business. When I was first introduced to Diesel Extreme, I was pleased with the type of facility it was , and I was pleased to meet Omar and Alfonso. We were their first set of customers and we were promised the world. After a few months, we noticed some issues with alignments, to which were either done incorrectly on not at all. The complaints came from at least three drivers. After a few more months we noticed that we had repeat issues. We paid Diesel Xtreme to fix a problem, but we would have to take the truck back two to three more times for the same issues. One promise we were told by Omar is that if they repair something and we have to bring it back for the same issue, they would put it in the shop immediately so that we can get back on the road. Well, those were just words. One of my issues was a repeat issue, but he kept it in the shop 4 days. He opened the shop on a Saturday to finish it. I paid him a ridiculous bill for work which was previously done. When the truck made it to AZ, it broke down. Two mechanics came out and they both informed me that the work which was just done was unnecessary, and the real issue was not touched. I explained this to Omar, and he admitted to me that he did not know what the issue was . He said that he called his friend at Freightliner for advice, and he told him that they charge their customers for ALL POSSIBILITIES no matter what the cost is because they would rather charge a lot of money to solve a problem than to focus on one issue and get it wrong. So, basically Omar charged me for guess work. Omar agreed and decided to charge me less, therefore I disputed the charge, but informed him in a very respectful and professional letter. I even offered to meet with him to discuss a fair amount for both of us. He agreed to this. However, my driver parked the truck there for a night. I was at the shop and could see my truck parked in the back attached to its trailer while Omar and I were discussing the matter. We both agreed on a number, so I told him I would go home to inform my wife so that we could call the credit card company to re-instate the charge. This was round 4:00 p.m., and I left the facility. My driver called me at approximately 5:40 a.m. the next morning and said he did not see the truck. Omar had pulled the truck inside when I left his facility. The next morning he demanded cash, or I could not get my truck back. I was thrown by his behavior and attitude. He knew he was going to do this . He really disrespected me and tarnished a good business relationship. When I came to his facility, I brought other people within my circle. We will no longer do business with Diesel Xtreme. My advice to anyone who does business there is to seek some knowledge as to what type of work you are having done, ask him to go over the diagnostic with you, and get a good timeline as to how long he will take. NONE of his promises are met.......I feel like Omar has gone ROUGE. He is not the same person I met prior to doing business there. Once he gets you in his shop, he will look you dead in your face, and will even smile, but he will hold your truck HOSTAGE.....Either Omar has some inexperienced or non-certified mechanics, or he does not supervise their work. He once told me me they do not like coming to him for advice because they do not want to appear unknowledgeable. Omar also needs to understand his insurance policy, because he does not want to be responsible for damages to vehicles which are not being worked on at his facility. He was angry because HE had a runaway truck and trailer that backed into mine and caused 11K worth of damage. He reluctantly filed on his insurance, but was upset that his insurance would go up. He claims he did me favor for allowing my driver to drop it off there. I had a driver scheduled to pick it up the next day until the incident happened. How do you do a paying customer who brings many other people a FAVOR like that? He does not possess business skills. If you spend enough time, you'll see for yourself.

Omar and Company has a nice facility as well as Staff. Shop office always clean. The staff members are friendly and nice. The work is awesome and the Prices are even better. I appreciate Diesel Xtreme for everything

I've been to a couple of shops and Diesel Xtreme has some of the best prices out there. I have had questions concerning problems with my truck on multiple occasions. I can call Omar or Ivan and both will assist in helping me solve the solution. Very professional and will continue using there services.

There is nothing more horrible than the truck breaking down out of state (you just know you gonna get ripped off). But not with this shop. Sent my driver for repairs to Diesel Xtreme about a month ago. It was a fuel leak problem, had fuel leaking all under the truck. The guys were great, said on the phone that they will look at it as soon as truck gets there and they DID.Had the problem diagnosed fast and repaired.Power washed underneath the truck without extra charges. I asked my mechanics at MY SHOP how long that repair should usually take, and they said the same amount of time that i got charged at Diesel Xtreme.So what it tells me is that Diesel Xtreme is a place with fair and honest people and if I ever need repairs in Dallas area they will be my first call.Thank you Ivan for your help.RussIRV INC

I took my truck in on 7-5-2021 for check engine light and oil change. I didn't received my truck back until 7-9-2021. The only thing was wrong with my truck was need sensor replaced. When I picked up my truck on 7-9-2021 they lost my ELD. Omar said he will give me a $400 credit on my next visit.I went back on 8-18-2021 for air hose replacement and oil change. He did give me a $400 credit if you want to call it a credit. Omar charge me $275 for oil change, $300 for air hose, and $300 for labor. In all the bill was $917 with $400 credit I paid $517. NOW I ASK YOU!!! DID I REALLY GET A $400 CREDIT? Put here comes the good part.Omar called me on 8-31-2021 and said he found my ELD I can come by and pick it up. I was able to go by on today 9-2-2021. Omar said he will give me my ELD if I paid for the oil change he did on 8-18-2021. Of course I said NO! I asked Omar are you willing to lose a customer over a ELD. Omar replied YES! He also said he don't care if he loses thousands of dollars from me not being a customer he have plenty of Mexican customers. Yes I'm a black man...I thought Blacks and Mexicans was in this fight together.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I have to say coming from another mechanic that was unprofessional, took too long , not responsible and now dealing with Omar and his people was a brush of fresh air, since the beginning that I started to work with not only has he exceed my expectations he has become more of friend and an asset to our business. I was so happy with his service that I talked to the rest of our truck owners at the place I on am lease to and all of them have started to take their trucks their very happy with his service because he is Honest , Patience and his willingness to help out is always their . Thank you for everything Guys !!!!!Tengo que decir que venir de otro mec�nico que no era profesional, tom� demasiado tiempo, no fue responsable y ahora tratar con Omar y su gente fue como un poco de aire fresco, desde el principio que comenc� a trabajar con Extreme Di�sel , no solo super� mis expectativas si no que tambi�n Se ha hecho m�s que un amigo sino una persona indispensable para nuestro negocio. I bought a 06 international dt466 box truck had problems with it after a couple of weeks of driving, took it to several shops who charged me but never fixed the problem Omar and the guys at Diesel xtreme found it ,fixed it and warranty it these guys are good and reasonable, I highly recommend them.

Great group of guy....clean shop...I like tha way they go that extra mile...by dating tha parts they put on your truck...and notice other things that might need servicing soon...they don t turn a wrench until u say so....and no surprising charges....
