This Auto shop had everything i needed to get my car back on the road, friendly staff, fast and easy. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Awesome place! My friend and I were stopping by every auto salvage yard in the whole area to find a part for my Honda Accord and none of the part stores were as helpful as DFW Auto Parts. I asked for my specific part and a person immediately went out with us to check in their salvage yard and provided us with great customer service. I bought my exact part and paint color for a really good price and offered to paint my side mirror if it was not the color I was looking for. I believe this place goes beyond the call of duty especially compared to their surrounding competition and you should definitely check this place out if you re looking for foreign parts.

Found my part on Facebook Marketplace when these guys popped up. They answered me promptly over Facebook messenger and the customer service when I got there was excellent.

Love coming to this place they have a nice variety of high quality used parts for high end foreign cars without the crazy expensive dealer prices , new management gave a breath of fresh air to this place and looks like they are turning things around in a good way! This shop/yard is an asset to the salvage yards in the area I will definitely come here before going to the dealer !

When I found they had 18 Honda accord turbo for 1.5L the turbo was bad and I never got installed it on my car because back turbo of turbine wouldn t move it was stuck. All I can stay once you buy parts from them you don t get your money back just only store credit. I ll won t be doing business with this place. Ladies & Gentlemen just beware what you buy parts over here.

I was able to get my sienna s interior rear view for just $40 which was steal. Same mirror on eBay motors going for at least $130. Owner was nice and listened to my concerns very patiently. Great service low prices

I live in Austin, have a few cars I buy parts for all the time. I always use this place because there knowledge, delivery, prices, and selection are fantastic. They have been under new management for a few months now and they are fantastic. Would definitely recommend using them and I even buy parts for friends here in Austin. Highly recommend this place!!!

Was hard to believe they had the part I needed. Was harder to believe the price they had it for. Was still in question if it worked when I bought it. But turns it was good. Will definitely shop here again if needed. Great people great business!

Awesome. Bought a Diesel engine Mercedes and could not be happier. These people go above and beyond. The place is busy like most yards with cheaper prices so it is better to go to the location rather than be one of 50 callers "just checking" if an item is available but never commit then wonder why they get hurried off the phone in favor of a customer standing there with cash in hand. They have mostly foreign cars and their price difference from a self pull location allows the puller to be gainfully employed. I would absolutely recommend them.

Where do I even start?! I purchased a transmission for my 1 ton truck here, drove down to pick it up as they seemed to have had the transmission at a better rate than many of their competitors. So I made the 3 hour journey to their buisness. After I paid them 1100 dollars, brought it back to my mechanic that day, the transmission didnt fit my particular truck. I called back to this salvage yard repeatedly only getting a run around for several weeks. Finally, the owner calls me back after 3 (yes, THREE weeks.) and said that after doing a more thorough check that they didnt have my particular transmission and that they also were not going to give me back my money as they "have a no return policy" and wanted to offer me a yard credit of 1100 dollars. After some back and fourth that lasted nearly a month and a half and my attorney calling them, he finally agreed to give me back my money, but I was still out time, gas, and garage fees. These people in my opinion are scam artist. Save yourself a headache and Go somewhere else.

This place is great! The owner is so helpful. They take off the parts for you and tell you over the phone if they have what you need before driving over there. Most salvage yards don t do that. They gave me a great deal on the parts I needed to fix up my car. They have just about everything you need! I recommend this place highly!

Horrible communication they gave me the wrong parts and the boss Angelo said to trust him that he's been doing it for 20 years. And I went home back to Arkansas and the parts were wrong. So I went to take them back. And get my money back and the main boss Angelo was "never" there. We have tried to call and resolve the issue and he's failed to give us our money back or even find a resolution. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. I repeat do not buy anything. And if you do. Make sure the parts are the right parts before you do. We are trying to get their salvage license revoked as we speak. We have called countless times. This business is very shady.

Worst DFW auto salvage is what they need to change their name to. Price gougers and they like to screw people around. They told me they had the parts i needed and quoted me a price that was twice what other wrecking yards in the area told me. Since they were the right color o figured it was worth it. I left to go get the money from the atm and when i got back he says oh we just sold the car after i already signed a reciept. Lame and unprofessional. They dont have a very good selection anyway. Piss poor business. Do yourself a favor go any where but here.

Stay away from this place they give you a price over the phone your confirm via text drive 1 hr and then tell you ohh now the person made a mistake. Its 3x times the price you were told. Go else where

They didn't have my unusual request for an actuator for an '02 Lincoln LS, but called back , let me know what they did have and that would not be a good alternative . Dina then called me back later and had located a salvage yard with 4 doors and so actuators are probably there. i appreciate her efforts, and learned that the guy folks had complained on was no longer there.I'd call that great customer service and effort. Dina was also VERY pleasant and upbeat.

Lied, made me feel less than American , very disrespectful, prejudice toward women.. Door was wrong color , said it came with the mirror, took car to body shop 2 hav door put on, noticed mirror wasnt on new door, went back, mafe me buy mirror for another 75.00, window doesn't roll down.Ah, they were real nice and helpful 1st day, 2nd and 3rd, rude salesmen.

This business went under new ownership and management on December 1st of 2018. The new owner is hard at work reestablishing the entire business, including remodeling, new inventory and much more! They specialize in European auto parts. They are Very friendly and helpful!

Very friendly and helpful service, found the part I needed after a lot of searching other salvage yards. It was a far drive for me but they confirmed the part was in stock and the price was right.

Called to see price in windshield 200 dollars for the part.300 instaled with used parts. Other places charge 200 instaled new parts and they go to you. Pick and pull charges 66 for parts. Ill probablgo to pick and pull do it my self and save 244 dollars

This place is not good to business with. I paid over a thousand dollars for a Mercedes engine and the lazy mechanic was too sorry to unplug the wires from the harness......he just cut them!! I will advise anyone to take their business and questions elsewhere because this place is GARBAGE!!

Called to see if they had a lower bumper for Chrysler pacifica or just the fog light. I didn't even give the man the name of the part, just the make and model and he immediately said we don't have Chrysler! How do you know if you didn't even check! HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE!!!!

HORRIBLE, AWFUL SERVICE! No courtesy at all and no word of honor! Jesse kept saying he will call back; he gave the money to the driver already; he will come soon, etc. etc.---none happened and he had the nerve to leave work without making a courtesy call that it ain't gonna happen after waiting for hours for something to happen, and the subsequent person who took his place insisted that their driver is STILL going to come after all. And then, NOTHING---and eventually their phone is dead to replies!!!Do NOT bother!

Hate service, the lady is so freaking rude, they don't have the parts when they promise you, the owner hides from us because he didn't have parts or money to give back!They make you go to their bussines in vein, excuses...excuses they full of them.HORRIBLE ... AVOID THIS BUSSINES IS THE WORSE!!!!!
