Extremely rude younger man said I would have to back my car out of the valet area, against oncoming traffic. (at least 50 feet) When I said we could just move a couple of cones he threatened me. He said DON T YOU dare touch my cones! Then preceded to insult me by saying you don t know how to drive your car? I m a middle age woman & I doubt seriously if a man would have received the same directions and rudeness. An older attendant, wisely stepped in & move a couple of the cones so I could leave.

It used to be amazing. This morning I had to use the service because I had to get straight to work (I only use the service when I absolutely have to) and if I needed to change terminals I would be in a time bind. This morning my car was waiting for me at the right terminal but for almost $200 extra on top of airport parking fee I had to go and get my own car. Thank you but no thank you. I think it s time to get back to hiring black car services when needed.

My wife and I used the Valet service during our most recent trip abroad. It made our experience so easy and stress free. We departed and arrived at different terminals which made it great that our vehicle was waiting for us after a long international flight. The customer service was phenomenal and very professional. We will definitely use the Valet service again!

After using Freedom Park for years decided to give DFW valet a try again. Overall it s a good experience, yet the few times I need to speak to someone on the phone, they seem to be put out by having to speak to you. I think if your responsibility involves talking to customers, they may want to hire people who understand common courtesy and can be more pleasant.

I parked and paid for airport valet, while staying at the Grand Hyatt, due to needing my EV charged. After spending the extra money for parking and making arrangements with the Grand Hyatt valet to ensure my car was parked and charged; my car was returned to me NOT CHARGED. And the valets on duty didn t give a *+#%. If you have an EV, do not depend on this team. I will never park with them again.

Great service! Friendly valets that treat your car and personal belongings in the car with respect and go over and beyond to make the service worthwhile for you. You d receive a text message upon arrival stating your car location which would be the closest valet location to your baggage claim. Greeters will welcome you, offer water, and assist with your luggage. This company features a great team of dispatchers who keep track of your flight and ensure that your vehicle is moved to the closest gate. As well as a professional supervisors who would do just about anything to satisfy the guests. Overall, highly recommend using the service.

If I could give zero stars I would. Did valet with my brand new vehicle and came back to it completely keyed on the drivers side, after already paying over $200 for the valet service. I repeat, DO NOT, under any circumstance valet your car here at DFW. The workers here are untrustworthy, and the supervisor eluded that it had to be one of their employees since they are the only ones with access to the valet garage.

What an absolute disaster these people are. I came in on an earlier flight, and called them and let them know. I called them when I landed and confirmed that I had landed and what gate I would be at and they confirmed that my car would be there waiting on me. I get outside, and they have absolutely no clue they have no clue that I'm supposed to be there yet. I called the number again, and they say yes we have your truck and I'll be there in 3 minutes. 20 minutes later it arrives. Don't park here. Use the red shirts

the worst! I get a text message to pick my car up at B9, and my flight came in at B30! Then I make it to B9 only to be told my car is not there and that it s at B30. I show them the text I received on where to pick my car up. So had to wait in this awful heat in Texas for someone to bring my car to me. They offered the shuttle but was not interested in dropping off other people before making my way to my car.

Updated Review.Don't say I was paid off until you read the entire post. Even after the review below, I used DFW Airport Valet again. Why? Coming in from CA at midnight and wanted to have my car at whatever terminal we arrived at. Car was there on time. I didn't receive a text but went straight out to the closest DFW booth and there was my car. When I asked to pay, I was told that mine was taken care of. Inside my car was a very nice hand written note apologizing for the previous service, which was also comped, and advising that my fees had been comped. Second chances, everyone deserves one!They just don t have enough personnel anymore. The good old days of walking out of the airport and your car being at the correct location are over. Self park or Uber. You will save time. Sad. I ve been parking with them for a very long time. No more. Communication when they are understaffed is horrible. Giving a two instead of one for all the years it was a good service..

I've been using DFW Airport Valet for years. Flying out of any gate at DFW does not guarantee that you will return to that same terminal. Getting to your vehicle can be a pain. The airport valet really makes things easy. However, the last few times my vehicle was completely ransacked. Someone tore into everything in a hurry looking for anything valuable. About $10.00 in quarters and a $20 starbucks gift card were removed. Made a complete mess and removed items that doesn't belong to them. Also, my truck was not at my gate the last few trips.Long story short, it's convenient, but crazy expensive and your vehicle will be gone through with abandon. Best of luck

My experience with Dfw Airport valet was incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure they had my Tesla fully charged and ready for me when I returned. The staff there is amazing, I can't say enough about how great they were!

Consistently great experience time after time. Assistance with luggage, handles our arrival with professionalism whether we've made a reservation or are a "drive up" customer. Peace of mind that our car never leaves airport property unlike the competitors. Always offered car wash, bottled water. On more than one occasion, American has pulled the last minute "change of terminal arrival" card and we have never waited more than 10 minutes for DFW Airport Valet to relocate our car to our new terminal/gate arrival location.

This is a very convenient and well-run operation. Each time we have used this service, the folks were courteous. The car has always been ready when we arrive. No troubles at all. With how spread out the American Air arrivals are compared to where the boarding was for the flight, the cost is worth the service.

Tim is amazing! He called me while in Colorado to make me aware that our car was still at the airport and getting billed daily! Great customer service and very nice to work with. He helped coordinate with my transport company to get it back to Colorado. Thanks again guys I really appreciate it!

DFW Airport Valet surpassed my expectations. My first time to use it and I was very happy with the level of service. I had a flat tire on the way in to Valet and the service department was able to help me address that while I was 2000 miles away. It was ready to go when I arrived back at DFW. Thank you, Tim Taylor and Team.

I've used DFW Valet since they started the service and it keeps getting better. The staff is courteous and responsive. It's especially useful; when the garage is near full and you are in a hurry as there are no reservations needed. The biggest benefit is that upon arrival your car is mere steps away from your arrival gate regardless of your departure terminal. If you haven't used the service, try it and you will be hooked!

I've used the DFW Airport Valet service for years. The convenience of driving up to one of their stations when I'm Departing and the fact that my vehicle will be near my Arrival gate when I return make this so much better than the off-airport options that I used in the past. Even notifying them about changes in my flights is easy. Their emails and texts specify everything, and their optional services can be a sanity saver if I'm travelling for weeks on end.

One of the valet drivers damaged my car in November 2021 and we were told we would receive a call in a couple days . It has now been nearly two months and my car is still damaged, nobody has reached out to me and nobody will return my calls. 10/10 do not recommend.

This is the easiest way to fly by far. I have used DFW Airport Valet for the past 6 years for every business trip. I have piece of mind that my car will be left in a well lit place and monitored 24/7. Plus, I have not delay when leaving the airport, as my car is waiting for me. When I've flown the same flights as coworkers who live in the area, I leave the airport at least 30 minutes faster then they do. My one wish is I could make a request on my account for when they pull my car around. I am 5' 11" and it seems every driver is shorter and the seat is always pulled forward so far that I can't swing my legs in.

The whole process was smooth and quick. During drop-off I had to wait a bit (less than 2 minutes) because the attendant was helping a mother get herself situated with the baby & the stroller, the luggage, and extra baby bags she had. He did acknowledge me as soon as he saw me, and informed me that he would help me as soon as he could. I did appreciate that he did not just check the lady's car in, but actually helped her, even if it meant I had to wait a couple of minutes.After I landed, I received a text with information about my vehicle before the plane had even parked at the gate. My luggage took almost 30 minutes to come out, yet the attendant was glad to see me and offered me some complimentary water as well as to help me with my luggage. He showed me where my car was parked and made sure I was good to go before walking away.

Good service, however I have had money stolen out of my console (rolls of quarters) reported to company without any response. Apparently my colleagues have experienced the same issue. They were smart enough to steal smaller valued items vs a 500 radar detector next to the change. Management needs to improve their customer service to the level of the people greeting you at the airport.

Only my second time using DFW valet. 1st time could not have been smoother, right as we were leaving the flight we got a text saying our car was at the gate awaiting our arrival. The second time, little different. Have been waiting over an hour for my vehicle to show up. The whole point of DFW Valet is to make it more convenient.. but it would have been much easier to get an uber or lyft instead of waiting for over an hour for the vehicle. And I gave them a call right when we landed to make sure they had a heads up we landed. Said they were short staffed which is why it took so long. If you're within an hour of DFW, it's probably a better idea to take a rideshare than valet.

Was valet with my wife when arriving and had the worst experience ever. I had waited in line to get my car at gate C 22. It was literally right infront of us. For 15 minutes this guy shaun was checking out customers and then running to grab their cars. ALL by himself. Can this company seriously not afford another person at the desk?The times that other valets did bring cars to the lanes they loaded luggage up and shaun took all their tip!!! I even heard them complain about not getting their tip share??? What the hell I am not even a valet and i know that is crooked.... i work in the service industry and i feel so bad for these employees.

I just called today to confirm my valet. I had the worst customer service experience of my life talking to Liz. The first time I called Liz answered the phone extremely hostile before I can even tell her anything. I was hung up on 3 times while trying to confirm the correct flight number. She cut me off and then when I gave her the flight number she proceeded to still disconnect the call. After calling back 5x, She answered but then immediately disconnected the call a few times. I literally had to call from a different number and when she finally answered the phone her attitude was worse than the first. I wouldn t recommend anyone using this service.

Always a great experience, even if I don t make a reservation, they are always on point. They take care of my car, and always notify me that my car is ready when I arrive at the gate I arrive at and in front waiting for me. They offer me cold bottled water and always help with my luggage. Wonderful service!

DFW Valet is awesome. I had the same attendant for drop off and pickup and he went above and beyond. I wish I remembered to get his name. The app worked perfectly. My return flight had huge delays and changes and vehicle was still there when I arrived. Definitely recommend.

I ve used DFW valet several times. I had one bad experience with customer service when I called when my car wasn t there when I landed. Since then I ve used DFW multiple times and they ve been outstanding. Tim Taylor the GM has gone out of his way to make sure customer service has been great
