I recently came in with some damage obtained by a piece of equipment falling on my new car at a car wash. After getting 4 quotes, Dentwerks was by far the best value. The turnaround time was 1 day... Unfortunately there was paint damage discovered after the repair and Dentwerks came back with a very fair offer - and completed it over the weekend. The end product looks great and they even detailed my car! Highly recommend Dentwerks - they made mine look good as new even with a respray.

Weird experience, i was there to get a dent repaired, i called and was told to ask for someone who doesn't work there, then the receptionist told me she'd have someone come help. The guy came out said he couldn't really help me and called the owner, who was offsite, during business, morning hours 9-10am. Waited a few more minutes, owner shows up and sees the dent, says he needs it for a day, but can't say when he can take it in, further says he's got so much hail work to do, he can't commit to getting it done, then says he just can't do it right now. Didn't try to set up an appointment either. Drove off feeling like a waste of time

Can not recommend enough. This was my first time in a car wreck and Joe helped guide me through the process. I had my car back within three days and it looks amazing. The pricing was also great!

Called Dentwerks on a Tuesday and they were able to accommodate me right away. I came in 30 minutes later and met Austin and Joe. Joe took a look and we discussed how it wasn t a typical door ding - was sharp damage on the body line - and that usually the repair would be referred to a body shop instead. I described my situation that it was a new car and I didn t want any real body work done with non-factory paint. I also knew it was going to cost a lot more at the body shop than it would here.Joe said he could try working his magic on the door and it could get to about 90-95% of its original condition. After about 2.5 hours, Joe pulled the car back around and I was taken back at how great it looked. It was as if the damage never happened.Joe really outdone himself and I was extremely grateful for his willingness to work on it when he could have easily said no and told me to go to a body shop.Thanks again Dentwerks. Joe and Austin (Father and son) paintless dent repair was incredible. My vehicle had some additional body work needed and they created a package where Dentwerks partnered with another shop to do my vehicle.My car came back looking BRAND NEW!Unfortunately we have HAIL in TEXAS but fortunately we have Dentwerks as insurance that our cars will always look brand new. My 2021 Jeep Rubicon had been hail damaged. DentWerks restored my Jeep perfectly without removing and painting over original factory paint! Dentwerks handled contact with my insurance company, satisfactorily working out coverage. Highly recommend DentWerks!

Took my car by for an estimate. To be clear, I haven't decided whether or not to authorize the repairs, but it was a very informative and helpful experience. Seems like a good option for uninsured damage, to get the car back to street legal at relatively low cost.

I took my car here to have the hail damage repaired and wow, I was super impressed. Had my car in and out in a little over a week. Every other shop was booked out for months I highly recommend their work and professionalism.

Joe runs an excellent shop. You can just tell that he truly cares about his customers and service satisfaction. My car got damaged from a pretty bad hail storm and he had it fully repaired beyond my expectations in just one week. I m so glad I found his shop online. He definitely took my stress out of this whole process and for that I m truly grateful. I ve been recommending him to everyone I know and I will definitely be using his service again!!

5 stars just isn t enough stars to rate the diligence, dedication, and skills that Joe and his team has when it comes to your vehicle. I can honestly say that I wasn t anything less then super impressed with the way he installed my Adro bumper and made my car look like a beast!! In my 20 years of owning vehicles, I had to make my very first insurance claim due to hail damage. I feel like I take pretty good care of my Jeep and it was frustrating to have something out of my control cause such damage. I did some research and came across Dentwerks. I m more than grateful that I did. Their staff and the owner Joe make you feel like you re their top priority. Went I dropped my Jeep off, Joe took me back into the shop to show me the process of the repairs. He explained the entire process, from the insurance claim to the repairs themselves. They stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. I got my Jeep back today and was more than pleased. Joe and his staff did a phenomenal job! The vehicle was detailed and looked better than I could have imagined. As good as new! If you re reading this review and you need repairs like me, do NOT hesitate and call them. You wont be disappointed. Thank you again, to you and your staff!

I used Dentwerks to repair my vehicle's numerous hail damage. Suzie Bolger was awesome to work with. She took care of dealing with the insurance and with car rental to help me with my busy work schedule. She picked up my vehicle and delivered it after it was finished. To tell the truth, I was apprehensive trusting my new vehicle to someone I didn't know, but the whole process went very smoothly and the repairs were done perfectly. There is no sign of any hail damage now. I highly recommend them.

So far this has been an amazing experience! After the terrible hail storm I needed a place to repair my Toyota. Austin has been great! Picked my car up from my home and brought the rental car to me! With my busy schedules it s been hard to find time, but Austin has gone above and beyond to help me and make this process smooth! The customer service is amazing!Post update! My 4runner was delivered back to me! This place is hands down Amazing! Made sure I had a rental car while they had my vehicle and I never had to leave my house to drop or pick up my vehicle! This place literally makes it such a smooth process and is very personable! They even detailed my vehicle for me! I don t regret my decision to use this company one bit! 10/10 recommend!

Dentwerks repaired my car for hail damage. They cleverly used paint-less hail repair to preserve the car's paint. I'm very happy with their work. Joe and Michelle are very friendly persons. They did what they promised in the ad. After the warm welcome, Joe sat down with me and explained all the steps of the repair. Michelle helped me with insurance and made filing a claim a smooth process. With her experience, she managed to work with both the insurance and the rental company to put my claim on the top of the list that I got a rental car in the same day despite the shortage of cars the rental company was running through. She even came with me to the rental company so I can pick up the rental car and she can drive my car to their shop. The process was quick and smooth. Without Michelle's help it would take me few days till I get a rental car. I had some time restraints as the car was a leased car and it needed to be turned in at the end of the lease. Joe made a promise to finish my car in a reasonable time. He even made a pledge to pay me $ 200 for every day of delay. Surprisingly, he finished the work in half the time he promised earlier. The insurance company allowed $ 25/day for the rental car. However, the rental company had a car with $ 35/d rate as the cheapest at that day. Joe did not want waste more time as he knew I want my car repaired quickly. He arranged for the car rental and promised me to pay the difference after I return the car. And , he really did. Joe is a kind of guy who would go out of his way to help in any way he could. The work was done and I got my car like a new, but I had a new problem I did not expect. I discovered a small dent in the hood of the rental car that I was not sure it was there before I rented the car. I showed it to Joe. He said to me not to worry. He called the rental company and returned the rental car himself and there was no problems. I can not praise enough Dentwerks for their work and help throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend them for anyone who wants to repair his/her car. The five stars are not fair for Joe and Michelle as they deserve much much more.

I took my car here for deep scratches on my door. I loved that Joe gave me options on how to repair the damages, opposed to other shops who only presented one (most expensive) option. By far the BEST auto hail/auto repair shop I ve evverrrr worked with! As soon as I walked in, I knew I was going to be super pleased! The whole staff and owner were just super professional, everything was done and completed EARLIER THAN EXPECTED which was amazing, they covered an outstanding deductible that I can not thank them enough for. And to top it off, my car is looking super brand new! I love the service I received and this is now my #1 shop for auto hail/auto repair! Thank you so much again to the staff and the amazing owner, Joe! Anybody considering, please do not think twice and come! You will not be disappointed. The service is top tier!

New Car...gusty winds... bad day equals sharp edged door ding in the drivers door of a shiny new Chrysler 300. I called Joe at Dentwerks who told me he would do his best. I dropped off the car and came back a few hours later only to find my car parked in the same place. I inspected the door looking for the dent and then questioned whether or not it was my car. It was like magic. When I dropped the car off the dent was distractingly noticeable and you cant any see evidence of it now. I can't tell you how worth the time and money doing business with this company was. I highly recommend Dentwerks.

Austin is awesome! He helped me file my hail claims, picked up my vehicles, brought me a loaner and got the repairs done quickly and beautifully. My cars both look good as new! I hope my cars don t get damaged again, but if they do, I will definitely be calling Dentwerks. I highly recommend them.

I must say that Dentwerks exceeded my expectation in every way. Joe and Michele were amazing. I had some dents on my beautiful car. They made the whole process very easy. They worked with my insurance company and made my car look beautiful again. I highly recommend them. From now I am sending all my friends and family to them in case of hail damage.

Excellent customer service and amazing work!I came in with some pretty bad damage due to a side-swipe and was concerned it wouldn't be able to be corrected. I was quickly assured by the team that they would have no issues taking care of my truck. In just three days, I was able to pick up my vehicle looking exactly the same as the day I drove it off the lot.I cannot recommend Dentwerks enough. I will definitely go to them if for any future work and highly suggest you do too!

Dentwerks did an amazing job with the hail repair on my Dodge Charger! I would recommend you go to them with any type of hail repair you need! They offered you their own rentals which was convenient until your car was ready. What I didn t realize they did until I got my car back is they detailed it. They are amazing!

My car got hit by the storm back in April and had HORRIBLE damage. I put off getting repairs because I was skeptical of having zero out of pocket and not having to pay my deductible up front. These guys were AMAZING! They were super helpful and explained everything to me and answered all of the questions I had. They also drove to my job in Fort Worth to take a look at my car from Dallas and then drove back again to Fort Worth with a rental for me to use. Travis stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process of them having my car and was great! The customer service was phenomenal! Krystal and Joe at the shop were also amazing and answered questions I had. My car looks brand new thanks to them!I can t recommend them enough!

Brought my car in to have hail damage fixed. This place is amazing! You would never know my car had any dents in it and they even go above and beyond with a fantastic detail cleaning when they are done. The shop itself is so nice and the people I worked with from beginning to end were kind,helpful and friendly. They are definitely family owned and do care about the customer. I give it 5 stars and will recommend to everyone I know!

Dent repairs due to hail damage.One of the best car body shops,I ve used.I highly recommend Dentwerks for all dent repairs.All my car concerns, were met in a timely manner.There work is of high quality and it shows.They went above and beyond to address all my repair concerns.Both vehicles I left in there care were repaired to looking as they did when I first purchased them from dealership.I m happy and extremely satisfied.Thank you DentWerks Dallas.

Fantastic family run business that handled everything from beginning to end. Very friendly, professional service and an amazing repair to my vehicle.It is a brand new, clean and modern facility. The business may be new but Joe has been doing dent repair for a long time and it shows in the quality of the work.Michele was always available keeping me updated on my vehicle and always patiently answering my questionsIf you are ever in need of dent repair I recommend Joe and Michele s business.

Had someone slam their car door against my new 2021 Ford Tremor, left a big ding. Haven t had it a month. I called Joe at Dentwerks, met them the next morning, and was taken care of in a matter of minutes. You can't even tell anything ever happened. Owner was awesome, staff friendly and helpful. I hope I never have to use their services again, but if do, they will be the first to hear from me. Thanks Joe for EXCELLENT customer service!
