At first my experience was negative because i kept putting off my insurance claim after a hail storm a few months back and the man advertising showed up at my house on 3 separate occasions to persuade me to use them.Although he was extremely respectful and pleasant to speak with it became annoying, but his persistence paid off when i finally quit putting it off and decided on a company to use. The selling point that made Dent Mavericks a desire able option was that i had so much damage that they paid my deductible!They made it an extremely easy process all around from the ease of getting information from them, their explanations of the process, giving me a loaner so i could continue to get around, and even expediting the service to have it done in time for me to move out of state. They worked well with my insurance company and got it all taken care of with minimal effort on my part.Before the work was done my truck was riddled with well over 100 dents from hail and now there any evidence there was ever any damage. Once the work was finished they drove my truck to my house to swap vehicles and they cleaned my truck inside and out which was icing on the cake.Great company and easy to work with.Thank you to the man that was persistent, thank you to Arturo for delivering my truck when it was done, and thank you to those that helped me when initially brought the truck to them.

Dent Mavericks did an amazing job fixing my RAM 3500. It looks better than it did when I bought it. The driver, Arturo was super friendly and safe with my vehicle and answered any questions I had! 100% Recommend!

Working with Dent Mavericks was hands down the best experience I have had with a body shop. I had extensive hail damage all over the body and a cracked windshield. Dent Mavericks picked up the car and provided a large loaner vehicle for the time it took to complete the job. They provided the estimate to the insurance company and had the payment delivered to them for simplicity. The car was returned in immaculate shape with not a ripple on the body work to be seen. It was also returned with a full exterior and interior detail and a full tank of gas. Everyone I worked with was first class from the drivers, to agents, to schedulers. Highly recommended!

Absolute amazing service. They work amazingly fast to get your vehicle in, valet service to and from your location with top notch customer service. Matthew was great and professional with pick up and delivery. Rani was thorough with communication along the way and provided a customer service experience even Chick-fil-A can t top! At first I was skeptical about their offer. It sounded too good to be true. But Dent Mavericks completely came through and exceeded my expectations! They delivered my loaner car, and picked up my car. The driver, Arturo, who delivered my car back was very helpful. He was on time and helped me move my things from the loaner to my car. Finally, my car looked perfect! Better than it did before the hail damage! I would highly recommend Dent Mavericks!

Yoselinn had exceptional customer service keeping me updated through the whole process. My vehicle had horrible hail damage all over with a crack windshield and the back mirror shattered. Dent Mavericks was able to provide a tow truck to my home since I didn t want my vehicle to be driven so far due to the shattered glass and they dropped off a nice rental at my home. Yoselinn stayed after hours so I could pick up my vehicle, she filled my tank up and waited patiently as I inspected my vehicle. Due to my vehicle being so new Dent Mavericks had to wait on parts for my vehicle so the time that it took to be fixed was about 2 months. Overall I am so happy that I went with Dent Mavericks to fix my SUV, they did a fantastic repair. Thank you to everyone that worked on my 2023 Chevy suburban.

A bad hail storm swept through our neighborhood recently and caused a fair amount of damage to my car. The next day, representatives from several paintless dent repair companies came to my home offering their services.I was most impressed with Brandi and Barrett from Dent Mavericks.Their services sounded great- almost too good to be true, so I went online and read reviews. The reviews were mostly positive, and I decided to try them.I am so glad I did. Brandi provided me with great customer service every step of the way, from help with my insurance, coordinating picking up my car and dropping off a loaner car, and answering my questions throughout the process.Dent Mavericks followed through on all their promises and the results are great! My car looks like new!I highly recommend Dent Mavericks! Be sure to ask for Brandi.Marshal.

These guys are awesome! We had a hail storm in AUBREY that hit my 2022 Ram 3500 pretty bad. After the repairs, couldn t find a single dent. Customer service was exceptional and handled everything with my insurance company. In addition, my insurance had me on a wait list for a rental car which I never got. Dent Mavericks had a brand new F150 ready to go for me free of charge. Can t thank you guys enough.

These guys are awesome! Had them fix 2 vehicles truck and SUV. Found additional damage with special lights, repaired well and the vehicles looked brand new when they delivered the trucks back to my home. Arturro delivered the vehicles and he was friendly and professional. Would give him 10 stars if I could. Product and service are outstanding.

One month ago I said Very accommodating company. Their driver Arturo brought us another rental. Very kind person. Today, 10/14/23 Arturo brought our car back and picked up their rental car. We had a great experience with this company and Arturo is very thorough explaining everything regarding drop off and pickup. Thank you Arturo!!

My car had hail damage. Dent Mavericks were first ones in neighborhood to offer services and I did not feel pressured to hire them. I looked at all reviews and decided to go with them. They supplied me with a rental too. They brought rental to my workplace and picked up my car. I don t recall drivers name for pickup but when my car was finished the driver to drop off my car was Arturo. He was very nice/professional; both drivers were!The work on my car was excellent. Only thing they missed was a dirt spot inside on top of my car; I assume it was a handprint and one of the seals around back window was not attached. I snapped back in. Other than that I am happy customer.Also, Jocelyn was very helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you

Great job on my truck. Was hit by hail and the took care of everything from A-Z. Provided me with a rental that was the same make and model of my existing vehicle. Very convenient and would highly recommend if you experience hails damage on a vehicle. Hopefully it never happens again but if so, will call Dent Mavericks. Dent Mavericks has taken incredible care of my car after it got terrible hail damage and has made the process very smooth. They even provided me with a rental, that was delivered by the best driver Arturo, with no out of pocket costs. My first point of contact was w Yoselinn who communicated w me thru the entire process and answered every question/doubts I had. Arturo & Brendyn were the drivers who brought me a rental vehicle and took my Cadillac to the shop w/ great care! Very friendly people! Would definitely recommend. I appreciated the work so much that my truck will also be getting fixed up by Dent Mavericks!!

I can't say enough good things about Dent Mavericks. Very timely repair. They didn't have any rentals on my appointment day, so they offered me a $300 cash incentive to use my rental reimbursement. They also reimbursed my $1,000 deductible. By the end of it, I actually came out on the right side of things.Excellent customer service. They picked up my vehicle and dropped it off with a full tank! They even buffed out some scratches that weren't part of my original claim. Looks like it's brand new. I am beyond pleased.I hope I never have to use them again, but I know that I will most certainly come back if I have to do so.

Great job on my truck. He was hit by hail and took care of everything completely. He provided me with a rental that was the model of my current vehicle. Very convenient and would highly recommend if you are experiencing hail damage to a vehicle. Let's hope it never happens again, but if it does, he'll call the Dent Mavericks. and thanks to Arturo Lozano the best driver ever and good service

I would highly recommend Dent mavericks for your vehicle repairs/hail damage. On February 25th, in McKinney, we had a devastating Hail storm which not only damaged my cars, but also my home. I wanna give a big thank you to Shaun, Christian, and the Dent Mavericks Team. The experience was effortless. They not only sent drivers to pick up my 3 cars, they brought me a rental, and took care of all of the process involving the insurance company and the added repairs from the initial quote. They constantly updated me on the status of the repairs by phone calls and text messages.The cars came back in pristine condition. I could not tell that it had been damaged by hail. The cars came back fully detailed, inside and out, and with a full tank of gas. This type of service is something that you really don't see any more. Drop off and pick up was coordinated with no problems and at my convenience! They even swapped out a truck because I needed a towing package on it. The driver Arturo was really friendly. I m also really happy with the communication and attention Shaun & Anwar gave me throughout the repair process!Dent Mavericks advertises Red Carpet Service, and that s exactly what I got. Very professional and courteous. Had hail damage and they handled everything! They asked me what loaner car I would be comfortable in and delivered it. It was cleaner than any rental car I've ever been in! My car was spotless inside and out when they brought it to me. I'll use them again for all my car needs.

They did PDR and one small piece of body work on back corner where a huge piece of hail hit it. My truck and home sustained major Hail damage in North Fort Worth on 4/28/21. So bad, not only did my house take a beating (family room window broken) it completely pummeled my Ram 1500. So much so that it shattered my passenger side mirror!I read reviews prior to choosing Dent Mavericks via Matt Hoggard. They are on my insurance as a preferred shop so I felt comfortable if in the end something wasn't right, Progressive would make it right. I went through talking with a lot of shops, my lien holder and was so frustrated back in May/June I gave up so I could focus on the house. Some shops wanted to cut my roof off the truck! NO WAY was I doing that!Finally, I called and spoke with Matt regarding how they do business. From the first conversation with him to Josh, Ramzi, Ron and everyone it was nothing but professional. Are they perfect; pretty darn close! What stood out to me was how they handled my questions. That was very important to me. They made me feel like I was the ONLY customer. They put me in a loaner truck; because I had a truck. All I had to do was call and I got answers during the process.Long story short...my truck looks AMAZING and brand new!! PLUS...they didn't cut the roof. We talked things through, and they guided me during the process: i.e. a huge hail dent on the rear corner of the driver's side bed looked like someone took a ball hammer and hit it. PDR just couldn't fix it so Josh talked me through my options. They fixed it and you would never be able to tell anything was wrong. During this time I was never made to feel like I was imposing or being silly about my request or the damage.On top of all this, they came from Dallas to North Fort Worth, pickup up my truck and then returned it. So simple!My expectations were simple:I hoped my truck to look like it did prior to the hail storm: it looks incredible nowI expected to be treated with courtesy and respect: I wasI expected not to have my roof cut off---so much so that I insisted if it couldn t be I would just keep the dents in the roof.I expected a rental or loaner to get me around: I got one and it was a truck too.I expected it to take more than a week to fix, which required parts like the passenger mirror and things are delayed on deliveries in the USA right now; besides if it took longer- they provided me with a vehicle.As a bonus, they detailed my truck. Honestly, I looked it over, in the sun and there was not one dent left! I was shocked to say the least. I never expected the roof to look as great as it did. I felt like a kid on Christmas morning I was so happy! It looks so good that I didn t even want to drive it for fear of messing up the detail they did. This experience surpassed my expectations by miles!!If my vehicle were hit again with hail, I would totally hands down use their shop. No hesitation at all. Every aspect of this experience with Dent Mavericks has been 5 star. The driver, Arturo was very conscientious and courteous. He arrived when he said he would and carefully showed the quality repairs done to my car. Hail damage was pretty severe several months ago on my wife's 2018 Ford Explorer Platinum. I called Dent Mavericks and Jay handled everything from picking up the car in Fort Worth and delivering a loaner, to contacting the insurance agent and working the claim. They promptly repaired all the dents and replaced the windshield. Great work. Repainted the hood because of cracked paint in one of the dents. One of their greatest assets is their service mgr. Jay. I hope I don't need any more hail damage repair, but they do other collision repairs. I highly recommend them for any automotive body work. Thanks for your service. Steve Stevens

I live in Allen and May 19th we got hit bad with hail. DM doorkocked and I almost pushed them away. Their professional attitude convinced me and I'm extremely happy with them. They fixed my 2018 GMC sierra back to new condition. They supplied me with a rental car and dropped off my truck at my home. Very convenient and easy
