So glad I brought my car here. It wouldn't start this morning even with jumper cables. So I had it towed to Dee's because it was close. They were so nice on the phone. It ended up being a simple battery issue and they replaced it same-day, which i wasn't expecting at all! I'll be back but hopefully not too soon.

Charged me for one spark, plug and labor. I sat outside and watched him the entire time. All he did was pop my hood had me sit for an hour, and then claimed that the problem was fixed I get into the car. The car is driving the exact same, I confront him about this issue the owner, the guy that works the front desk. He gives me my money back because he know he did not do any work to my car. Total rip off would not suggest to go there especially if you are a woman.

These guys never disappoint. I went in for an oil change and I saw that they did AC repair. I ask for a consultation. They told me what might be wrong and gave me the option to find my own part or have them find it. I found the part and they installed it quickly. The $75 for the consultation went towards the labor.They offer a lot and have great communication! Thank you again guys! AC hasn't felt that cold since I lived up north.

I love this place! As a single lady I fear people taking advantage of me when taking my car in. Well, Dee's auto garage was honest and very knowledgeable. I thought it was one thing super expensive and it was just an oil change. I appreciate them being honest and saving me MONEY I will be back!!!!!

Run from this place! DO NOT take your car here for anything! They are dishonest and they are scammers! I took my car in for a simple inspection. Paid over $200 dollars for them to replace sensor that didn t even need replacing. They told me I needed to drive it for 100 plus miles before it would pass inspection. Took it back a couple of weeks later and the same guy said I needed new tires and that my window tint was to dark. DON T trust anything that these guys say! RUN! Update went right up the street the same day to AAA Inspection in Carrollton and passed the inspection in less than 10 mins! Again these guys are scammers!

What can I say. I absolutely love this place. Everyone who works there are hardworking and very professional. I alway come here for all my car maintenance. They never disappoint. They go above and beyond. My car is always done right and in timely manner. Don't even get me started with the prices. Very reasonable. This is absolutely a great shop. I recommend this place to you.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST DO NOT COME HERE!!! I came in for a state inspection and to get information regarding prices for an oil change. I met the man behind the desk and we had a complete conversation regarding how now is not the time for an oil change today and I would only be getting the state inspection. He verbally confirmed just the state inspection ok give me your keys before handing the keys I confirmed a 2nd time just the inspection - he confirmed yes just the inspection. I gave them my keys and I go to sit and wait. He comes back a short time later and let me know that they were done with the inspection but they are in the middle of the oil change so it would be longer I visibly get pale - and reminded him that we only agreed on the state inspection and I could not afford the oil change. He gets UPSET telling me that they are already half way through and they have their oil in already so on and so forth and finally after going on his rant he says ok fine you want your oil back you got it. They put my oil back into my car Unfortunately I am a woman who fits the stereotype and didn t realize just how DANGEROUS this was that they did that until 2 hours later (writing this then) Do not come here. Save yourself thousands. Save your engine.UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST

THEY ARE NOT HONEST! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I went to get a wheel alignment on my car, they quoted me $75 and I thought, wow, great price because I'd been quoted $189 by another more reputable shop. They got my car mounted pretty quickly and "completed" the job within 30 minutes.The mechanic drove the car around to make sure it was driving properly. When I got the car back, the mechanic handed me the report and I drove off.Immediately I noticed my steering wheel wasn't aligned properly and my car was veering to the right if I let go of the steering wheel. When I parked the car I looked at it from behind and noticed my back tires were not straight. I then looked at the report and noticed that there were a few "red" numbers which were not within the ideal range suggested for my car.So I went back and asked Salomon (the manager) why the numbers were red, why the steering wheel was veering to the right and why in they let me drive off with the alignment being off.He said they would fix the steering while but couldn't do anything about the red numbers because it may need parts but they could fix that too.But by this time I DON'T TRUST THEM, so I asked them to refund my money and I'd go somewhere else. They said they'd give me a partial refund. I asked for a full refund and at that point he referred me to the short arab man.He asked me why I wanted a refund, so I went through the whole thing again and he didn't want to refund my money, but I didn't give in, so he said, "ok, you cry for the money, I give it to you." Cry? Seriously?!I told him "you didn't do the job I asked you to do, so why should I pay you?" He said "I give you money and you leave, never come back." Like why would I want to come back after that. But it doesn't end there.I told him not to disrespect me and then he said, "Now I won't give you your money back, leave." I wouldn't leave, then a tall arab man that is obviously the big boss asks him what's going on. The short arab man says "she came and got an alignment now she wants her money back."Ahhh NO...you didn't do the job I paid you to do so that's why I want my money back. They were both arguing with me at the same time. Mind you I'm a female and I'm 5'2, they were very disrespectful and its obvious THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR WOMEN.They finally gave in and gave me a refund. Please save yourself the time, hassle and money and find another mechanic. These guys will take you for all you have. You get what you pay for, should've gone to Driver's Edge and paid the $189 they were charging, at lease they would've done the job right.If you don't know much about auto repair and are looking for a trustworthy place DO NOT GO HERE.

Terrible mechanics. Terrible owner. Terrible garage. Brought my car with one issue and they made it worse and didn't want to reimburse for what they messed up. Owner and staff were very rude about it. Go to another place. Dont be fooled by the good reviews

I can t say enough about Dee s. The location actually used to be a car wash away back in the day and someone had the genius idea to turn it into a multibay garage. Excellent customer service, great prices, very quick in and out service. And an excellent crew of mechanics. The alignment guy is an absolute mastermind especially with unique set ups. This place literally does everything from mufflers to state inspections and everything in between. Dee and his son I run in a great business. It s good to see a family owned business taking care of their local community. Doubt support the big corporations and Shane stores when you can get just as good of service from an independent locally own shop. Used tires if you need them which is a plus and a crunch. I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a regular mechanic for a older vehicle with an honest service department

If I could give this place zero stars i would. I had a low tire and I asked the older gentleman Could he put some air in my tire and he said no he told me to go where I got my oil changed at he was extremely rude and racist. I wouldn t recommend anyone going here! The older guy was so disrespectful only because I asked for air in my tire! Run far away from this place

It has been my pleasure to know the owner Dee and the affordable and quality auto repair work he and his staff have done on my car and my elderly Mother's car. Dee is very helpful, honest and has been my mechanic since 2019. I highly recommend Dee and his Auto Repair work. It is refreshing to have and recommend a good man, kind man and an honest man that doesn't take advantage of his customers but instead gives quality work at a price that is fair and reasonable. Thank you Dee!

I've been going to dees for 4 years, they're oil changes are fast as all get out, the deals are amazing, plus the used and new tires they offer are greatly priced. Go no where else if you can. Thank you guys

Recently, I had a check engine light appear and I needed a new crankshaft position sensor. So, I took it to Dee and the mechanic Solomon and they explained the issue honestly and addressed it right away. I would highly recommend them!

My friend helped me to bring my car to Dee's Auto Garage for the first time today. The check engine light was on and I needed to get it repaired and inspected. Dee took my car in right way, resolved the problem with the check engine light and then rebooted it. He advised me to drive my car at least 60 miles and bring it back. He told me that he would inspect it at that point. When I brought my car back, they took it in for inspection right away. Dee and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Most importantly, they are honest and affordable. I would trust Dee and his staff to be honest about any repairs my car might need. He will do the repairs as quickly as possible and will charge an honest price for the work. I highly recommend Dee and his Auto Repair Shop.

I went here yesterday with my car engine light on and I wanted oil change. The owner was so polite and within no time my car was all fixed, he did a road test too and told me incase of any problem I should go back. Basically I had a good experience as it was my first time going there.

These guys are great. They changed my oil - fully synthetic $65 and did a full tire balance on my Toyota Tacoma truck. Very nice people, quick and professional. I ll be coming back.

I had them fix my master booster for my brakes and now my brake light is on with the signal saying low brake fluid its clearly a faulty sensor and the light wasnt on until the job was done. When I mentioned this to them they all act like they had no idea what I was talking about??? They can t even fix my issue that I paid for. I would not go here if you want the job done correctly the first time.Service: Brakes

I would give this establishment a zero rating if it were available. I had washer nozzles replaced on my vehicle. I had to return 3 times to get the part installed. I looked up the cost online for the part and it was just $6.50 each for the entire component. NOT just the nozzle. They charged me $60. for parts and labor. Shame on you! Taking advantage of people is becoming the norm!
