It took them only 2 days and we were back on the road! How the chassis split like this, I ll never know. We waited for two months on an insurance claim for our Dodge Tow Truck, but when we got approved, Ron was on it lightning fast. Welded and reinforced to the MAX! This frame is indestructible now!So glad to have our truck up and working again. Thanks Ron!

Took my car in for a minor suspension repair. They were able to find the issue immediately and repaired it same day. Very fair pricing. Great experience, would definitely recommend!

I rarely give 5 star reviews but these guys earned it. Honest, fast and absolutely amazing people work here. My Lexus has a weird way to adjusting caster by moving it's subframe, they were able to do it and align my vehicle perfectly. This thing hasn't ever driven straight since the factory, now it does. Quotes are straight forward and pricing is reasonable. I'll be coming back for my Camaro and BMW.

Replaced all the magneride struts and some control arms on my 2014 Cadillac Vsport. Followed up with an alignment. Saved all my old parts, hit my alignment specs all for a reasonable price. Great work!

This is the second vehicle I have had a lift kit installed on my truck at Dallas Suspension Co. The quality of work has always been superb. They always treat my vehicle like one of their own. My last kit was missing parts and the owner took the time to fabricate the parts for me and get my truck back in a timely manner. For those claiming he s racist that s not right. I m Black and I was treated the same as anyone else who walked into the building. I d recommend this shop over any other in DFW. I always bring my BMW here for an alignment & also had lowering springs installed by them as well. They're the only people to get my alignment perfect every time. Quality work, Great pricing, HONEST people. Was recommended by a friend for them to install my Eibach Pro Kit lowering springs on my 2019 Challenger. As my friend said... I promise, you are going to be happy That I am, extremely. Car has never felt better in the 2 years that I ve owned it. They took great care of me and my car. Great people over there! 10/10 recommended!

These guys fixed my truck after another shop installed a 2/4 lowering kit. Other shop could not align and left my truck almost undrivable. These guys adjusted my struts and aligned my truck perfect. It only took them a couple of hours to complete all the work! My 99 Tahoe had very sloppy steering, looked these guy up on Google maps, Thought I'd give em a try , got their b4 operation hrs as soon as they opened they got right to it put my car on the rack , told me all the parts I needed & where to order em from, never charged for diagnostics came bk a week later they told me it would be ready next mornIng , sure enough I get a call next morning before I woke up cars done . The thing handles 99% brand new .I would definately recommend & do business with these guys again .I LIKED EM BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T SEEM GREEDY & CAME OFF VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Started lowering my Truck . Got the back Done and didnt have the right tools to Finish by Doing the Front. Called these guys and Took it to them And they finished installing the Kit and Did a Alignment. Great work. Reasonable Price... I am Very Satisfied.. Thanks Dallas alignment

the guy in front always looks like your wasting his time tells me they do first come first serve so I tell him I will be in at 830 the next day . they open at 9 am was the only person waiting till855 am a lady pulls up they open up and start attending to her after they just looked me in the eye. so I asked hey I told u yesterday . i would be here at 830 so I can be first and he said that would be better. then was rude and answered was he the guy that looked at your truck. that's all I needed to hear and his attitude to know I will never return and danm sure not recommend. I have spoken to a number of people that feel the same way I do DO NOTT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE... PONCE AUTO REPAIR ON BROCKBANK AND LUMBARDY IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED DID A SUPER FANTASTIC JOB AND WAS $100 CHEAPER AFTER I TOLD THEM ABOUT MY EXPERINCE

Top notch service! They can work on your stock cars and your modified cars. One of the few places in the MetroPlex that can handle Panhard bars and alignments for lowered cars. And their prices are very reasonable. I will never take my cars anywhere else.

Folks at Dallas Suspension Alignment are true Rednecks. They swear a lot, are heavily tattooed, are straightforward, but are fair and honest to their customers / work and don't overcharge.Despite my poor interaction with them previously, I gave them another chance since they came heavily recommended by Rick's Toyota (my go-to honest mechanic).I went in on 11th November for my car's suspension alignment, since it was due for a long period of time.I had to wait for a good hour or two, but the final bill didn't disappoint. It was only $80 for a complete suspension alignment, with no overbilling for any other non-required work.Honest Folks for all Suspension and Alignment related stuff !!My initial review:"Was recommended by Rick's Toyota Mechanic, called them up around 4.30pm today and asked them when do they close. The person answering the phone said they close off at 05:30pm. Drove for around 30 minutes and reached at 05:00pm exactly. Walked into the office and was told by 'Johnny' to come back in the morning. When I told him that I just called them up, he basically threw a form to fill and was clearly using swear words that he would have to work after 05:30pm. I asked him that if it's difficult I can come again some other day. Would you expect a would-be customer to return back, Absolutely Not !There are better ways to politely refuse a customer: put a close sign on the office door; don't swear; or have appointments rather than walk-ins."

This place is fantastic! It is really hard to find HONEST mechanics, especially ones that know how to work on Mercedes Benz. I took my car in for an alignment, didn't need an appointment, and was out in a timely manner. My car rides better than ever, I didn't break the bank, and I FINALLY found reliable mechanics. I highly recommend this expect level shop for anyone who needs their car worked on. Thanks again, gentlemen!

Took my car here based on reviews. VERY pleased. Hopefully, but not soon, will use their services again. Got my car right in, looked at it, told me what was wrong, repaired - in & out in about an hour. Amazing service.Had loose sway bar link nuts. Thankfully they fixed without any issue & didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.Had read reviews & all were good. Very thankful that I found this establishment. My car is old, but I'm not ready to buy a new one. Drives like new again - no clunking! Appreciate these guys.Customer for life !! Thank you so much!

I went to DSAFC based on the reviews here. I couldn't be more please with Ron's work. He is very honest, knowledgeable, and prompt. He was able to diagnose an issue that the Ford dealer could not. The Ford dealer had my truck for 12 days. Ron had my truck for 4 hours. More than fair pricing, and fast turnaround. I have referred him to all of my coworkers. He just diagnosed and repair my wife car within a couple of hours. I was able to pick it up before lunch. Toyota wanted to charge $1500 for new struts and shocks. Ron determined those were not needed and it was a simple loose bolt issue. Thanks Ron!

These guys are awesome! They are honest and knows exactly what they are doing. The Prices are reasonable and the work is beyond phenomenal.Because of these guys my car now handles like a race car. If anyone is looking for a top rate suspension specialist Dallas Suspension Alignment is the shop you should check out.

I felt comfortable bringing my vehicle here. I believe that the owner cares about doing a good job and is truly interested in making a good name for himself.I would definitely come back if I ever need more suspension work. I feel confident the work was done right and that the shop knows what they're doing - and I like the no-nonsense honest approach that Ron takes.Also, and this is important too - the pricing is reasonable. I didn't feel robbed when doing business here.

Glad I found these guys. Great, reliable service at a fair price. I wish I found them sooner. They aligned my truck in 30 minutes (took Pep Boys 3 hours under the truck) and it drives better than ever. They also fixed a poor install on a suspension part by another shop for a very fair price. This will be my go-to shop moving forward.

Do not let the ruff exterior of the persons or building sway you. These persons know what they are doing! It took them all but a half hour to diagnose and fix my problem. Since it was minor the price totally reflected what the job entailed. Thank you!!

This place is a godsend for most alignment and suspension jobs. I was quoted 700.00 higher at other places and dealerships than what this place offered. It's a walk in first come first served. All of my suspension issues from here on out will be dealt with through this shop! I highly recommend checking them out plus it's hard to find honest good workers that don't charge an arm and a leg! Great job guys!

So I had an accident of car vs curb. Another national chain took money and fixed my car....or so I thought. After burning through an almost new set of rear tires, they said it needs to be aligned. Didn't do it. Charged me for the tires to replace. I sent to these guys. four hours and they also fixed tie rod ends and grease fittings and aligned the system with shims needed AND... for under $300 This was about 20 percent of what the other place tried to charge me to fix their mistake. This place may not have a fancy showroom, but their work is excellent and honest! Oh and they have a really comfortable couch! Dallas Alignment and Frame has my business from now on.

Took my 12 Mustang in recently and they installed new performance shocks, struts and lowering springs to replace some old beat down coil overs that the previous car owner had put on. Car rides like a brand new car. Glad I chose them, super friendly staff with years of experience that do an amazing job. They can work on modified cars if needed. Will be going back for future alignments and suspension work!! Price is fair. Very honest business! Thanks for making my car drive 100x better!Service: Steering & suspension repair

This is the best alignment shop ever in Dallas I went to this shop today and I brought my rear upper control arm in. I called the guy and ask him how much is it to replace the part and it was a very good price to install it. The mechanic took only half an hour to install the part and do the alignment. After everything was done I took my car for a test drive everything was driving very smooth and straight. I would recommend coming to this shop for a very good true alignment and labor prices for customer parts.
