Came here after getting a quote at another place for repairs. Glad I did! Dallas Offroad is the place to get repairs done on a Jeep. Brought it in and got it diagnosed for a front end rebuild and brake job. Everything was original from 2013. Everyone was nice and explained what all needed to be done. Got an appointment scheduled and get it done! The Jeep rides smoother and stops better! Definitely found the shop for any future repairs.

Dallas Offroad is a wonderful establishment! I got new wheels and oversized tires. New cab mounts were needed to accommodate my choice of 295.70.r17 KM3s the welds on the new cab mounts were just immaculate!

I am not an off-road, on-the-water, on the trail Jeep guy. I barely put 800 miles on my Jeep in one month! But I trust DALLAS OFFROAD to keep me moving.Their service guys (who ARE the off-road, camp and live in their Jeeps kind of guys) are awesome, and the customer service is second to none (I met None - he was not a nice guy).Shrek The Jeep says - They'll do, Donkey, they'll do it right.

I used them to regear my Excursion as well as install a True Trac and E Locker. It went from a slow truck that always got stuck to a lightning-quick mountain goat. I m using them again soon on my F250. They re very knowledgeable and are meticulous in their work, and that s precisely the kind of people I want working on my vehicles.

They were quick, scheduled appt and completed on time (minimal time w/o vehicle). There was no hassle involved, re-geared front and rear TJ axles with locker installs and new larger front axle shafts ready on time. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I must say this the best off-road shop in Dallas very knowledgeable on off-road equipment for any vehicle. I have a Jeep and any issue or upgrade I needed for my Jeep they have took care of it. Customer service is outstanding I feel like one of the team. I won t take my Jeep anywhere else to get work done the only shop that s touching my Jeep is DALLAS OFF-ROAD!!!!

These guys are great! Jeep professionals and competitive rates. Great communication; we played some phone tag but they never gave up in making sure my questions were answered and quickly accommodated me given my issue. I had another shop in town install some steering components and they messed it up; causing death wobble and more. Dallas Off-road had me in and out within a couple hours. My Jeep drives great, steering feels solid and best of all, no more Death Wobble! Thank you Dallas Offroad for fixing my jeep. Mark helped diagnose my jeeps shifting problem and only recommended the fixes to solve that issue.I appreciate your honesty and helping give advice on local trails as well. These guys know their jeeps and if I ever need anything else I ll be back.

These guys are great. Easy to work with and talk to about issues with your rig or how you want to make it better. Very knowledgeable and will show you every option possible. I will continue to use them as long as they are around.

I am so thankful I found them, I had an awful experience with the dealer, and had gotten a crazy expensive estimate and a complete lack of trust with what they were telling me. I came here for a second opinion and felt like they were being honest, got a much better estimate, and they did the work and kept me informed all along the way! I would whole heartedly recommend coming here for your jeep repair needs!

They quickly diagnosed my problem and were able to schedule me within 1 week. The work was done in one day as promised and fixed my issue. They were also able to offer additional suggestions but didn't push me to do anything that wasn't necessary.

I had a tie rod and drag link installed and the shop did a great job. The only reason I didn t give them 5 stars is how much they charge.

Best offroad performance shop around. I always get taken care of here. I ve been a loyal customer for years now. Do yourself a favor and don t over pay at the big chain stores. This place always beats their prices. Also there isn t much this place can t do for your offroad needs. Very customer friendly too on top offering great deals and offroad 101 classes for no charge. Thanks guys, keep up the great work. You ll always have my business.

Regeared my gladiator on 37s to 5.13s and spoke extensively with joel on all options and what would be best on my build. Super fast turnaround for such an in-depth job, these guys really know what they re doing and they do it well! Wish I would ve heard about them sooner and gotten the rest of my work done there before taking to a lesser shop. Can t speak any higher of them, if you re thinking about using them quit thinking and do it. These guys are the real deal! Thanks Joel and team for all the hardwork!

The guys at Dallas Offroad did an incredible job with my set up, couldn t be happier! Walked me through it, finished earlier than expected and then enjoyed just sitting around and talking when I went to pick it up. Go see Jeff, Steve and the guys in the shop for all your off-road needs.

Third time visiting Jeff, Steve, and the gang at Dallas Offroad. Every time is just as great an experience as the last!First visit was for new tires.The second visit was for a metal scraping sound I thought was something mechanical in my engine bay. After a few hours with it they diagnosed it - a loose skid plate bolt hahaha. No charge!Third visit for new upper control arms. Rides ten times better now!This shop specializes in Jeep Wranglers, but they have had no issue going above and beyond for my Grand Cherokee!

I wanted Bilstein 5100's on my new Ram truck. I called several dealers and never got a straight answer. Dallas Offroad measured my OEM shocks and yes it can be done without a lift. They installed the Bilsteins and Timbrens all the way around. I HIGHLY recommend this business.

Jeff and Mark were fantastic to work with. They figured out the problem with my front end quickly and then completed the work just as promised. Exemplary experience. It did however take longer than I expected for the regear on my 2018 JLU. I d take that any day of the week for the quality they put into my vehicle. Went from stock 3.45 to 4.56 and noticed a massive MPG increase from 16.6 to 25.6. Absolutely mind blowing. And the differential noise they said it has now is actually pretty cool I vibe with it.

They lowered my 4Runner lift at the front to acheive the look I wanted after a bad lift kit installation at another company. Nice folks to do business with - they were willing to take time to understand what I wanted and they accomplished the job to my satisfaction.
