I am beyond impressed with the service Dallas Family Dent provides for my hail damage repair. It was so easy to let them take the truck, fix my hail damage and drop it back off at my house. The staff communicated with me so I was always in the know about what stage of the process my truck was in. Excellent hail repair and they even covered my deductible! I didn t have to argue or deal with insurance whatsoever. If I get anymore hail damage I will be using them for sure! They came to Colorado in 2022 after a major hail storm under the name Denver Family Dent. They promised me $500 pay back if I went threw them. They told the insurance they would replace the roof, hood, left tail light and third brake light on top of the PDR on the rest of the truck. I got the truck back within 2 weeks and it looked great. They did a great job on the Paintless Dent Repair but they did not replace any of the clips the hold panels on . They did not replace tail light and third brake light they said they were ordered and have not came in yet. They moved out of northern Colorado shortly after this. I never received my truck parts or the $500 I was promised. I called and talked to Paul and he said they had a computer issue and he would look it up and have me call back in a day. I called back and he said ya I will send you the money for the lights and the $500. I never received any of this. I called back many time after and all I could get was a voicemail. Beware.

Luis Martinez helped me with my Chrysler 300 and my mother's Nissan Pathfinder. He's very knowledgeable and confident in his process. We'll use him again next time.

Had this company knock on my door and asked about my hail dented vehicle. We looked over the vehicle and I received my options. It was a veteran that had me as I'm a vet as well. My vehicle had dent repair and no paint. My rental was new and also brought to my door. A few days later my vehicle was repaired. I noticed an area on the rear driver's side that had some excess epoxy on the fender and addressed that immediately. Next day, I received a follow up from the vet and he took action to correct the issue mind you he had no idea that I had mentioned the issue with my vehicle. I didn't mean to blind side him but it is what it is. Later, same transaction of vehicles and it was all fixed and back to normal. During this time communication was on point and immediate for the most part. Well over this long holiday weekend I noticed the same part on my vehicle had become unsecured from the body of the vehicle. I notified via text message on 7/3/22 to my contact (Ms. K) at this location and wasn't expecting anything done at that time but would have like to received at the minimum a text stating yes, we received your text. Next day, I wake up (night shift) check my phone, no call or text. On 7/5/22, I take new pictures during day light hours and sent them again. This time I received my text, but it was this is "after hours" yeaha, I know! Not what I was expecting since they had ample amount of time to reach out or send a simple text. But hey, it's not my business and hopefully I get a call tomorrow. Until then I guess I'll just see what the night brings my way...photos added for anyone to review. Oh do I expect this to be a life long commitment no, but like anything especially this field your work is your reputation.

I met Luis Martinez from DFD. He did a great job on my 2022 Frontier with the hail damage from the March storm here in Fort worth. I recommend his shop, good communication, he was always there when I needed to call him. Alvin did great delivering the vehicle. I already referred Luis to my son. Here's a before and after picture

I met Luis Martinez here in Saginaw. I had never delt with Hail damage before and I had just gotten my brand 2022 Ford Explorer. Fortunately he explained everything. Once my vehicle came home it was like brand new again. I have already recommended them to family and friends!

We had a hail storm that completely demolished what vehicle every single panel within 24 hours I had a knock at my door it was a salesman Josh fandrey He told me that they would make it look like brand new give me a loaner car and make sure it was covered 100% by my insurance. Within two weeks of the hail incident I received my truck back and it looks like this in the picture absolutely happy amazing job starting from the Salesman to the schedulers and owners on the phone people picking up and dropping off my truck made the process so easy I will definitely use them again and I will tell everybody about them if anybody needs any repairs done on the car absolutely amazing job. I own my own small Audio Video business and I require perfection from beginning to end and that s what I received from Josh and the company he works forService: Body & Trim

Got my 2021 f150 back this morning my rear sliding glass is stuck open need to take my truck to Odessa for 2 weeks for work starting tomorrow and haven't been able to reach anyone. Took it to Autonation Ford they found the the harness that was unplugged quickly. But am grateful for the clean up Job on my truck and the work looks great

Luis at Dallas Family Dent was spectacular! He never gave up over seeing the entire process from start to finish. We had hail in Sanger that left my Chevy 2500 diesel all dented up. It was hard looking for a reliable company until Luis knocked on my door and actually spent the time to educate and get me started on the process to remedy the damages to my vehicle. I couldn t be more happy and lucky to find such an honest and trustworthy company as well as to get me my vehicle back so quickly. I am very unhappy with this company. A man came to my door after seeing the damage from hail! I told him I had sent the check to my lender to pay my loan, this my priority. Once this was done I would decide what repairs I would get done! He said it would be okay when I was ready but wanted to get princess started and when I was ready just call! Next thing I know thinking my loan was paid got call from lender Denver dent intercepted my check now paying games for me to get my money back! I would not use a company who put their needs above the needs of the customer! Now my credit is affected and no apologies! If they had listened to my needs they made have made money from me but now I will find another company with integrity!! I suggest you do the same!!

I have 5 stars and they genuinely deserved it. Paul and Luis took amazing care of me and made the whole process very easy and at an extremely low cost. My car looks amazing as well. Not a single dent or scratch remains and my car looks flawless. We had a little hiccup in the process but both Luis and Paul took the time off the clock to make sure that EVERY SINGLE thing was taken care for me. Excellent service and will be recommending them to friends and family!

Met Luis in Fort Worth when he noticed my car had hail damage. He set everything up from a rental drop off and pick up. When my car was returned, it was in great shape clean and most importantly dent free. Appreciate these guys and if I have to deal with any more damage from this lovely Texas weather I'll use these guys again.

Great hail repair facility, took my 2015 suburban to them they repaired the hail damage along with some pre existing damage on the rear quarter panel that insurance said they wouldn't be responsible for and that it was on us eventhough we didn't even know about this damaged that was hidden under an obseen amount of bondo but none the less Dallas Family Dent repaired the damage correctly with no extra cost to me. Truck looks great very satisfied. 0$ out of pocket expense to me as they guaranteed and its hard to find businesses that stick to their word and do great work.

Great experience I had with this company and one of his reps. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee with hail damage everywhere and I didn t know what to do with it since I don t have much experience with cars, but their Rep Luis Martinez made me feel comfortable and explained everything I needed to do to fix the issue making the whole process fast and easy. He was very professional and friendly. I will recommend this company to my friends and family from now on. My car looks like new again

Paul knocked on our door after a hait storm and we decided to have my wifes car and my car repaired by them. Once the insurance cleared it took them a couple of weeks to complete the job. Original they held my car for over month. They did a great job on repairing the actual damage but they damaged our vehicles in the process. When they deliever my wifes car it had white paint splashed on it with some type of plastic/ glue rub marks on one side of the body. We reported it and they fixed the issue. When my car was delivered it had damages to the door trim, back seat, top sensor cover and destroyed the roof/ head liner. Both of our cars are brand new so all these damages were obvious. Im guessing the guy didnt remove the headliner correctly and it bent when trying to take it out causing the damages. I spoke to them about it and they said they will contact my insurance about it. My insurance declined to pay for the damages they caused and said they have enough evidence to proceed with a case towards them due to the damages they made. I spoke to the shop and asked them about the process for them to repair the damages they did. Paul assigned Wan to help me with the issues and he did. Wan told me they will replace the roof/ head liner, make sure the seat was repaired and the exterior door trim replaced also. I sent him pictures in regards of the sensor cover that was damaged from them not removing the roof/ head liner properly. Wan said he would look into it, they requested to pick up the car to fix the problems. When they did i asked Wan if all repairs will be made together and he said they will fix it. When they returned the car i noticed the sensor cover wasnt replaced. Sadly things didnt end well. My car is brand new so it sucks that they didnt take care of the car when it was in their possession. I got a bad feeling when we spoke to Paul because their contract is shady. They try to cover themselves is very suspicious ways. Just read their contract and you will understand. If they would of returned my car the way they took it and fixed all the damages the way they were paid to i would of given it 5 star. Be cautious it could be a case to case situation.

Best company ever! I was in denial about getting my hail damage fixed and was worried about getting scammed but Don and this company really worked with me to get my car fixed! He worked with me on my rental since my insurance didn t cover it and took care of the hassle of dealing with my insurance! My car turned out looking like it did when I bought it 5 years ago! So thankful for how easy this process has been!

I love companies that do not forget where they started. This company cares about their customers, I was not just another number or $$ to made. Hands down the best company to use. Very laid back but also equally professional. Worked well within timeline on my car. Kept in constant communication during the duration of the time my car was in the shop. Kristen was amazing and went above and beyond. Company even checked on me after having Covid. I love giving my business to companies like these, not many left in this world. Integrity, transparency, loyalty and honesty goes a long way. Thank you for giving me that experience. Even though I am moving a couple of hours away, I would still drive back to use them.

My car had a lot of hail damage. I was leery and not sure who to trust and I met Josh Fandrey from Dallas Family Dent. He made the whole process possible for me and everyone involved with the process was pleasant and made my experience a very pleasant experience. Great company all around!! My Jeep had been hit with some pretty bad hail damage and I had never dealt with it before. Paul spoke to me in my driveway and informed me on the process and offered me a hands off and costless solution. I was skeptical at first but I checked their reviews and gave them a shot. They even brought my rental to my driveway. My insurance was tricky but they stood up for me on a couple things they were trying to avoid covering and also helped me get my windshield fixed in the process. My Jeep was delivered quicker than promised and in better shape than before the hail. Communication was great all the way through! 100% recommend!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I met Luis Martinez in my neighborhood. He spoke to me in Spanish about my Dad's car bc it had hail damage. They picked it up, fixed it, and detailed it at their shop. When they delivered back the car, it looked like nothing ever happened and was cleaned. We are very happy with this shop.

We have had great success using this company! Tony is very quick to help us if we need anything. Today, we found a nail in the rental car s tire and called Tony he was at our house in seconds and got the car s tire fixed within a couple hours. I highly recommend Dallas Family Dent. They picked up my car and dropped off my rental at my house. They did all of the work with the insurance company. I didn t have to lift a finger to do anything. From the sales people to the owner everyone made me feel like my car was in good hands. Once my car was finished they dropped it off and picked up the rental. I live in north Fort Worth so that s no short drive. My car was also detailed afterwards. It s hard to find service like that nowadays. They are not your run of the mill assembly line type shop. My car looks like it s brand new and I had a ton of hail damage. They are simply amazing.Service: Body & Trim

Tony was awesome! He took care of everything. My car was damaged from a big hail storm and dallas family dent did an amazing job. My car looks better than before the hail. Thank you so much Tony for making the process painless. They picked it up from the house and drop it off when finished. Only 2 weeks. These folks are fantastic!!!

We used this place for our hail damage on both of our cars after getting a recommendation from our neighbor and we re thrilled with their services. They handled everything for us without us having to go anywhere, including bringing rental cars for us and picking up our damaged cars.We actually left a pair of shoes in our rental and Samir went and picked them up and brought them directly to us.
