I am so glad I found this shop, JC is super friendly and communicative. He assured me he would take care of me and that s exactly what he did. My car was rear ended and had pretty minor damage, I had originally taken it to dallas collision because they were audi aluminum certified, but they were trying to replace my whole quarter panel when it didn t need a quarter panel, estimating over 20k in damage and then trying to total my car out, even my insurance didn t agree it should be totaled from such minor damage. I found dallas european and gave them a call, JC answered and I sent him some pics and he assured me he would take care of it, they were able to fix the car without replacing my quarter panel by pulling the small dent out that was part of the quarter panel underneath the bumper. dallas collision estimated almost 3 months to repair the car and JC got it done in just 18 days and it looks perfect, I am extremely OCD about my car so trust me when I say it looks perfect that it really does, paint match is on point and everything lines up awesome. I highly recommend them no matter what care you have they will get it taken care of.

I just picked up my Mercedes from having the entire passenger side of the car fixed.I m very particular about car repairs the silver paint matches perfectly, the seams are lined up beautifully & even though I picked it up during freezing temps they did a decent job cleaning it & have offered to have it properly cleaned once we re back to normal temperatures. The owner was really nice to deal with too.All in all I m very impressed & would highly recommend this body shop.

I want to share my sincere experience because it's worth writing about. When I needed body work done on my Audi A4, I was hesitant to go to any other regular shop other than a dealership. But Dallas European changed my perspective. The owner, JC, welcomed me warmly and created a safe space where I could express my concerns. He listened intently and offered all possible solutions. His honesty and transparency put me at ease and made me trust him. And compared to the competition, he offered the best price. I was truly satisfied with the result - my car looked brand-new, as if nothing had ever happened. His team seriously exceeded my expectations. It was worth every penny, and I highly recommend this place!

I have been working with JC fro more than 10 years now. I buy cars form insurance auction and he does a wonderful job of fixing anything mechanical or body. Price is always fair! I moved from Dallas to Houston and I still use his services by shipping the cars from auction to his shop. This guy is great, not a whole lots of good and honest mechanics out there

JC at Dallas European Collision and auto repair did a wonderful job on my C7 Corvette. The modifications and the repair job that I need was beyond my satisfaction due to the great repairs and fast turnaround time. JC was very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend for auto painting and mods you want added to your vehicle to give it that look that you desire.

JC and his team are always top notch. They work with the Insurance companies to make sure that you don't get low-balled or just accept the 'total-loss'. Dallas European Collision are the best in the business, are always fair, and return your car with a 2 year uplift! I highly recommend them! 10/10 Most definitely recommend. Top notch customer service. Top notch work. (Not so easy to find someone to work on a Maserati) JC was the most professional and communicative business owner that I have had the pleasure of working with in ages. No call went unanswered. JC took incredible care of me, going above and beyond the competition. Our Audi came back better than we sent it. I was so impressed with his level of care and service that I brought him my Porsche next, which unfortunately didn t get to see the same treatment because insurance totaled it out. My standards for car care are extremely high, and his high ratings are completely merited. Thank you, JC.

Having a trusty collision repair co. is a life essential just like a great dentist, doctor, attorney, CPA, mechanic, hair stylist. So glad I found these guys. They have worked on three of my cars, all with great results. Two jobs required major work, but JC and his crew worked their magic. Painless process, even dealing with insurance. Third job was out of pocket on a minor hood dent parking in my garage. Check out their pics on Google. Lots of people trust them with their luxury vehicles. Can't recommend Dallas European Collision enough.

My new Tesla car was in accident. JC is really very cool person who can help you understand the health of your vehicle and have it fixed really good. If you are looking for genuine local bodyshop, I would definitely recommend it for sure. Give it a shot if your car is damaged. They will take care!FYI: They accept all types of car insurances!

JC was definitely very helpful. They fixed my Mercedes GLC 300 pretty well. There was a small issue I pointed out after they delivered and they kept working on it patiently and offered to give a ride to me home while it was further fixed. I picked two body shops with 5 star rating at beginning, but after we met them in person, it was an easy choice to come to this one. Cuz you can just feel which one put more heart into the work.

I was looking to fix the scratches that got on my Tesla front bumper. Best in the DFW. This place deserves more stars than just 5stars for their excellent services. I needed the rear back wheel mounted on my Gwagon; as my vehicle come without. went to several shops and dealerships around the area, 60% couldn t do it and 40% gave me 4month waiting period and an astronomical quote. I came to this shop and got a solution within minutes of talking with JC. We got the parts and he got me in, completed the job within a day. Worth noting that he charged me 1/10th what the other places quoted me.I m so impressed with his work, cordial relationship with customers and his service to the community. I took my Mercedes AMG to this shop after being rear ended 3 weeks after purchasing it. I was hit so hard that the repair called for stripping the whole rear of the vehicle down to the frame. The exhaust pipe, the rear right suspension spring, and axle shaft had to be replaced. The impact damaged the rear bumper and pushed the rear quarter panels forward. Also, the battery compartment along with the sensor housing compartment in the trunk had to be rearranged. All in all, the insurance quote for this repair was $25,000.When this first happened, I didn t know where to take my vehicle for proper diagnosis and repair. My first thought was the obvious dealership but they had a waitlist of 3 months. Then, I decided to call other repair shops to see who would be able to work on my vehicle that I could trust. I called European Repair and JC picked up. I explained the situation to him and even told him that I had insurance problems due to the other person at fault not having insurance, and after talking on the phone for a while he assured me that he was qualified for this type of job. He offered to send a tow truck and even offered to find a way to fix it at the most cost effective way in case the insurance wouldn t cover my vehicle. I trusted JC to take care of my vehicle and we agreed on taking it to his shop.It took a couple of months to repair due to the extensive labor that it required. Everything from parts, to body work, to alignment, and ECU resets, JC was able to repair it. Fast forward , I ve had my car back for a while now and it drives and looks like if nothing ever happened. All parts were replaced with brand new OEM parts, and the paint was matched to the exact spec of the vehicle. Looks the same as when I bought it (or even better).Trustworthy and skilled crew. Would recommend for any European vehicles to be repaired!

JC is awesome. He is very professional and always willing to resolve issues. I had an accident and hit a lady in her Mercedes. Other body shops charged an astronomical amount of money to fix it. I found JC at Dallas European Collision and Auto and he explained everything. He gave us a damage report and gave us a great price for the repairs. JC then fixed all of the repairs, and I have to say, he did a fantastic job. The work he does is awesome. The vehicle was like new.
