As I sit here on Thursday afternoon waiting to pick up my truck, I think this is the worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic shop. I brought my vehicle in Monday morning at 9:30am because over the weekend I backed into something and needed my tail light fixed. My check engine light and air bag lights were also on and those lights needed to be addressed in order for me to get an inspection. My air bag was even replaced last month due to a recall, but the light was still on. I told the associate when I brought it in that a mechanic had already looked at the vehicle and I told him exactly what was needed, according to the previous mechanic. 4 days later... I receive a call with the list of things "needed in order to pass an inspection" and the final price would be more than I paid for the truck itself. Did I mention that my truck is a 2005 Dakota. I was told, again, 4 days later that a break light would be almost $300... $300. A 2005 Dodge. Thursday. I looked on Amazon and the light is $35. I make my living with the use of my truck and I am out $380 for them to tell me what I told them 4 days prior, not to mention the money I've missed sitting at home all week. This has been the most ridiculous "shady mechanic" scenario I could have ever thought of. Thinking I was doing the right thing I took it to the dealership for help. Someone could have/ should have been able to tell me the price of a tail light on Monday! I WARN any and everyone not to bring your vehicle here. I could have ordered the parts on Amazon and had literally anyone replace parts. A tail light?? $300. 2005. Dodge

Terrible customer service. Absolute worst. This is the second horrible experience I ve had at this location. I actually don t have it serviced here for that reason however I made an appointment for a recall for my jeep. They had two+ weeks notice I was dropping it off and I told them exactly what it said on the recall notice I received. Dropped off my car on the morning of my appointment, four days later with zero updates and me checking in daily, I finally decided by to pick up my jeep. The part for the recall hadn t even been ordered. Two weeks later, I followed up, zero updates.

Never called or contacted me when my van was ready. This is a constant problem but my company car is a dodge (unfortunately) and the company I work for wants me to use the dealership. If I had a choice I would never buy a dodge or use the dealership service department.

Two different employees told me that my repair would be free, covered under recall. Then they still charged me because they said the recall only covers to replace a bushing, not actually fix the problem. Granted, they NEVER told me the recall only replaces one bushing. If they would have told me that was all the recall covers , I would have never left my car with them. I already knew it had to be replaced because it was visibly broken, I even said it to the employee and he laughed at me. So why did I have to pay a diagnosis for something I already knew and told them? The only reason I left the car was because they said they said my problem was very common & would be taken care of FREE under Dodge recall policy. They put me under the impression that they would be fixing the ENTIRE part, not just one teeny tiny piece of the part. I could ve bought it and changed it myself for under $30.So, I left the dealership with still a broken vehicle and scammed out of several hundred. Stay away from this location.All around a very unprofessional experience. The techs and mechanics are not very knowledgeable.I was also told that they would call me before any work was going to be done and they never called me. Finally after the 3rd day, i had to blow up their phone just to get information and turned out they already worked on it without discussing with me first. Money hungry dealership.

The guy Ronnie never follows up and tells you what is going on with your vehicle. I took the truck in to get the air conditioner fixed and he had it for over 5 days. They had the Nevers to tell me that if I wanted the part quicker that I would have to pay an additional 45.00 more on the part excuse me you are the dealership and should carry the part. He told me one price and when I went to pick the truck up it was 200 more. After 5 days I told him I need my truck back so I can go to work. I paid the whole bill and they agreed to call me when the part came in. I waited over a week and I finally called them to find out what was up on the part and service I paid for. They said oh the part came in. I took my truck there to have them put it on and it was only supposed to take a couple of hours. It took two days. I got my truck back I will never go there or never recommend them to anybody. Their service is horrible. They over charge for parts they are getting for your vehicle. I looked up how much the part was and it was a 50.00 hose they charged me 259.00. they had customers in there complaining about the service they received on their vehicle.

It takes a lot of time to get a toilet change. And also when they offer you a guarantee on tires or other things, it is only valid when the damages are never specified how the guarantee works Because they only do it for the benefit of the . So there I bought a new car, blah blah. Perp nothing of results and nothing of guarantee. Super annoyed by the bad service or more because of the honesty with him Customer

They told me 48 hours and then kept my car 14 days without communicating with me even when I called daily. Now Derick Johnson says he will try to make it up to me in his public response but after a week of leaving voicemail, I still have not heard from him. His response was/is lip service. I don't trust this dealership and I won't ever use their "service" again. Wish I could give them less than 1 star.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a dealership. The service was horrible. The managers will not return phone calls . Johnny chappa doesn't know how to communicate or return phone calls. And my truck was supposed to be finished almost a week prior.they waited until we show up in person to finally give us some answers. And when we finally come to take the truck back so we can go somewhere else with our service they decided to actually get on the ball. While in the service area talking to the manager several other people were there to speak to management also, so something there is in need of change. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyoneServices: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Don't come here if you need repairs done. Very unprofessional. Took my car last month for an oil change and was told I would need an engine mount replaced. (The engine was a yr old) I take in 9am Tuesday morning and spoke with the service advisor Shannon (never mentioned the wait time 3 days out to get diagnosed.) My service advisor Shannon calls me back she gets upset and pushes my car repairs to another advisor, who is impossible to reach. I had to call my insurance company to find out if they approved my repairs and get contact information for my new service advisor hector. The number to the service department will have you waiting over 30min. Again Don't come here if you need repairs done. The update I received from my insurance I need 3 engine mounts instead of originally being told one. It's day 5 and they still have my car.

DO NOT USE THIS DEALER. This has single-handedly been the worst customer experience I ve ever had. My engine failed on 8/12/22, is being replaced under warranty and Dallas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram has had my car for 6 WEEKS. I have reached out for updates 20+ times. The response is always, we ll check into it and let you know. THEY DON T. On top of that, I have spent $1,000 on several weeks of rental cars. Still no resolution. Would love to get a phone call from the GM or Service Manager telling me when my car will be ready. I m tired of reaching out. This is ridiculous. You have my number

Best customer service at the Dallas Dodge Chrysler I came to this location because my Advisor Salvador has been so helpful in the past so I came today because of a nail puncture my tire and the technician was able to patched it and I am a happy customer. I highly recommended!!

I am happy that recalls were taken care of but not happy with $180 fee to tell me my radio does not work. I think something that simple should not cost so much, especially when it didn't get fixed.

UPDATE AT THE ENDI would give negative stars if I could. My car was towed there after someone stole its four wheels. It has been sitting there for almost a month. Not only they haven t done any work on the car (and they have already received the check from my insurance) but also Shannon (my case manager) refuses to talk to me. I have called 8 times already and their answer is always Shannon will call you back in a minute , which she never does. And they also lost the car key. Do yourself a favor and NEVER bring your vehicle here.UPDATE:The service department keeps saying that they haven t done any work on the car after a month because they re waiting for my insurance to approve their new quote, which turned out to be a lie. I called my insurance and these people have not tried to contact them at all. Most unprofessional people I have found.UPDATE 2: It s been 42 days and they haven t fixed the car. But it got even worse, they misplaced the key of my car and are trying to charge me $600 for a new one. When I try Salvador Dosa s direct line it goes straight to voicemail, but I can t even leave a message because it s full, I called the dealership, they put me on hold for an hour and then hang up. This is RIDICULOUS.

Paul was very knowledgeable and communicated very well regarding an issue I had with my Ram 2500. He shot me straight and the work was completed ahead of schedule. Great customer service and communication. Hopefully I won't have to go back but if I do I know I am in good hands with Paul and the service team.

Service was fast and timely. Arrived Wednesday 11-17 pm, car was diagnosed, I was told part needed to be ordered. Received text at 0750 11-18 from Susana letting me know part was in. Arrived at Dallas Dodge at 0815, Susana greeted me in the service entrance. Car took 40 minutes to process. I was extremely satisfied.

The absolute worst service shop I have ever dealt with!!!! Everything from the customer service reps who answer the phone to the majority of the service advisors. I wish I had a better option but Dallas Dodge is the closest dealership to my home. There is no sense of urgency, no sense of pride in their work. Sat in waiting area for 2 hours after service. Desk clerk said she called out name, but tv so loud and clerk spoke so softly that was not heard. Have clerk speak louder, use loud speaker, or turn tv down in waiting area. Actual tire service was good.

I've given this shop more than one opportunity to get it right but it seems like there is no accountability here. I had an appointment for an oil change at 1045 and am still currently here at 123pm because they lost my keys. The prior time they left my luggage nuts loose and some of them fell off along with a loose wheel lock, not only that but they lost my lock key to the lock lugs but the manager blamed me for not catching it quick enough and here I am now with lost keys and about 3 hours of waiting for an oil changed with an appointment made. Never coming back to this place take your money and time elsewhere where they are competent!Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

very nice place but whenever I go between 1 or 2 in the afternoon it always takes up to 45 minutes for someone to serve me, but at that time I have to go downstairs and go get service because when I go in the morning they always serve me very quickly. .... they need to put up a sign or more staff to be aware at those hours

Service & accounting issues after the sale suck,I refinanced my truck and have been waiting for my refund for my service policy and no one will respond to my inquiry. They were very eager to make the sale, butIt is very difficult to get answers or a timetable on refunding my money for a service policy I have canceled.

Well, i took my car in for a engine light came on, and had to go back because it started smoking and hesitating and back firing! My car never did that before. I've been out of a car for 2 days now and no telling how long i have to wait now. I got my car back and everything is good think god!

Worst experience ever. Customer service in parts dept & service. We buy alot of oem mopar/dodge/jeep parts there. They are closest dealer to my shop. Call 2 weeks ago 9 times in 1 day trying to order 4k dollars of front end part's. I spent almost 3 hours trying to get through. Hung , forever hold many times. Sent to the parts house on Kingsley back to dealership many times. Finally got through was told the parts I needed where at the dealership. Got there after 20 min of waiting & finding out my parts where at the warehouse on Kingsley. Went they looked for 43 minutes before the returned to desk to tell me they where at dealership parts counter. Went back to dealership NOPE NOT HERE so Went back to Kingsley warehouse they went and brought the parts to desk & i paid. THERE IS ALOT more to the story but I'm over it. Lesson learned.. UPDATE. PARTS MANAGER RUSSO. YOU REPLIED EXACTLY THE SAME ON A FACEBOOK POST. WORD FOR WORD.. I TRIED GETTING THROUGH TODAY 1/20/ 2021. ETERNAL HOLD PICKED UP & PUT ON HOLD 3 DIFFERENT TIMES. 37 MINUTES LATER I HUNG UP.

I came a month ago to service my truck. I was told that in 2 weeks the parts would come in and nothing.I came in today and spoke to the same employee he was not able to find my order from a month and a half ago. Not very satisfied with this!

Worst service center ever. Took my car in 4 days ago and still has not gotten diagnosed. And they wont even provide a loaner when its my only vehicle. Not the first or second time this happens
