I went Thursday to get my new Jeep Cherokee and I fell in love with it! Ivan was very helpful , patient, and had outstanding customer service. He treated us very well and explain the whole process to us! I definitely do recommend Ivan to help any of my future friends and family to go with him for any help with an vehicle!

The customer service and the service department left a lot to be desired. The time commitment was not kept. Customer service did not seem to be a priority today, and I am a five year customer. I will take my Jeep to another dealership where customer service is a top priority.

I purchased a Jeep Gladiator 2022 in November or December of 2022. I have had my Jeep Gladiator for about 9 months and unfortunately recently have had which it seems to be transmission issues. This dealership has already had my Jeep for about 3 weeks and the issues continue. They did return my Jeep claiming they could not duplicate the transmission code and charge me $180 for some reconfiguration for the aftermarket lights I have on my Jeep which was not giving me any issues until this was reconfigured now my dash is showing signal lights are not working. I also remember I was turned away last month when the issue started where a serviced rep asked me to take it to another dealership because I they 200 cars ahead of me and found out I was turned away cause the service rep did not want to deal with my truck. Anyhow I just got my truck towed to this dealership since my Jeep had left me in the middle of the road where the shift had locked on drive while I was with my wife and 3 kids 4, 6 and 8 years of age. I imagined a huge 18 wheeler smashing me and my family. The only person that did seem to go above and beyond was my current service rep Johnny which I do appreciate for all the help he has provided however Johnny is only one person and not the actual technician. At this point I did reach out to Jeep corporate where they did give me a case number so that this can be assigned to a specialist. Is my Jeep a lemon since it is not a functional dependable vehicle? Come on Jeep, I purchased a Jeep assuming Jeep was a dependable vehicle. The messages on my dash are (Electric Stabilizer Control Module needs service.) (Service Transmission Continue on D, do not shift or turn off engine.) (Until you reach desired location you may not ba able to shift again until serviced.) This seems to be pretty clear since all shuts off except for the power while on drive where I can not turn the engine back on or shift which means I could of rolled down the street while having my family in my truck. If this continues I will be looking for a settlement through arbitration unless my family is injured or worse. Hopefully this gets corrected immediately. In addition the person who towed my truck had asked me what was wrong with this model? I asked what he meant? He replied this was the 3rd 2022 Jeep Gladiator he had to tow away. Come on Jeep what's really going on here?So I have already been without a vehicle for 3 weeks now, going on the fourth week since it just got towed today and was told this dealership does not give loners. So I am stuck without a vehicle once again.

I called and scheduled my appointment. And they got me in for next day. Ronnie was awesome! He took Amazing care of my Jeep the same way he would if it was his vehicle. He made it feel like I was VIP by providing updates and asking for permission before they start a task. It was an awesome experience!! I got my jeep ready next day AND just in time for my family road trip. I will definitely come back for any other services with Ronnie only!

Had a good experience during the search and purchasing process, but the A/C and radio didnt work in the used vehicle we bought but no one told us before hand. We called and they said they ordered a part for it and were waiting for it to arrive, that was 2months ago. We have called Michael Quinney ,who is supposedly a manager there , several times, with no call back. And it goes to voice mail which is ALWAYS full! Totally unprofessional, and will not be recommending them to anyone.

The service department keeps saying that they haven t done any work on the car after a month because they re waiting for my insurance to approve their new quote, which turned out to be a lie. I called my insurance and these people have not tried to contact them at all. Most unprofessional people I have found. UPDATE 2: It s been 42 days and they haven t fixed the car. But it got even worse, they misplaced the key of my car and are trying to charge me $600 for a new one. When I try Salvador Dosa s direct line it goes straight to voicemail, but I can t even leave a message because it s full, I called the dealership, they put me on hold for an hour and then hang up.

I do not recommend Dallas dodge took my 2500 in for maintenance last Monday at 9amthey said it would be ready in 3-4 hours had to call at 5 they said they would reach out with an ETA never reached out I had to go in Tuesday am and suprisingly it was ready got my vehicle noticed 140$ were missing from my driver glove box notified them , they did not take responsibility later I noticed my wheel lock was missing in the same spot where my cash was I ve talked to management and left voice mails I do not recommend this place !

Just gotta say Nataly Geytan in the Service Department made it a pleasure to hand over someone else's keys to their car ! Lol seriously people she is good at what she does very knowledgeable! Thanks

I have 2 Commanders each with over 300K miles and a Grand Cherokee with more than 240K miles so I am very glad that I discovered this online, discount retailer of Mopar parts. I will never pay full price dealership prices again for my Jeep parts!

The customer service in the parts area is so poor, so much so that the employee only looks at you and doesn't serve you, they should hire people who really love their job because with these people you won't get anywhere, it's no use.Es tan deficiente el servicio al cliente en el �rea d partes tanto k la empleada solo te mira y no te atiende ,deber�an contratar gente que realmente ame su trabajo porque con esta gente no llegar� a nada no sirve
