Service is top notch!! Either I got a brand new car or they are just that good! Raz was so wonderful to work with, he updated me every single week on the status of my vehicle. I will definitely recommend Dallas Collision 10/10

My entire experience from beginning to end was very pleasant and professional. My advisor, Melissa, kept me updated without me having to even reach out. My car came out looking great. I would most definitely recommend Dallas Collision Center!!

They were wonderful to work with. John kept me updated regularly regarding the status of repairs. He also fought the insurance company to do the right thing on my behalf. The whole team at Dallas Collision Center is wonderful. I highly recommend them without reservation.

Melissa was absolutely wonderful. She set expectations very clearly upfront and I felt that she was my ally throughout the process while fighting/negotiating with insurance. Quality of the work was fantastic and my car looks brand new again.

They did an excellent job repairing and detailing my 2019 civic. It looks completely brand new and did a phenomenal job with the new paint job on my hood and trunk and they even replaced my spoiler.These guys are the best at what they do and would recommend them to all my friends and co workers.

I had extensive damage on my front end from a hit and run drunk driver. This place was recommended to me by Audi Dallas and I m so glad I went with them. Melissa was my primary contact and her communication was perfection. She kept me updated throughout the whole process and promptly answered any questions I had along the way. Very happy with my repairs from Dallas Collision! After taking my vehicle to a repair shop out of state where it sat on the lot for over a week with no action, my experience could not have been more different with Melissa at Dallas Collision Center. She provided daily updates and kept me up to date on progress with insurance. Plus having Enterprise on-site made the entire experience incredibly easy. On November 28th, 2024, I was in a car accident and took my car to Dallas Collision in Irving, Texas for repairs. I was assigned Melissa as my representative, and I must say that she did an outstanding job of keeping me updated on the progress of my car. The workers at Dallas Collision did an amazing job with my car, as you cannot even tell that it was in an accident. I am truly grateful for their hard work and dedication. Thank you!

Everyone I have worked with or spoken to here has been extremely kind and helpful to make the process as smooth as possible. My agent kept me updated by text throughout the process of repairing my car (including dealing with my insurance). Upon pickup, my car was freshly detailed and looked good as new with all the completed repairs. I ve been very impressed and happy with the service I ve received from Dallas Collision Center. I am very appreciative of all the assistance!!

Place was nice and friendly. Ras helped me through the process. 2017 Acura RDX was hit in the driver side front. Paint match is great. All the suspension components that were damaged were fixed. Had the car a few days now and so far so good. Would recommend.

I've worked with Dallas Collision Center for over a year now. I've taken two of my Audis there for repairs, some of which were insurance claims. I've had them replace bumpers and complete other bodywork. They make the process streamlined. Enterprise is located right next door, making the rental process very convenient. I live MUCH closer to other reputable collision centers, but choose to commute to Dallas Collision Center because the service is excellent.

The work done at Dallas Collision Center is amazing and the employees are very friendly! If something happens to your vehicle definitely bring it to them, I had my bumper replaced and it looks great now! Brand new!

Would highly recommend Razz and the team at Dallas Collision Center. He made the process hassle free from start to finish on our Audi Q5 repair. My car was there as a result of a wreck.Raz, my service representative was absolutely the best human. He called me twice a week to give me an update on my car. I knew exactly where we were at in the process from day one to the pick up day. this gentleman was extremely helpful. I didn t even have to talk to progressive the insurance holder of the wreck. He has a ton of experience in the industry and every bit of it shines.Tiffany at the front desk was ON iT - this lady is a professional at its core. She is doing a wonderful job at representing the company. Extremely knowledgeable, responsive, personable and again professional.I will forever do business with this collision center because of the experience of these two individuals well done and thank you.

While on the way to pick up our vehicle we ran into traffic and called them to let them know that we were running a few minutes behind. The service advisor said no and that he had to leave. Yet we waited the three weeks and were patient for our vehicle to be repaired. He couldn t wait a few minutes. Horrible customer service.
