Had my windows tinted here and they did a poor job. Came back to address the issue and waited over 30 minutes, no one said I'll be right with you or anything. When I see these signs I run! I don't suggest going here I went 5 minutes down the road where I got 10x better customer service and a GREAT tint job at half the price!

I came here on 3/10 they made me pay before even checking my truck they left it all deep scratched & there all uneven a kid could of done a better job & there probably going to tell me i roll down my windows but I didn t this isn t my first tome getting window tint . Horrific job save your money & go somewhere else you be saving money.

got my tint done here and they didn t do a good job had bubbles in all windows and the overall business is just very mediocre not professional in any way possible not to mention the auto shop right near to them aren t any good either it s almost as if they just hire people off the street with no mechanic experience and they try to up the price on you when paying after we had already agreed on a price before hand. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Gave me one price and tried to up the price once paying. Did very sloppy work with window tint, left many bubbles and said they would go away after a week. Broke my car key and glued it together and was upset when a worker informed me of it. Also broke break light in the back and glued it back together and stated it was broken already, which it was not. They also went through my car! Luckily I took my belongings out before. DO NOT GO HERE. HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

Great job on my window tinting. I really loved how the whole family attacked the car and got all windows done quickly!!! Great Team Work!

HORRIFIC INSTALL!!! Cost almost $500 for this insanely disgusting install. The man scratched up my new truck and cut a horrible square to fit the stereo panel and didn't even finish the job correctly. The mic didn't work on my stereo neither did he install the auxiliary cord that it comes with. I was told to come the next day so they can fix it so I did after clearly letting them know how bad the job was. Once I showed back up the next day they told me they were too busy to come the following day. They didn't offer a refund or seemed to care or want to fix what they did. Please people save your money and DO NOT get anything installed here. I had to spend an extra almost 400 bux at Car Toys to have them fix the damage this place caused me. Avoid it at all costs!!!

This place is horrible, absolutely destroyed my truck. Cut my window seals, yes the literal seals. Have Bubbles all over the tint, and ripped all the waterproofing the inside of my door. Absolute mediocre of a business and should be reported to the BBB.

Worst place. Don t come here if you don't want the job accomplished they charge us $100 and messed up everything. Lack of respect and racist is extremely unskilled.

Alex is cool, they have a few good techs but they let other techs get away with sloppy work. Long time customer but finally going to move on and find another stereo shop. Mike is always trying to get money from something even after service is paid for.. no more, they need to take more pride in their installs

I have been using there service for about 15 yrs,they make sure you have the best sounds and the baddest tint.Try them out,i bet u come back and use them in every car.

I was going to get my system installed here but reading the reviews I'll go somewhere else. I walked in wanted to get a quote, the guy in charge over everything thought I was someone else. I waited he didn't ask what I needed till I just stood there poor customer service I have a Amp and speakers I wanted to know how much for installment and if I needed a radio for my challenger he only care about money im surprise they still in business

I been coming here since I was 17, but they lost my business tryn handle me today. I came by to replace a LED light under warranty.. I pull up tell the guy I need a light he says come back tomorrow morning I'm to busy to replace it.. I end up getting the light my self and replacing in the parking lot when in reality it was place to do that not mine. . Take your money and business were it's valued and appreciated

Did a terrible job on my window tint. Highly dissatisfied. Poor job. They don t care about their customers or the quality of their service. They told me to wait 7 days for the tint to dry but I m going back tomorrow for a refund.This was my experience.

DO NOT GO HERE. They charge professional prices, but do amateur work and use cheap materials. I had a stereo installed and before I got home I had to turn back cause I noticed how poorly the stereo was mounted. I also had some speakers installed. 6 months later and nothing works. Went back to see if they could help me and they just tried selling me a $100 stereo for $250. I feel bad when I see people getting work done on their car there cause I know they re paying a lot and getting trash quality.

Got my radio done here and they broke my dash and they said it was like that already when I came in everything was good in my truck nothing wrong I don t recommend this place at all !!!! DONT COME HERE !!!!!

Not very friendly. Kept talking to owner he never responded until time to pay they see you there walk by ignore you. I was charged 45 to look at a light they didn't replace the bulb just straighten out the prongs in it put it back on for me to go out of town that evening guess what drove that night one head light still wasn't fixed only to get to houston to pay anothet 128 dollars it was a wiring issue. Good service hard to find.

Trash! DO NOT GO HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOURE BLACK! This is the work they did. I sent my son here to get his old system from his old car installed which consisted of only an amp and sub in a box. All he needed was wiring. They charged him 300 bucks when it should have been much less and said the reason was because he had a BMW. They did nothing special and infact did a terrible job as you can see from the pictures. They didn't even ground it correctly and when he starts his car it makes a loud noise and hums while playing. I will never go here again and as a matter of fact I will no longer spend money with these people ever again.

Don t buy from them!!!! I bought a radio from them and the screen went out in 3 months!!! Spent 300 on just the radio! then when I called about the issue the dude just said oh well you need a new one like what?! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PPL!!!!

Took my car here to get a second battery installed for my subs and amp. I ve been waiting 4 hours. My car still hasn t even been started on! Slowest service ever!!!!!! And let me mention the workers they have here don t have no clue what they are doing, the guy was on YouTube watching how to install my battery!!!!! I just got my keys back and left! HORRIBLE! Don t waste your time or money here!

They gave me a great deal on all four windows, rear window, windshield strip. Had some start to come off on one window. They replaced it for a small reasonable fee. I'd recommend them!

I've been coming to this place for too many years to count. I stopped by because my amplifier would go on and off and was sliding around in my vehicle. Now I would like to say first of all I DID NOT have my system installed at this location. That location burned down across the street amazingly that day. They found the problem, rewired my system and secured my amplifier all for $30 bucks! You can't beat that with a stick jack! I'll be returning to get an alarm and an auto start soon. This is why I keep coming back as well as so many others.

Dallas car Audio **LACKS INTEGRITY** Please don t go to this business, they are scam artist. I went to get tint & the worker quoted me $120 for my whole suv to be tinted. I confirmed the price & pulled into the bay, as the vehicle is being tinted the worker then comes back to tell me it will be $199! Dallas car Audio **LACKS INTEGRITY** please go to Buckner car audio two blocks over (they offer everything & more that this business does)the customer service is great here & they also tint for cheaper.

First time here , took a customer's car down and had the tint removed and replaced on the back winow. They did a very good job and did it quickly. They will definitely see more of me. Good job on matching the tint feel the pricewas fair. Thank you!

My mom took her car for a routinely oil change, she asked for the better oil which was $50, they locked the car in while they worked on it and it took them an hour. When they finished they were like ok it s gonna be an extra $400 to change the brakes. My mom was like I didn t come for a brake change then she paid the $50 and left. As soon as she left she started hearing squeaking noises she didn t hear before... coincidence... who tf knows. It s been two weeks and now she has a check engine light, and she needs a new catalytic converter, her car only has 100k miles on it, so who knows, maybe it needs it. It s just a shady place to go BEWARE.

Worst place of business. I was very interested in getting my car all "fixed up" with their products and I gave them a visit. I gave them a chance to put tent on my car all around and they charged me 180 bucks! With some sorry cheap was tent that says "protect" all over the window. Secondly I ass interested in buying the L7 12' sub but sadly they didn't have it so one of the guy said "i charged you 350 I GO get for you right now" without making eye contact, with a price of just the speaker alone. I said no and left! But check this out! I found a 12' L7 kicker with probox and amp for 400 bucks and it works amazing. I went back to give him the chance to connect it and he said no because of his religion that doesn't let him stay after 4 and he said "keep your money use it for some dinner or something." Without looking at me directly into my eyes.So I walked away and I got mad at myself for even going back. Screw this place. Do your research gentleman and save money!

This place may look a little shady but I highly recommend it. They did an excellent job and they were very quick. In and out within half hour or 45 minutes. Don't go by looks these people are really good really fast and the price was very reasonable
