Worst business I have ever done business with.Tools, parts, speakers,and cables stolen from my Tahoe they had for 6 days. Upped the price three times from when I agreed and dropped off until I picked it up. Stained all to hell and ruined headliner with grease stains and fabric peeling off. All to repair a sunroof.I couldn t even get the Same person on the phone nor did I get call backs as I was told I would.Next stop, police station .

If I could I would leave 0 stars!!! I went into the office to get a quote on replacing my sunroof. There was a gentleman who gave me the quote and I agreed to the price of $400 to replace it. He asked for a $200 deposit and I would pay the rest at the time of replacement. He then asked me to Zelle him the $200 ask I was not sure if the proper payment procedure I sent it to him. I then followed up to see when I can go get the sunroof replaced and they stated that they had no record of me being a client with them. I proceeded to tell the manager what was going on and she stated that, a family member was there at the time and was not supposed to do that. She then said she would honor the $200 I had already paid since I had a receipt and that I would pay $200 when I pick up my car. Come today I dropped off my car and about 2 hours later the manager called and said it would be another $150 to complete the sunroof replacement. Why? When I already paid and you as the manager stated you would honor the price. This place is not organized at all and trying to scam. DO NOT COME HERE!!! PERIOD.

We recently took a customers vehicle to have the sunroof aligned and adjusted. They not only dirtied the headliner, they didn t fix the issue at all and said there is nothing they can do but still charged me $450.00. The truck is a 2022 F150 with a panoramic Sunroof.Horrible experience. I do not recommend this place at all.

I dropped off my Jeep to have my Skyslider sealed and they had it done promptly. They also repaired my mirror for me without me asking. Elizabeth is the sweetest person. Definitely recommend this place.

Ok, So I was recommended this shop by Steve Crowley Services who does custom vehicle restorations (mostly old Mercedes and Jaguars ) for the last 30 or 40 years on Grissom St. close to Royal Ln.I had originally ended up over off of Merrill St. at 2521 Ste 101 but thankfully they kept answering their phone and even though it was close to 5 PM they got me over to their new location that they ve been at for quite a while now on Indian Trail off of RoyalLn.Gated facility they buzzed me through, I parked my daughters car which is a 2003 Mercedes C230K And the young gentleman (I m in my 60s so everyone s young to me), Greeted me with enthusiasm and informed me that it would be $150 check out fee and that if I needed to bring it back that they would apply that into the overall repair cost.Well within less than an hour they had the sunroof working recalibrated and good-to-go for about 1/2 of what the dealer (who couldn t schedule me in until the next week anyways) quoted me.They cleaned up the tracks and greased up everything and showed me how well it worked and although my wallet took a hit I m just glad to have gotten it fixed for my daughter [finally].Maybe because it s a Mercedes (although 20 years old) everybody thinks you ve got too much money to spend? I don t know but I m just happy that it was done and hopefully it will last for a while.I m very happy I found the service and it was a recommendation to me by Steve Crowley Services.

These guys knocked it out perfectly. After trying to take my vehicle with two other shops I was desperate for repair for my sunroof. The Toyota dealer didn t even want to touch it. The dealer made excuses to why they didn t want to touch it. Till pretty much the manager literally said to take it somewhere else. I called these guys a friend referred me to and BAM. It works flawlessly. Try these guys out. They know what they are doing

These guy's got me on short notice, price matched and beat the other competitors and un like the other guy's quoting me a day to day and a half turn around. Dallas Auto Trim Sunroof quoted me 4 hrs and did it in 2. Great Job!!!

My panoramic sunroof was stuck open after the plastic pieces that attach the glass to the tracks broke. I called them on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to get it in immediately and had the tracks repaired and everything working again the same day. Would definitely recommend.

If you are looking for a sunroof repair company that knows what they are doing, do it quick & that stand by their repairs...THIS IS THE PLACE! 2012 F150-Set up an appointment for 9 a.m., they were an hour late opening the shop due to traffic issues. They assured me they would complete repairs the same day & they did! AWESOME! Took the truck back the next day because they did not get all of the wiring harness re-connected. Fix took less than a minute & back on the road. Went through its first rainstorm & no leaks! So nice to be driving in peace & quiet again!I would have given them 5 stars if they had been on time to the appointment & I had not had to take my truck back. Junior is friendly, easy to work with & does a good job. I definitely recommend Dallas Auto Sunroof & Trim for your repair needs!

Stay away from this place. For starters, the company itself is in a storage facility with a gate in front. Only way to get in is if someone opens the gate for you. If you make it inside, their suite has no markings, no company name, nothing to say that it is a business. Looks abandoned and very shady. For some odd reason we still took our vehicle to this place to get a headliner repair once contact was made with owner. Was told to leave car and will be done the next day. Well it was not and communication does not exist with this company. Called various times, left messages through their website and nothing. I was starting to think that this place was a scam and we just lost our vehicle. Finally made contact again and was told to pick up the next day. Well we went to pick up vehicle and no one was there. We called again to the only number they provide which is the business number and could just hear the phone ring while standing outside of door. Actually stayed there some hours, not leaving until we got our car back. Walked to the back and banged on the doors and roll up doors. No other way to get in touch with anybody from the company. After a while I was to the point of getting inside their location by any means necessary to get my car out. More to this story but at the end we did get our vehicle back. headliner job was not that great, was missing item from car, and damage to outside of car was noticed. Paid what was charged just to get our vehicle back and to just get the hell out of their and to never see that place again.

We got our 2015 Ford F-150 sunroof repaired here. They were very professional and efficient getting us in and out. Terrific communication and an outstanding company would highly recommend!

These guys are Awesome!!.. My Sunroof had a broken track on my 2013 F150. Cesar went above and beyond getting me back on the road. Works like it did when I first bought my truck. I highly recommend Dallas Auto Sunroof and Trim. To everyone for High quality work on Sunroofs and Upholstery at the Best Price!! Thank you again Cesar for all that y'all did. I will definitely be back for Upholstery work on my other truck.

Dallas Auto Sunroof & Trim gave me 5 star service. My Mercedes Benz sunroof stopped working and they took it in the same day I brought it in and fixed it quick. I was able to pick it up the next day. The staff is very friendly. Junior was very informative and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I have a 12 Ford Expedition and the sunroof stopped working in the up position after hearing a pop like plastic hitting and cracking. Did some research and I could hear the motor engaging and glass trying to move. Suspected it was something with the track.Googled a few places and Dallas Auto Sunroof and Trim was closest to my work location and decided to go over doing lunch to have it look at.Short end of the story, meet with Junior (the tech) looked it over. I need a sunroof track repair kit installed to replaced the damaged one. I sat an appointment for the next day and had it done. It took about 6hrs and he called when my vehicle was done. All in all, It was reasonable priced and saved me a headache of trying to do it myself. I am a do it myself type of person but I am glad that I let the guys at Dallas Auto Sunroof and Trim to do.Plus, I have a 1-yr warranty.Thanks again for getting my baby right.

Called Cesar and discussed my 2013 Ford Edge limited issue with sunroof not closing all the way and rear sunshade not closing right either. Cesar was happy to discuss repair options. This company is in the repair and fix business not the replace everything for $5,000 like the car dealers are in. I fixed the issue with the sunroof not closing myself and Cesar fixed the rear sunshade issue and put everything back together. They did a great job and will save you money. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dallas Auto Sunroof responded to me very quickly after a hailstorm decimated my panoramic sunroof in My Kia Soul. They came to my residence to asess the damage and made a temporary covering and charged me nothing. They really helped me out of a crisis situation. Even though they didn't do the actual sunroof repair, they responded and helped me. If I ever have an issue with my Sunroof I will definitely call Dallas Auto Sunroof.

Would highly recommend. Replaced sunroof on Ford Expedition. My wife found this shop through a Google search, and I realized a coworker of mine had used them previously and highly recommended as well. Much cheaper and quicker than a dealership. Cesar was very welcoming and explained issue/options/pricing in detail. Was dropped off late afternoon and was ready the next day. Clean installation, and as a bonus, the car was picked up cleaner than we left it. Very professional operation.

This was an awesome experience. The prices are very reasonable. I had replaced my sunroof headliner. Cesar is great! He was professional and explained everything after the job was finished. He offers a variety of services to having your vehicle looking and working fantastic. Cesar is super dope, he knew I took lyft home, so when he was finished he dropped my car off at my home. I would definitely recommend this place.

My sunroof was leaking and I wasn't sure how much it was going to cost or how long it was going to take to fix. I was pleased with the quick turnaround (couple of hours) and fair price. Cesar had excellent communication and workmanship. He vacuumed the wet floor boards of my truck and cleaned out the drain, greased the sunroof tracks and replaced the drain tubes. I would highly recommend this company.

My husband made an appointment for service on Saturday. He was told to bring the car in on Monday morning.After the second trip he was ask if he could come back later on Monday. Poor customer service and a waste of gas. Donot do business with this company.

This is the place you want to go to get your sunroof repairs. They gave me a quote over the phone and made the process so easy! They gave me a estimate of a day and a half but got it done in 3 hours! Ford was wanting me to leave my truck for 5 days. Great and friendly people and very professional and great at what they do. I recommend this place for all your sunroof and trim needs you won t regret it and will leave very happy!

My sunroof was leaking and no one could fix it. I took it to several places but it kept getting worse. I contacted Cesar at Dallas Auto Sunroof & Trim. They picked up my car and fixed the roof. Amazing!!!The service is excellent and their work is guaranteed. They are professional, courteous and efficient. They stand by their work and that is rare these days. I could not ask for better customer service!!!!I highly recommend them for any issues with a sunroof.They are the best!!!!!!!

My Man Cesar did a great job on my 2013 F-150. I took it to the Stealer (Dealer) and they told me it would be 3000.00 to fix my sunroof, I called Cesar and he told me to bring it in and it would be done today. Excellent service and a much better price. For Sunroof and Trim & Interior work i believe no one is better than these guys!

These guys are impressive!! I called With a problem after my last business scammed and messed up my roof and head liner he answered nicely and said 150.00 To inspect which is fine and he asked if i can bring it and i said i was at work and they offered to even pick up and i was nervous about my car leaving but they where professional and picked it up for me and called letting me know all problems and options and i agreed and he got it back in one day and I tell you they took out the time to have it looking GREAT and it worked factory like if not BETTER! and they even detailed my car and then he even dropped it off and finished in a timely manner and i repeat it was a very nice job WELL DONE!! JR was a great guy and was very cool and professional and his family is great and i love the work guys!!! You guys go check them out it was so worth it my roof looks brand new!

My sunroof in my F150 broke and wouldn't close.Came in as soon as they opened.. very welcoming, great customer service. Was told that it was going to be an all day job, which is fine because my day was wide open, got a call in 4 hours that my truck was ready with a new parts and a functioning sunroof. Very pleased with the work and customer service and would recommend this shop to anyone.

Rate 10/10! Brought in my 06 Dodge Charger SRT8 for a sunroof/suede headliner repair! Very impressed with the perfection and quality of work done on my car. Would highly recommend this location for any type of sunroof/headliner repairs! They ll get you right!

2014 Explorer had a faulty sunroof and was stuck open for the longest.....Called all dealerships and got insane quotes in excess of $1000.00. I did a more thorough search and found Dallas Sunroof and spoke with Cesar. I provided the motor and was charged for the labor. He had it up and running in just over an hour, car was clean and he was very respectful. Its hard to find legitimate business that are honest and wont take advantage of you. If your having sunroof issues I HIGHLY RECCOMEND this place.

Walked in and the guy there never got off his couch to greet me he Just stared. I inquired about getting a quote and he says he doesn t write anything down the price is 150. I explained what was going on with my car and quickly learned that he didn t know anything about the luxury car i was driving, common issues with that make/ models sunroof, how hard it is to get parts, etc. there were a bunch of junk cars parked all around and the whole interaction felt shady. The more questions i asked to ease the awkwardness the more he clammed up. Don t let the pictures fool you, go see for yourself. For me This is a hard no.

Found these guys through a Google search. My Sunroof broke in my F150 Pickup. I had to leave my truck over night, and Cesar brought it to me the next day, because I had no way of getting back to the shop. The truck was cleaner than when I dropped it off, and the sunroof works like new. They do excellent work, and I highly recommend them for any sunroof repair. Integrity is hard to find these days, but you will find it here!
