I got new tires from this place, they were not the same size as the ones they took off. I trusted these people to do a good job. But all they did was get $300 from me, that I had to work hard to get. I called and text them but they tried to blame it in my alignment, when the tire they took off didn't show alignment issues. Then the air started coming out of the valve I called and told them but they said it was changed and clearly you could see that they were not new. And still would not help me out they said I could buy tires and would get a discount but would not buy anything from these . I should of just went to the place I always go too, but was trying to give my people a chance and my money. But guess they don't care about customer service. If I was yall I would stay away from this place and go to3301 W Davis St, Dallas, TX 75211 they sure do treat you a lot better.

Great place! I stopped in becuase my tire was low. Turned out I had a nail and needed a replacement. I forgot my wallet but they still got me up and running. I went back the next day to pay. You dont get this level of service nowadays. 10/10 highly recommend!!

Best car detailing in town. Affordable and efficient. The employees are always nice and they stay open late. Will do their best to please every customer.

Repaired my hole in my tire. In and out in under 20 minutes. They also sell new tires if you prefer new over used.

BUYER BEWARE of PRICES - I previously purchased a tire from this place and needed 3 more tires. I thought not a bad price and they are close to home. When I arrived, I told the guy that greeted me I wanted the exact tire I previously purchased. He then asked me how much I paid before? Well I did not remember at the time. He walks away and another guy returns and gave me a price. I began looking to see if I could locate my receipt. In the meantime I told the guy to proceed with the work. I finally located the receipt and told the "sales guy" what I paid before for the tire was less than the quote he just gave me - his answer... "the price of the tires increased in February". They completed the work and I paid. Now at home and begin researching the price online at other 'big box stores" and the tire was cheaper by $12.00 each one!! May not be much, but when all said and done, it is a lot...especially during these times. I am SO UPSET I paid more. They were DISHONEST! I went for the convenience - close to home. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be going back. I am willing to drive further out to get a decent price. Another customer they have lost.....

Double check with them but i heard the guy say they don't do car washes anymore... anyway, i got my tires done yesterday. Cost me $130 +tax. They only give a year warranty.. not a mileage warranty or lifetime. Im use to those types of warranties where im from. But however, they were fast, friendly and i didn't have a wait time to be helped. I waited maybe 15-30 mins awful together to get helped without having to leave my car until they actually needed it. They had the chairs spread out for social distancing as well. I did have concerns as some employees and customers did NOT have masks on. The guy who helped me did wear his. I didn't have to be inconvenienced by needing cash either and price didnt change because i had a card payment. The lobby was decent for a auto place. Ive been in some and was afraid to sit. I even had in white striped shorts. I will have to go look at my tires and ensure the quality of them myself as my own safety not as an issue with them. They did tell me they were good year tires. I will go confirm. I originally called needing 3 tires as it's been a while. They checked my wheels and told me i needed 2 instead. I wasnt taken advantage of even tho i came prepared to buy 3.i appreciate the honesty.

When I first arrived I told the guy exactly what I wanted and needed and he quoted me one price then when two other guys came to move my truck they wanted to upcharge me 10 more dollars. They need a publicized pricing structure so no one feels like their being charged accordingly.

They rotated my tires. Got me in and out. But, I thought it was pricey. Anyway, the service was good!

I had a car accident and I called these guys a detail they all are more than helpful to help me get back on the road they changed my tires rotated them give me a really good deal everybody was really professional I don't know much about cars but that didn't stop them from helping me wow how I really appreciate this I will continue to business with him again Plano I will drive to their shop just to continue to do business with him thanks guys you saved the day

Drove up need a two spare tires. Luckily it wasn't busy. I got out of the car and after two minutes, still, no service. Three guys working and they avoid the customer. So, I wait and then one person pulls up and gets out of the vehicle. I noticed a worker gives him a jester to walk his way. I instantly got in the car a drove to llantas USA.

My car alerted me that I had a low Tire so I was driving up Westmoreland and I spotted this tire shop and stop by a gentleman walked up to the window and I told him what I needed he said sure pull on up follow me I pulled up they immediately went to work on my tire I did have a nail in my tire it didn't take them 15 minutes to patch my tire he told me how much it was I paid gave the gentleman a tip and said Merry Christmas I will be returning to them. THANK YOU D TOWN TIRES

These guys right here, definitely know what they are doing. My sister borrowed my car for a week and gave it back REEKING of weed and filthy, and I got my car back just like BRAND NEW! D-Town car wash is going to be a monthly thing for me! 10/10!

It took them over an hour to complete my car. Throughout the process I observed several employees who displayed no sense of urgency whatsoever. Then they charged me for an SUV. I drive a GMC Terrain, which is no bigger than a full size sedan. When I got home I discovered my drivers side seat was broken.

If I could leave no stars I would I used to come here all the time for oil changes and had no problems until apparently the manager Felipe thought it was appropriate to charge me $30 for an oil change when I've always paid 20-25$ they didn't even have my oil filter so I don't see why he was charging me 30 and then when I said I'm not going to pay 30 I always pay 20 or 25 he got upset and said we'll just leave we're not going to do service for you anymore I don't feel that that's an appropriate way to handle any situation for management I felt very disrespected and discriminated against I would not recommend service here

I been washing all my cars at d town diferent location and all my fam and friends too and they guy work hard to support own fam you know we have to know hand wash and detail take more time but you get more and better service and just drive true machine wash thank you to all the guys working at d town carwash weels and tires thank you for u hard work

Worst place to go to get your car washed! They took more than two hours to get my car ready! I got my pants stained with paint. They didn't have a sign saying wet paint or anything.
