I had to have my vehicle repaired twice in less than 4 months. Both times I chose the Crash Champions in South Dallas. I was updated constantly about the repair process. The estimator was very informative and professional. I received my vehicle in perfect condition and in the time frame it was promised. I highly recommend this facility, and specifically I recommend you ask for Bill Gast.

Most definitely do not recommend, brought my car here to try and get it fixed, but when I came to pick it up it was missing a rocker panel. When I first asked about it they said they didn t have it and didn t mess with it because that wasn t the area of damage. Now they did order me a rocker panel but refuse to reimburse me for the paint, labor and hardware for the part. They lost the painted part and ordered a plain black rocker panel no paint no nothing? Make that make sense. They lost it and should be responsible for the part the paint, labor and hardware. They act like it wasn t going to need it. Absolutely ridiculous

My repair took 5 months just to replace the front bumper and light. I had to return my vehicle 5 times! Literally! The work was never completed properly. The bumper was placed unevenly. The front headlight was uneven with the other. We had AC problems the day after the repairs were complete. The engine seems louder. The car was never washed inside or out upon its return. Please save yourself the headache and heartbreak, and do not come here!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did a fantastic job. Staff is enthusiastic, and really nice. Updated me every couple of days on my vehicle status and was a day earlier than the projected time. Service King repaired damage from debris damaging my vehicle . The work was exceptional and I received amazing customer service .as well! I was notified continuously about the status of my car up to the day I was scheduled to pick it up. I made contact a couple of times to ask questions and each time I spoke directly to the person completing the repairs. He was very friendly and answered all my questions and even double checked a specific clause in my policy to ensure the correct parts were completely covered and properly installed . This particular location did not have a rental car facility available in or near it , but they still offered to assist me with the rental. They suggested I come directly to their location and they would receive the rental and check it in so I wouldn t have to go out of my way to an Enterprise location, turn in the rental and then wait until someone became available to drive me back over to pick up my car. (The rental was turned in without any problems)The people at Service King were consistently professional, prompt , and considerate (very rare these days). What a great experience!

I do not recommended this location, the technician are crook s, they swap out good working part s from your vehicle. I had a brad new battery replaced, supposedly it was damaged and they charged the insurance for a new one, they replaced my new wipers with old ones and did not even put them back on, my vehicle went in without a check engine light on and when I got bit back - the guys said it was no related to the accident- I told him my vehicle did not come in with a check engine light on sir and the only thing he could tell me is that it was not part of the crash! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Shame on you workers for making your company look bad! ZERO STARS

They transferred my truck to another location because they did not have a mechanic. They were paint and body only at this location. Lady at front desk was extremely nice and helpful.

Carlos did a great job taking care of me.He kept me informed and my car was back to looking like new in no time. My overall experience with this Service King location was satisfactory. The GM called me mid repair to see how things were going and even followed up with me after I picked to see if I was completely satisfied. Wow!!I ve used Service King in the past at the Reeder Rd location in Dallas and they also took great care of me and my car.I highly recommend this location !

My experience with this location was excellent. My vehicle was rear ended and sustained quite a bit of damage. . The technicians did a beautiful job repairing and matched the paint perfectly .William Gast is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to how insurance claims work. Thank you to all who worked to get my vehicle repaired.

They don't accept farmers insurance in case your wondering. My mom had a simple antenna on her car that needed to be replaced. They kept her car for three days. Meanwhile, on the third day they told us that they don't accept farmers and it's be almost 2k out of pocket. We couldn't do that, so we had to pick the car back up. they completely disassembled the inside roof of my mothers car and DID NOT FIX IT, while leaving colorful markings on the outside of the car. They wouldn't even wash that off. All because the "labor stopped" and insurance did not take. Now my mothers car is in even WORSE CONDITION. They won't tell you what insurance they accept unless you ask them...apparently

This company is so unprofessional and absurd to tell me various times my car will be finished within a week. It has been a whole month and my car is still in the shop. They broke my window removing a part so they replaced it therefore took a week longer. They turned my car into me with a scratch hoping I would not notice or just let it slide then made it seem like the scratch wasn't a big deal. Now I have to wait 2 more days to get my vehicle. I have gone out of my way the whole time and they have not tried to accommodate my inconvenience. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone unless they want to be lied to constantly. Don't waste your money, especially your time with this company!

Very unprofessional. I was only suppose to get a estimate on repairs then found out they were repairing the vehicle.when I spoke to insurance about them repairing it insurance stated it was suppose to be a estimate and insurance called them and service king was very unprofessional rude. And told me to come get the car and that we are never allowed to use service king again. Please do not go to this service king. Because they wanted b

I took my car in for repairs in January. Daniel was very helpful and detailed. He kept me updated throughout the process. My car was ready 3 days prior to the expected date. Very pleased with their service.

I recently was involved in a wreck and chose to use this Collision Center. They offered superb services and Bill was amazing! He ensured that my car was fixed and restored like it was when I first purchased it. I was amazed with the level customer service they offered especially with it being in the area its in. Hello, I took my car to Service King in June for repair after my car was stolen and recovered in another state. My car was in your companies care for 23 days and the person assigned to help was Ken. The location was the 3504 Marvin D. Love, Dallas, Texas 75224. I received my vehicle back after being told 3 times that it was ready only to be told no, it wasn't. Things that were purported to be replaced were not. Things that were supposed to be replaced were not. My vehicle was reinspected by my insurance company after I asked them to investigate the location for insurance fraud due to my vehicle being returned clearly with damage still to it. I was given a supplement to take my vehicle back to service king or a location of my choice. I chose to try to use you guys again since there was such good work done with my family in the past on their vehicles. I spoke with Daniel at the location in Grand Prairie at 3060 W. I 20 (75052). I was told that he was booked but had to "check that I am going to get paid" even though he had the supplement and the authorization in his hand from my insurance company. He sent me on my way with the expectation that he would call me back the next day. I had to reach out to him 2 days later. I then was told he had to check with his managers which I thought he had been doing the previous two days. Told me he would call me back Monday. Reached out to him today (Wednesday) as I still had not heard from him. He then advised me that he was super swamped and didn't have time for the cars he has already. I asked what that means for me and he responded with I can always take it back to the first shop (the one that did not repair it correctly). I hung up. This is ridiculous and I would like to be contacted by someone in your corporate office or the office of the president about the way that I am being given the runaround. I am not asking for any favors and my insurance company has paid already and is willing to pay AGAIN to get my car back right. I shouldn't have to go jump through hoops to get help. I will be waiting to hear from someone about this issue. I have tried being patient, but I am very tempted to reach out to abc News8 investigates to see if maybe someone will respond to me once it hits the news about the shoddy work that was done and how one of your representatives charged my insurance company for work NOT done. Thank you.

Poor communication. Had my truck for the better part of a month and when returned to me was missing a dash filler panel that the manufacturer no longer makes. It also had a large dent in the drivers-side rear door. The front end was not aligned (front-end alignment was listed on the bill) and my taillights did not work. I had to take it to another repair center to complete and correct the work. I will not use this facility again.

This place sucks! My wife wanted to get her car fixed here and the painter did a good job on the paint job, but the body work looked off to me. I expressed my concerns to the estimator and manger chris but they seemed to just want to get me to take my car as is. I am still not happy with my wife's car, wish I would have went somewhere else instead. DO NOT recommend.

I was in an accident in March 2016 and needed to get my front left part of car repaired they did the job quick but forgot to put screws in undercoverage of vehicle and it dragged and damaged. They also forgot to contact me after 2 months of rim cap being in. They also didn't put on or order a fog light cover on the damaged part of the front left of my vehicle. When I told Ken about it he said they snap on but sometimes pop off. Ken told me in June he would order one, its now October and i still haven't received a call. Service king is good just don't go to oak cliff if you have a choice.

I gave them 1 star only because Carlos was nice and he tried with the help of the other guy me dropping off my car was a good experience however there very slow on getting estimate done as well as getting it fix they drag there feet and the Latino lady who answer the phone there is rude she need to find another job that fits her attitude cause dealing with customers is not it. Do better on time people need there cars they have lifes

The level of professionalism exhibited by the staff was beyond amazing. I was informed everyday on the details of my repair. The expected completion date was completed three days earlier. I took my truck in today 6-27-2016 to get repaired and the guy going over the damages with me gave me the worst attitude just cause I was letting him know what one of my concerns were with the truck. I have it all on video and it' will be all over the internet. I would not take any vehicle to these guys to fix. They'll treat you like crap!I told him I didn't like his attitude and he said", Well, I don't like your attitude either". Now where I come from you don't talk to your customers like that. He never even apologized and then he still thought I was going to use them to fix my truck??? are you insane? I will never take my business to you guys after that.The only reason these guys get one star from me is because you have to a lest give one star in order to post your review. Otherwise I wouldn't even give them that.
