My wife and I both had our vehicles serviced there and they did amazing job, customer service was amazing and thorough, crash champions went above and beyond service, I would recommend anyone that needs bodywork on their vehicle to go to Crash Champions , They,ll get you rite!!!

Had my car repaired there month ago they fixed the major crashed parts but they missed small parts that I told them about they said they would order the parts after receiving my car waited a month (till this day) to see if they still remember me and the part but never did. So I m leaving a two star for not being truthful to the part you were supposed to order. Overall the car was good but just the small stuff they missed. They never followed up on my last small part I needed for my car payed for the services but lady assured me to ordered part after payment and never did call me back to give me the part. All I needed left was this small part but never called me back about it. Her name was Deborah btw she never called back about the part

I was very impressed by the sheer professionalism with Crash Champions. From drop off to pickup the directions and steps was spot on. I highly reccomend Crash Champions to fix your car if in a wreck. Joanna was outstanding service representative.

Went here to get an estimate. Was told it would be ready by end of day. A week later and still no estimate despite several calls. They seem to only want to work with you if you are going through insurance. I would steer clear of this business.

Communication skills are terrible with this location and the East Dallas location. You have had my car for a month. I had to return the rental car because insurance stopped paying. I was supposed to pick up my car on the 17th then it was changed to the 19th after I called to ask questions. My husband calls on that day at the Rockwall location to ask what the deal was and they rudely said for him to call the East Dallas location since they towed it there since Rockwall was overloaded. NO MA AM! We dropped the car off with you. I will be picking up the car at your location not East Dallas. Well Rockwall never called back after my husband said she would. I called the East Dallas location at 3:30 pm the day it was supposed to be done which then was the 19th. I was told again that my car was not ready and wouldn t be ready until mid week next week and he would call me Monday (which was yesterday) with an update. I heard nothing. I haven t heard anything about anything until I call them after 3 pm each time. I m done with these people. Brad at the East Dallas location told me that I m on the hot list but they have other customers YOU HAVE HAD MY CAR FOR A MONTH! I don t care about other customers and neither do you. I will never use these people again.

Alex, the general manager, was phenomenal and went above and beyond to help me with my car. His quick thinking and problem-solving got me back on the road safely and economically. I will definitely go back if I need help! Highly recommend!

Service King did an amazing job on my vehicle. My car looks as good as new after the accident. Cruz , Mary and the whole Service King Team helped answer any questions I could have. They called with updates a few times a week which was really appreciated. They were always on top of everything, so kind and helpful. I will definitely be referring people over to them. Our insurance company recommended this location for my car. They were amazing in every way.- Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, & responsive- My car was repaired faster than estimated repair time- My car was returned to me in perfect condition AND they had it thoroughly washed & cleaned, inside & out- Their waiting area was clean

I was referred to the E. Dallas store by my insurance company for an estimate on my vehicle which was involved in a highway crash. I had the pleasure of meeting Mary who was empathetic as tears fell and I explained the situation. My deductible is high and I was concerned about the funds that would be due at completion.I'd like to also pay compliment to Brad who assisted in Mary's absence, providing additional information that would be helpful as I work through this difficult process.Although I've decided to hold off on the repair, I wanted to take a moment and recommend the E. Dallas store for their professionalism and compassion which is often forgotten in the service industry.Accidents are difficult enough, however, living 2000 miles away from home with no one to lean on is worse. It was comforting knowing I had an advocate in the process.Thank you for your help, Mary and Brad and manager, Andrew, for taking my call to recognize both of your exemplary employees.

We've used this branch of Service King for years and recently I needed help with a dent in the door. Alex (manager) was fantastic. He gave me a fair quote and then went above and beyond to offer a fix on the spot, that he did himself. So refreshing to experience a manager and a business who were fast, friendly, and fixed my issue beyond my expectations. As long as they're in our neighborhood, we won't go anywhere else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Honestly I am shocked, I came in with a pretty low opinion of this place. They completely "wowed" me. I received excellent service on my car, very friendly staff. Even gave me a pretty amazing discount. Great job guys
