Avoid this place like the plague. Horrible customer service don't be fooled ve reviews. They respond and act like they don't know the complaints, but they are more concerned with reviews. I'll assure you they will respond to this one. Stay clear.

Contreras Auto repair did an amazing job they were very knowledgeable about cars they were also efficient getting things done in a timely manner customer service was great also diagnosed my problem and now car is running great AC is blowing cold and also the price is not super expensive. Mr Arthur and his team takes pride in treating his customers right and making sure other shops are not trying to get over on you. Highly Recommend Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Auto A/C replacement

Be Awarel! I recently changed the starter here. They told me $780 first, as a student couldn't affordthat. It's 1/5 value of my car. They brought it down to $700 with an $30 oil change value which I initiallyappreciated it as I borrowed some money from my friend and couldn't come up with more. I thoughtthat was a good deal as they 'helped me, I made some phone calls after I agreed to change andguess what was quoted $580 at express oil change just across the street!! And around $500 to somedifferent locations. Just be aware of their prices for Parts as they overcharged me. $420 for a starter??When at autozone is $200-$250 max. I think they took advantage of me and my situation. Don't makemy mistake!Service: Transmission replacement

My car broke down in front of their shop when they were CLOSED. These guys offered to help, they ended up repairing my car that same day when they did not have to do anything because they were closed.They have the best customer service I ve ever experienced at the repair shop or any type of business for that matter. Treated me like family. This shop is one of a kind. God bless the people that work here and their families. Thank you so much!

These Guys are not real mechanics I don't know how there in business please save your time and money they will screw u over I spend over 3 grand getting my truck out to find out what he said he did was not done I have reported them to BBB and my attorney is handling this case for me they will take your money and not do the job Arthur the owners Son who runs this place is a thief and u will regret bringing your vehicle here
