Great and fast service!! Front office staff is nice and explains what ever questions you have. The repair man Oscar is the best. Excellent at his job at making sure you get your car well taken care of.My first time experience someone had hit my bumper. I took it to them and gave them the insurance policy number of the other party. They carefully explained the process and would keep me updated throughout the entire time. Making sure my time and each day didn t go wasted on fixing my vehicle. Within a week it was ready for me. I appreciate that they also take their time to vacuum and wash your car before giving it back to you a very nice gesture. I highly recommend collision rescue to anyone who is searching to getting their car serviced

They fixed my car in less than a week. I am amazed at the outstanding service and work. My car looks like new. If you need repair work on your vehicle, go to Collision Rescue . They are fast, personable, and they do great work.

The staff at Collision Rescue took such great care of me. They updated me throughout the whole process and had my truck running in no time. The owner is a really great guy and honestly had my truck looking better than before. He takes great pride in taking care of his customers and treating them like family.

Have been going here for a few years now and have always had a great experience. I always get an update on what needs to be fixed and feel like I don't spend anymore than I need to get things done right. And I get great customer service from Julia and Kayla, very sweet people and always give me peace of mind that everything will be alright. Thank you everyone at Collision Repair.

Very awesome and fast service, they did really great on fixing the damage on my car.Julia and Kayla gave a good estimate and reliable time frame on how long it would take to fix said damage. It only took a few days!! My car looks brand new. Would totally recommend everyone to go here. They also washed and cleaned the inside of the car.

I have been going to this body shop for years. They were always friendly. I sent a friend over and they were so rude to him. He ended up not getting his car fixed there and I said no way cause Danny there has always been. Well I had an occasion that I had to go back in December no in November and I see what my friend is saying now the owner Danny s daughter Kayla is working at the front desk and she is rude as hell. Don t go there. I m done with them.

Outstanding organization! The staff of Collision Rescue are all amazing. This guy is the biggest scam artist going . DO NOT EVER let him near your vehicle . He monitors police scanners and pays other tow driver commision to be the first on the scene to tow your vehicle . They charged the insuranace company 1132 dollars for 3 days of storage and towe . i have also filled with the better buisness bureau

Just got a free estimate. Kayla and Oscar did great job on our previous repairs and got our lifetime loyalty. The process of repairs to us was painless and we are thankful to their care of our cars. Our cars got back almost new, we could not notice repaired parts.

Kayla was amazing! Crew was awesome! (Forgot their names) They were able to fix my window (would not go back up) and left side view mirror (after an 18 wheeler accident) I would definitely recommend!

They did a great job on my car and they have excellent customer service. They prevented me from paying absurdly high prices from other auto shops and referred me to cheaper alternatives if they could not complete the job themselves.

It s nerve racking enough when you get in a fender bender and equally unsettling when you have to find someone to fix the damage. Thank goodness I was steered towards Collision Rescue. They worked everything out with my insurance company. I was extremely pleased with the work they did on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Y all! I can t say enough good things about this place!! The tow truck driver was literally about to drive off with my car to drop it at the dealership for some repairs after I was involved in a fender bender and I don t know what made me change my mind at the very last second but I m glad I did!! The ladies in the office handled all the communication with my insurance adjuster for me so that spared me a headache. And everything they said they would do, they did it! That showed they were reliable and trustwornthy. And obviously I m happy with the repairs they did as well. Highly recommend!

Excellent overall experience. I shopped around at a few locations and Collision Rescue had the best overall cost to reviews ratio. That's the meat and potatoes of this review. In my position, I could get away from grade "A" customer service to save a few bucks.But then these guys hit me with the amazing customer service on top of this. Really impressive. Kayla and Oscar was a pleasure to work with. Both of them super punctual, which I appreciate. Car was done in a timely manner, and I was updated consistently till we got to that process.So this was the best as far as cost, but their customer service was phenomenal. Can't say enough good things! Keep up the good work, guys!

I went to Collision Rescue because after an extensive I search I found they had the best rating at the BBB. They definitely DID NOT disappoint. Kayla came out and immediately appraised the damage. The price she quoted was almost half the price of some other shops I inquired at.. The quality of their work is excellent and it was completed in the promised time frame. They washed my car and it looked better they it did went it came from the dealer. There is no way I would ever go any place else.Service: Body & Trim

Upon walking into CR I was made to feel at home. Owner Danny and 2 daughters made me feel comfortable, and begin improving a stressful situation by assessing the damage and giving me a fast and fair estimate.True to their word, my car was ready when they estimated. I am a local Junk Car Buyer my customer sold me her car today that was at this body shop they charged her over $900 to tow her car and store it for two days this is illegal and I am calling TDLR on them you should not do business with a company that takes advantage of someone at a horrible time this woman wrecked her car from having a diabetic seizure and they thought she died so they took her car and took advantage of her! And from the looks of the service this company offers they re not even a tow service!

I was in a wreck on a Sunday, and I was recommended this place that I could have my car towed there, and that they would contact me, first thing, on Monday. The wrecker was billed directly to my insurance and didn't come out of my pocket. That is exactly what happened and they had my car fixed in 2 weeks. It was a great job that was done. They even communicated with my insurance on the payment AND with Enterprise to schedule the pick up of my rental. They made things seamless in that aspect. The ONLY two things that I can say that are cons are: They left my car on EMPTY, like 0 miles of gas left. I crossed my fingers that I would make it to the gas station. I cannot honestly remember how much gas I had at the time of the accident, but a few miles of gas would have been nice, to ensure I made it out of the neighborhood. Secondly, my front bumper was replaced and my left turn signal was not operating correctly. It was my Passenger side that was impacted, however they replaced the bumper and I had to take it back to the shop to make sure that the wiring was correct or if it was just that the light was out. They were very nice about it, however, it was a bit of an inconvenience when you're trying to get over your wreck injuries and live 20 miles away and have to brave rush hour traffic on 75. Honestly speaking, I could have made sure that these basic features were working properly before I drove off, however it slipped my mind. Other than these minor details, they were great and gave your car back washed.
