Five-Star Experience at Collect Tire Shop!Recently, Collect Tire Shop went above and beyond to patch up my tire after other places turned me away. Special kudos to Edgar for his outstanding assistance.The service was quick, and the price was incredibly reasonable. Collect Tire Shop is now my go-to for all tire needs. Highly recommended!

If you know what it's like to have that "Chick-fil-A" or "Discount Tires" customer service, you'll definitely experience that here. They're always so eager to assist every time I visit. I'm just so entertained watching them interact with customers as i wait for my vehicle. So glad to have finally found a Tire shop I can trust. Thanks, Collett!!!

Man if you need excellent service, Victor and staff will make it happen. I brought my my vehicle in and the turn around time for parts and completed work was done in just a few days. As long as I'm alive these guys will be my go too. Very reasonable on the price and labor.Thanks Again Collett Tire Shop!!!

Took my 2001 Chevy blazer up here to get an alternator/ starter / serpentine belt and belt tensioner replaced. They were able to knock it out super fast, and at a more than reasonable price. I dealt with Mr victor the whole time, he kept me updated the whole time too. Will definitely use them again!!!!!

Was scrambling to find a good shop to fix my car. I had taken it to my normal shop a few weeks prior to be told they couldn t find a problem- my starter, alternator & battery were all good. 2 weeks later my car was dead. A friend recommended this shop and I m so grateful they did. Victor was very kind & they had my car good to go with a new starter in less the 3 hours! Fairly priced and honest workers. Will be coming back- I highly recommend this shop.

I moved to Dallas a little over a year ago and had several issues with my car over the past 12 months. This is one of the best car shops I've been to in the country!!! These guys are quick, know their stuff, and are extremely kind. Recommend to everyone, whatever your issue might be.

I have been coming on and off to this shop over the years. Their prices on used and new tires are very reasonable. I came here this past week because I realized I had a nail in my tire and even though they were getting ready to close for the day they graciously made the time to patch my tire for me even though they didn t have to and with a smile. Would gladly recommend their services

245.00 brand new tires mounted balanced in and out got an oil change while I was here. Love the place. If ya need mechanic work tires or basic services this is the place.

Had to get my alternator replaced and removed and the workers there were able to replace it very quickly! Victor and Chris were especially kind and will definitely come back with any future repairs. Definitely recommend this shop!

Collett Tire Shop got me hooked up with my new tire install for the Suburban. Can t say enough about their customer service. While I was there a number of people came by with tire issues and Collett got them squared away and on their way quickly. Highly recommend. Professional, friendly, courteous, and very fair pricing. These guys are great! Been here multiple times with tire problems and they fixed it right on the spot and got me rolling.But I had a problem with my canister purge valve this trip which I made the mistake of bringing it somewhere else first. My car was in and out of this other shop for a good 2 months. They could not fix it and I was so angry they finally refunded everything.Just last weekend I brought my car in to Collett and they fixed the problem in 2 hours and half the price!100% recommend!!

I ve been coming here for the past years. I ve had multiple cars go in and out of this shop from my Volkswagen to my Dodge Charger. All I can say is they are the best in DFW.Chris and Victor are usually my point of contact but all the guys there are extremely polite, respectful, and honest.Any job you can think of can be done by them. I ve had my tie rods replaced, engine and transmission oil pans replaced, brakes and rotors replaced, etc. Multiple jobs have been done at this location and it s been super fast, affordable and reliable.All I can say is that these guys are the best and don t be scared to give them a try.If y all see this, thank you for all y all do!

Great service from the start to end process. Arrived in the morning for a transmission fluid and filter change this morning. Left it and came back to it done in 3 hrs today. Another ship usually takes 2 days. The did a great job and took care of all my concerns. Great service. New customer here and going forward. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!!

Me and My sister were traveling between okc and Houston and my car overheated in Dallas! I was in heavy traffic and had to pull off. It was getting late in the day and I was worried about were I was going to get this fixed. I had a Dr appt the next morning in Houston and had to get there!! OMG! I was so worried! I ended up at Collett Tire Shop! Victor helped me and was very courteous and kind!! And even though he was running on a short staff and I know had lots of cars to work on and it was so close to closing time he stayed late and helped me! I was seriously in tears and he reminded me to have FAITH!! Which I know he was right! I believe Chris was the one that worked on my car and he did an awesome job! They had to replace my thermostat and fan and I feel like they did this at a very fair price!! If I lived in Dallas I would take my car to them every time!! I m so thankful I was directed to Collett Tire Shop and such nice people working there!

The only problem they have is that they are not responsible for their own work! I got my car s under cover fixed but exactly next week if it got loose again! I went in to get it fixed again expecting they Pell fix it without any charge but they put it on me that I could have hit a curb in while parking which is not true for damn sure! I am driving this car for 7 years! Never happened before. In the end I have to pay for it AGAIN! I am not coming back here.

Kens Muffler was sold, so I moved all my business to this place. I love this place. My truck tires were inexpensive, both new and used. They are so polite its scary good. professionalism off the charts. support local small businesses.

Best auto shop in town! They got the best prices and all the employees were really helpful and respectful. Eric helped me out with my tire patch and had me in and out 5mins tops. I would highly recommend this auto shop. 10/10

Would highly recommend this mechanic. Had my transmission go out and they had the best prices i could find anywhere and they did great work, many many miles later it's still running strong thanks to their quality work. Hard to find a mechanic who does great work and has great prices as well but they check both boxes.

The best shop in Dallas. My car was having problems, I took it to a ton of shops, no one could figure out. They fixed it in less than a day! They re quick and know what they re doing!

me and my boyfriend discovered we had a nail in our tire after coming home from vacation and needed a patch before we could drive home. We went to Colette tires, and Victor patched up the tire very quickly and for a very good price. would recommend Collette s for anyone in DFW!

I went for regular maintenance after getting back from a long trip. I was already several miles overdue so I was both excited and ready to get my car ready to go and feeling smooth. At the end of the service the tech said they only do oil changes and do not check or refill any other fluids. This is something that I always have done as part of regular service, so I was pretty disappointed to learn that I would need to go somewhere else to get actual maintenance. I haven t decided if I will seek a charge back through my bank because of the hassle and the fact I know need to go somewhere else, but I recommend for others to seek more traditional shops for your car s maintenance. (The reason I m giving two stars is because of a previous service for brake pads. That was a quick and easy service, and the reason I chose to go back.)
