I am utterly disappointed in this car shop. I visited her on Saturday 4/13, to get my front brakes replaced. They told me that they could fulfill my request, however, they did not have the brakes available for my 2020 Jeep Cherokee. Another shop had to bring the brakes, and they were stillthe incorrect ones. The best part of this story is that they put my OLD BRAKES back on my car, had me pay as I was h see the impression that my new brakes were put on my vehicle. After paying $150 and leaving the shop, they called me apologizing saying the old brakes were installed , and I can come back on Monday to put the break ones on!! This is the worst experience I ve ever encountered. This car shop always has issues and very unprofessional. I am leaving this review to tellYou to not waste your time here.They will lie, overcharge, and try to swindle you.

Rami was very helpful and generously offered to give my keys to the tow driver so I didn't have to wait. He was honest and didn't attempt to repair my old 1980 Corvette,thus my reason for needing to have it towed to a different shop. Will definitely use them in the future.

Amazing experience. I think these guys deserve an applaud and appreciation. My battery got died fully as I kept my lights on for 3 days. They not only give me the battery starter jump instrument but also they said it will be free. I was so tensed and they are so much helpful. Definitely a person to give a tip. Worth a try. Our Honda s engine splash board came off when we were driving on highway. Got off Coit and came to this place, Rami and his colleagues were able to fix it super fast for us. My in-law went back and they did a good job

These guys always do great work at a fair and competitive price. Rami and his crew are the first ones I go to, and they don't try to charge you for work you don't need. Great guys here, been going for years and will keep going and recommending folks here

Forget about discount tires, or other auto or tire repair shops that lure you in with their names but end up making you wait for hours once you get there or spend way more than what they actually do. The fact that these guys are busy all day long tells you about how good they are. I needed to replace 2 of my tires, they had 5/6 ppl ahead of me but they finished the job within half an hour. No reservations needed, prices are just half of what discount tires would charge for the same job and flawless results. Never had issues with them.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Rami, was very nice, honest and very professional. He didn't try to up charge us on other repairs needed. My husband got work done on his car and I got new tires for my car. Very pleased to find our new family mechanic!

Came here after leaving a horribly rude place for an inspection. What a good decision! Super nice, he got me in immediately. I had to pay more because I had a coupon for the other place but I would do it again 100/100 times!

I have been coming here for years now and figured it is about time to leave a review that was long overdue. If you are looking for a honest shop? Look no further. They give good prices and will work with you if needed. Good quality work and great family service. You don't find these kind of repair shops anymore. They are a dimond in a rough and family owned. Keep up the great work!

AVOID !!!! Most crude, slimy guys I've dealt with in Dallas. I was referred to a Rami or Adam by a friend. I drove there for 1hour and got directed to the service bay by a young guy (18yr old look) who tells to me that Rami who is his bigger brother and does diagnostics did not report today and insists I come back tomorrow. Meanwhile, he kept looking over his shoulders to a guy behind him. I explain my predicament and request for a simple diagnostics since they know my car's history. ( previous owner always takes it there for service.) I drove off and called the previous car owner who asked me to wait while she makes a call to the Rami guy, and he asked me to go back. Turns out Rami was the guy the young brother kept glancing at and heard all our conversation. I drove back and Rami comes straight to my door and orders me out with aggresive hand motions and full-on condescending tone while giving me the "you busted me'' look. No greetings, no apologies, nothing. I was confused and speechless !! I attempted to tell him I was just there a few minutes earlier but Rami couldn't let me finish my statement. He continued to motion me out of my car like I was some lost goat ! All I could do was tell him to never mind and I drove off ! The nerve of him !! Unprovoked, aggresive attack ! Avoid this place at all cost. Me not having an appointment was not an issue at all. But blatant, unprovoked rudeness from Rami is insane !!Must be his country of origin culture or something. Unbelievable !!Edit: The obnoxious owner just doubled down in his reply that I visited the "wrong" shop !!! The insanity !! Look at your service bay CCTV camera for a grey mercedes E class today 3/7/2024 between 3:15 - 4:10pm CST.

I have used Coit Auto Center for maintenance of my two cars. I've had oil change, cabin filter, and wheel alignment done, to name a few. Service is always friendly, and if there has been anything to complain about it has been prioritized and rechecked to satisfaction. Will give my recommendations.

I ve taken my car to Coit Auto Center numerous times and Rami has always been very friendly and never unnecessarily/over-charged me. Honest people who do great work quickly at a good price!

I love this auto center! They are always very friendly, timely, and professional, they are always doing a great job, even on the fly. No complaints. Prices are reasonable, and they list the services & costs they provide. They are always glad to explain to you what they need to do to keep your car going safely. I haven't had major services yet (tire plugs, replacement, windshield wipers replaced, inspection, oil changes. I will be taking my car there to have all my mechanical & tire needs done. Ty for your great service, it is much appreciated. I just wish I would've started using y'all sooner.

Got a flat tire on the highway and coincidentally turned into this auto shop. Thankfully, they were able to help us right away and changed my tire very fast! Def recommend their service. Thank you again!

Great service always at Coit Auto Center. Auto work is done timely and efficiently. The owner, management, and staff are professional and knowledgeable of knowing what's wrong and efficient with fixing the issue. I recommend bringing your car in for service to Coit Auto Center. Struck a medium in my BMW blew out 2 tires and broke a tie rod, shocks - it was a mess.Ramy kept me apprised through the entire process. Had parts ordered and car ready within a week. High quality repairs and service.

12/02/2022 - This is an update.The quality of work and service has gone down drastically over the last few years. I paid for a new catalytic converter for my 2010 GMC Terrain. I kept having problems with my vehicle after paying for the repairs. I went back and was told that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced again because the original one failed less than a year had gone by. It was replaced again as a limited warranty. The amount of money I was charged for the first catalytic converter was really high so I thought I paid for a new one. I am still having problems 6 months later. So much so that today I am at a GMC Certified Repair Service Department in Plano, Texas for a diagnostic. It turns out that the parts used were aftermarket but that wasn't clearly expressed to me or I would have requested new parts. There are bolts and brackets missing from the installation that has caused an exhaust leak. I will need to replace the catalytic converter again. I'm going to pay for the repairs at a GMC Certified Repair Service Department to avoid any further issues.Save your time and money and take your vehicle to a Certified Repair Service Department.I had been coming here for the last 6-10 years. It was good service until the new "family" employees started working here. The quality of work has suffered.

I ve only been here twice, and both times I ve felt guilty for not leaving a review the same day. Give these guys your business. If you want quality work done quickly, this is where you need to go. Both times I ve gone into this shop, I thought I was going to have to leave my car there overnight. That s pretty standard procedure, but both times I ve thought that I d have to leave my car, they told me they can get it done in a couple hours. And they did both times! Your search for an honest, efficient, COST-EFFECTIVE mechanic is over. No one is beating these guys!

About 3-4 weeks ago our vehicle was taken to this shop and we were told the throttle body needed repaired. Fast forward picked the car up and it was not drivable at all. Took it back and was told by Rami it needed to calibrate so to drive it for a while well that was impossible because it was bucking everywhere and would not go over 20 miles an hour. I called back in to bring it back in here we are two weeks later Rami claimed to have repaired the same part well went to pick it up and Rami claimed it should work smoothly because he drove it. Well here we are again and nothing about the car chafed it was still barely going over 20 miles an hour. I called them back and was told to take it to another place maybe they can find it. I took it to Integrity they were very professional and diagnosed it for the same issue the throttle body. I was told to take it back and have them repair it again because they must have missed something. I called Coit Car care and was told to take it to the dealership well here we are now 3 weeks later and another diagnostic fee of 250 and was told by the dodge dealership the throttle bossy was an aftermarket part and doesn t work efficiently. I then called Coit Car Care and a very sassy Jay Jay answers the phone and kept speaking over me and or trying to keep talking to prevent me from speaking. Very unprofessional but this goes to show u who they allow to hold a job there and it matches the work neither was working for me! This Jay Jay lady or person then tells me it s nothing they can do because they already tried. Then welcomed me to pay the dealership to then fix the same part they should have fixed the first time. Very very raggedy attitudes and lack of knowledge. I would have done better hiring someone from Craigslist. Run don t walk! They do no know what they are doing they must have paid for these others good reviews because I know two ppl who warned not to go there ever and was told they had there review removed so hopefully this gets posted to warn others I had to leave at least one star in order to post this review but trust me that is the only reason they got one star!

For over 3yrs now, this is the only place I ever take my car whenever it needs repairs. The manager Rami and staff are always extremely, knowledgeable, helpful & professional. They offer first class service anything from an oil change to CV Axel service. They guarantee all their work done backed by warranty.
