In my line of work I need someone I can rely on that s going to be here when I need them and get me or my colleagues problems fixed and us back on the road. CMC has always been there! I highly recommend for any of your auto repair needs!

Unbelievable service!!! Danny was a life saver. We had just prayed for God to send us a Angel to help us on a Sunday as we were traveling back home to Midland from Louisiana and had a spring break on our trailer, we knew there was no place opened to help us and we would have to call roadside assistance. As I was looking at my phone for someone to call I choose CMC's rapid response and Danny said he could help us as soon as he finished the job he was on. He came and not only fixed our trailer which wasn't easy, he also put a plug in one of our tires on the truck that had a nail in it, and he did it with a smile and stayed with us until we were back on the highway. He was very professional and reasonably priced.. He told us over the phone how much it would be and that's what he charged even though it took longer than what he anticipated. Thank you Danny you were a answer to our prayer in our time of need.

Greg and the team were very helpful with a leaking fuel tank replacement. They offered different solutions and were very helpful in getting the measurements for the part, picking up the parts and doing the repair in a timely manner.

We were blessed to be stuck off the side of the highway with a flat on our U-Haul trailer. CMC Rapid Response got to us quickly and with a smile on their faces to greet us. They worked quickly and talked to us in a friendly manner. I can t thank them enough for their time and effort.If you are in need of anyone s help they are the ones to call! 10/10 business.

Awesome Service! The definition of rapid responce not to mention 11pm on a Sunday night. First class service!!! I called 8 other so called 24hr roadside company s in and around Dallas before I found CMC s Rapid Response. 2 of the other companies answered to only tell me they could change it if I had a spare but could not fix a tire. 6 didn t answer, left messages that I needed help with no call back from any of them. CMC not only picked me up from my hotel, brought me to my vehicle and fixed the tire quickly but they did it with PROFESSIONALISM. To start off they advertise 24hr assistance and they answered the call. Then they said they would be onsite to help in 20min and voila like clockwork they showed up. Even though it was late they didn t cut corners anywhere. They double checked my tire to make sure it was repaired 100% and not leaking anymore. They put grease on my lug threads so as not to have trouble in the future getting lug nuts off. They got out a torque wrench and torqued the lugs to the correct specs. And did all of this in a courteous manner. If these guys are on another call helping someone else when you call they would be worth waiting for.

Had a blowout on my horse trailer traveling on highway 80 this past Sunday night, I m not familiar with the particular area of 80. I found CMC online, called and 40 min later they were at my location. The gentleman was very professional and quick. Had all the equipment to raise my gooseneck and 4 horses. My horses and I were back on the road in about an hour. Their prices were more than fair and I would absolutely use them again not to mention I ve told several other horse trainers that travel the same route about this company. Saving their number in my phone for sure. Thank you guys!

The entire team from dispatch to tow driver were so super awesome. They put me at ease in a very scary situation. They also got to me very quickly. GOD bless them for what they do!

This dude is scandalous. I paid him $80 with old money from the 70's and 80s that I've been holding onto for over 7 years and he tried to tell me it was counterfeit and asked me if I could pay with a debit or credit card I told him no bring me my money back and I would exchange it. he told me he was going to call the police he never called the police and never showed back up. uhaul contracted him

Danny was very helpful and quick to get to me, not a long wait time and followed me to the tire shop to make sure I was good. Definitely would recommend and repeat customer for sure.

Had my F150 starter fail on me. Chris bought it and came by in 30 minuets. Replaced starter in 1 hour. Fair price. 10/10

Called these guys out to fix tire broken down on the bush the roadside assistance showed up before they did and done it for free they still charge me full price for fixing tire that they didn t even do anything would not have minded paying a service charge for there time coming out but they charge me for fixing a tire poor customer service in my book.
