Best car buying experience I've ever had. They were able to get me into a brand new vehicle with no hassle. The process was so smooth! Rufus went above and beyond and I really appreciate it! Keep up the great work guys

I have used this dealership for a few years now and originally loved it. However, this last experience has been so awful I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.My sweet boyfriend took my Beetle to the dealership while I was at work to deal with a flat tire, while the car was there he asked them to also do the state inspection and oil change. He waited around for 2 hours while they added more things to the list of "problems" with the car totaling roughly $1700 before they finally shuttled him home and said they would need to keep the car for the day and they would call him when it was ready.He first arrived around 9am, we received a call that it was ready around 5:30, so we drove to the dealership to fetch the car. They brought the car around and ushered us off, when we got home we realized they did not give us the inspection paper results. However, this was not my biggest issue, in my center console of my car I had cash that naively I did not remove from the car. This sum had been stolen. I had never in the past had an issue with this dealership and they often returned my car in pristine condition but this time, not only did they steal from me they also had clearly rummaged around parts of my car that did not need to be touched and used my stereo. I got in my car and country rock music blasted from my speakers, my car automatically will play from the CD player if you do not attached to apple car play. As far as I am aware, the services my car needed did not require that much time in my actual car to be shuffling through the drawers or setting my radio.When we returned and confronted the service men about the stolen cash, his immediate response was "We are not held liable for lost or stolen items". Then we asked about the inspection and he couldn't find the paper work and had to speak to other employees who said this was the flagged vehicle, hinting that there was some other problem hence why our inspection was not given to us in the first place. They both looked and agreed that the inspection had not been completed and that they would rush to get it complete. Had my boyfriend not been aware of the procedure of completing a registration, they would have never notified me that it was incomplete and they just let us walk away the first time without saying a word. After waiting another 30-45 minutes the original rep comes back and tries to usher us back out to the car and leave quickly. He said he would speak to the people who handled our car and they would have to call us tomorrow morning, being vague and dismissive the entire time. When he tried to walk away from me, I asked more specifically when we could expect a call and briefly expressed my dissatisfaction with the experience this day compared to all the other wonderful times I had brought my car in. We were given a roughly 9am to late morning time frame. We have not heard from them still, so I have turned to google review. Very disappointing experience especially after years of great service, not sure how this place has gone down hill so quickly.Update: Still haven t heard from them and my cars battery is now dead. Checking the battery is part of the inspection process. What did they even check on my car?

Yesterday at Clay Cooley I rolled into a new 3 year lease on a 2024 Volkswagen Taos. I had the pleasure of being assisted by car salesmen Anthony Bolton. He was very knowledgeable, attentive, kind and his honesty was GREATLY appreciated. He was pretty spot on with estimating the numbers I could expect to see/pay based on very little information provided to him. However, he was extremely patient, and determined to get me out of there with a monthly payment that was way more my speed. My dad and I spent pretty much all day there and got to know Anthony personally and he is an amazing person to talk to and will definitely have you laughing the entire time no doubt. If you are interested in buying/leasing a new vehicle from this location, I would highly recommend requesting Anthony if you can.

I brought my car in for servicing and detailing and Mike went out of his way to ensure the service was nothing short of exceptional. He provided regular status updates on the car and followed up with me after to make sure I was a happy customer. He made the whole experience seamless and pleasant.

I waited 5 hours and they just changed the oil when I scheduled an appointment for several services. They reached out to me to let me know that I needed to wait another hour because they had a busy day. The man who helped me was very respectful and nice though. I suggest hiring more people or not having so many people scheduling at the same time.

I was able to schedule an appointment right away. Great customer service, pleasant and friendly. Was able to service and complete all three recalls. They offered me a ride home until car was ready. I was walked to my car and was delighted to find a clean car.As�an gave me her business car and informed me to give her a call if I need more service. Satisfied customer.

Mrs. Michael and Mr. Kozy did an amazing Job plus the rest of the team involved! As Clay Cooley says in their commercials, come see me first come see me last just come see me. Well I saw them last. I m very glad that I did. They had the exact car that I wanted and working with their staff was truly a joy. There was no pressure selling just very helpful people, all working together as a team to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. I d highly recommend stopping by to visit with the Clay Cooley group.

Raymond Mirabal was excellent when it came to get me on my 2024 Tiguan! He made sure he got me the best deal and that it was done quickly and efficiently. Also Michael in finance was so friendly and helpful. She checked every possible way to give me access to perks and benefits clients can have access too. please go see themask for Raymond! The guys at Volkswagen of Park Cities were great. Everyone was friendly and professional. Had plenty of good laughs and conversation with everyone they handed me off to. My only "Complaint" would be everything seemed to move pretty slow... Was at the dealership for 3+ hours and I knew exactly what I wanted. Had traded back and forth text/emails with sales for two days and had pre-approved financing already in place before even going to the lot. The ONLY thing we had to do was haggle over trade in value/final out the door sales price. which went fairly quick... the wait to get all the paperwork together/signed and out the door took the longest. At the end of the day I would not hesitate to deal with these guys again in the future.

I received exceptional customer service from the entire team. The wait time was remarkably short, and I was attended to promptly. Jason ensured I got an excellent deal on my oil change, and they even washed my car. The shuttle service was incredibly convenient and comfortable. Every employee had a welcoming smile and was eager to assist me. It was a flawless 10/10 experience, truly delivering a luxurious service. Additionally, the mechanic did a great job checking my vehicle and communicating any concerns and recommendations. I particularly appreciated the informative videos showing each concern and the detailed report, making it very easy to understand what needed attention. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Would not recommend, tried to upsell a alignment on a two year old car. Declined. Took to an alignment specialist and they said my car was fine and wear on tires was normal for FWD. previously went to Rusty Wallis for service and never had any update on services issues.

I came from another VW dealership and was disappointed. I saw on Clay Cooley s inventory and pricing and decided to drop by. I was greeted by Adrian and he was very professional and courteous. His manager, Haims was very helpful as well. They didn t sugar coat things and got to the point and didn t waste my time. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to come ask for Adrian and Haims.

I bought my Tiguan and receive maintenance at the Lemmon location. I've always worked with Mike who has historically gone above and beyond to ensure my car was taken care of and that I thoroughly understand what needs to be done and prioritized with my car. I've always appreciated that I felt I could trust him because past experiences have taught me trust can be hard to come by in car dealerships. Mike is kind, thorough, helpful and always has a positive attitude which is why I still drive the 18 miles (despite moving to Frisco and having a VW across the street) to work with him.My most recent visit had a misunderstanding causing me to check-out with a different manager, but I understand Mike was tending to a personal issue. I appreciate that Mike still called to follow up and make sure I was well taken care of.

My service was amazing! I called to schedule my appointment for routine maintenance on my Tiguan on Monday and was able to get in by Wednesday!! Mike was awesome from the get go! I got right in and was told it would be good to go in an hour to an hour and half. I was done within the hour. They communicated with me via text. The waiting area was comfortable and everyone was so nice. I will definitely be back for all my service needs!!

Yes, Michael was incredible. This is the second time I've worked with him and he went above and beyond proving excellent customer and car service. He provided me with a great explanation and everything I needed to allow my current schedule to not be impeded.Can't thank him enough. He deserves any recognition that comes to him.

I had such a great experience at Clay Cooley Volkswagen of Park Cities. I really appreciated Jaden and his help and interest in what I was looking for and his ability to get me into the perfect car. I also was so grateful for them allowing me to take possession of the car so quickly, since my trade in did not have air conditioning. My fianc� had purchased a car at Clay Cooley Park Cities a year ago and he told me it was a great experience. And my experience was the same. Thank you.

I recently purchased a used volkswagen beetle from a different source. Unfortunately the car had an issue with the navigation system. I brought the car in for service to Clay Cooley. It took a bit of time because the replacement part was not readily available, but once it came in my car was fixed quickly. My service agent, a nice young woman named Asian, was very helpful. Also, she provided me with a loaner car. Overall very happy with my experience and extra happy with the fact that my car was delivered to my doorstep! The dealership is very clean and seems well organized.

Unfortunately when I purchased the car 12/19 the carnet and bluetooth didn't work even though the car is brand new with 7 miles on it. I brought it back the same day and was told it needed an update but I was leaving town the next day. I brought the car in when my license plates came in and they were unable to fix the problems and said they would reach out to schedule service when the manager returned the next day. I never heard anything from the manager so for the next two days I reached out to the sales rep. He said the manager knows what part it needs and will go ahead and order it so if you drop it off on Saturday will be able to get it fixed for you quickly. Dropped car off on 2/3 was told they would call 2/5 update. No call, I had to reach out 2/6. On 2/7 car wasn't completely fixed but I was told that I could come pick it up and that it would be 5 business days for the additional part needed. I have had to continually reach out to get service. No one has proactively reached out to fix the problem after you sold me a broken brand new car. Once again it has been 5 business days and I haven't heard anything from service. The service tech that put on my plates was the only person that showed any kind of customer service putting my plates on after not having the correct parts in my car to do so.

I was very happy with the courtesy and prompt service today. The team kept me posted and even offered a shuttle back to my home because of amount of other card being serviced. A special thanks to Jaime M for taking care of me today. Mike was also awesome with checking me out. I would definitely recommend this location for car maintenance and service. Thanks Volkswagen Dallas. You guys are much better than Orlando. Also thanks for the video walk thru that was great !!

Asian communicated with me and got me set up with a loaner car while my Golf was getting some major repairs. She was friendly and easy to speak with during the entire process. She made the waiting period a lot easier for me. I appreciate her. Highly recommend!
