Service Advisor Frederick was very warm and friendly at 7 a.m. kept me in the loop via text. Very professional. Had my oil and filter changed, tires rotated. I was on my way in an hour. Waiting area was clean an good atmosphere. Had a pleasant experience today.

Ok this is going live so bare with me, it's 6:18 pm on 10/31/2023 yes this is happening on Halloween, so kind of a nightmare. I brought my Nissan for an oil change around 10 a.m. Dropped it and was picked up by my mother, knowing as a fact that they usually take forever to do an oil change. Well I never received a message that my vehicle was ready. When I checked the linked they sent me it wasn't working, like it kept saying that my vehicle was being serviced ( but was in the same point for 3 hrs) then I decided to call. The lady just told me that she had the paperwork and that the car was ready for pickup. I arrived at 6:10, paid the service and she told me to wait outside someone would bring it to the front........ like I say this is live so is now 6:26 and still I haven't received the car, that supposedly someone went to get it for me somewhere......the lesson of the story...DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS PLACE....AGAIN DON'T.....I bought this car here brand new and let me tell you...well that's a story for another post....but believe me DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE....NO ETHICS WHATSOEVER

Well I don t know how to feel about this visit. I originally took my car there for the same issue late last year. They fixed a bunch of other stuff to the tune of $2k but not the actual problem. I took it back this time and it appears to be fixed but again, to the tune of $3k. Now I wonder if they had found the problem when I first took it, would it have been under warranty? But the service tech, Brodis, who helped me was very nice, thorough and professional.

Wesley in the service/maintenance department displayed the upmost customer service. He made sure that he kept me updated on the status of my vehicle while being serviced. He is very knowledgeable of services recommended for my vehicle. I' ll be sure to schedule all maintenance appointments with Wesley for future services.

Poor customer service. I don t believe I ll go back there again. I was there for 2 and a half hours and discovered that my vehicle had been done for over 30 minutes and no one bothered to tell me or my wife anything. 0 stars!!

We paid for seven oil changes but was not aware that it went by and whatever the mileage was on your car we have bought we bought two cars from your company we have given our oil changing to your company we have a versa 2021 and a Nissan Altima 2017. We got we got the seven oil changes for the for the Versa but only got three for the Altima because you said we were over the mileage we will no longer take our car to Clay Cooley Nissan to have any work done on it we feel that this is not right that you do not honor and we pay that extra money and you did not honor your commitment

So today was not a good day for me with the service department I had a appointment for my 90 day service that includes tire rotation which my two front tires was already bad when they sold me the car no meat on the what so ever on the front so this makes my 3rd time going to the service department got my oil changed and everything than the service guy that help me had me to wait in the waiting area with in about 20 minutes of waiting while he took my car text me and wants me to pay $179 for a change of power stern flooded on the car that should have been changed out when I purchase the car and now wants to charge me for it now all three times I brought the car up there they did not check it when they gave it to now they want me to pay for it but I did not nor did they change it to top it off the first time I brought the car and before I purchased the car I said to the sales man the car need new tire on the front I was only offered a free rotation the whole time so I was promised this rotation on my first service so which was today how about I go in for my service today took off work now just to come in to get the service for the 2nd time I leave the place go handle some more bissness just to come out the dentist office and see not only still they did not rotate the tires drive back to service to be asked a million questions from the manager and he tells me the guy that help me said he couldn t find the jack holder so he just brought my car back to me the same way I brought it in and didn t say shot about he didn t rotate my tires just let me leave like everything was done this is unacceptable for the 3rd time not only this happened I was sold the car with no spear tire the first time brought the car back to the they dropped me off at work came back and pick me up after my shift just to leave again and found out that the tire was still not under the car this is definitely a waste of my time but they want to charge me for changing the power steering flood something that should have been check before I got the car it goes to show you someone is definitely not doing their job I feel like it you can t do your job you don t need the job and management does not do nothing about these issues in service I m very upset about this matter I can see if I have had this car for 6 months already but no sir and this is the second car the first one had to many issues I know they can do better than this than blaming each other I m pist to the full not a happy customer at this point after paying all the money to get the car than paying the car note and insurance if I don t have time for the extra stuff and I sure don t want to start off paying for labor and buying new tires etc in my first month of having the car y all can do better.

Overall great experience!!! I pull up to get some maintenance in my car, I m greeted with a smile and over all great customer by Fred, I came in for a new tire and they found that another tire one had bulge, concerned for my safety they but a spare tire for me.

I took my car for brake pads, agreed to radiator flush as maintenance, my car immediately drove different following it, my check engine light came on, took it back and now it needed radiator replaced and new thermostat. I had NO previous problems except squeaky brakes. I had extended warranty so supposedly they replaced my radiator. I agreed to transmission flush. All in all I paid over 1000 dollars for maintenance. Got my car at closing. I now don't have cool air coming out my air conditioner. I had no previous issues again and with a new radiator and new antifreeze , should not be happening. Very upset My car was in good shape and I was approached regarding selling it by 3 salesperson AT your dealership when I arrived. This is the worst service department I have ever encountered. I wish I had gone back to Weatherford where I purchased my car

I took my car to Clay Cooley in Duncanvile to get my Transmission replaced. I picked up my car on March 28 an the next day my right tire on the Passenger side in the front came off of my car Causing damage to my front bumper an I was Injured an I called Clay Cooley the next day to tell them about it and they said I had to get it towed up there. And that refuses to fix the damages to my car.Service: Transmission replacement
