The statership does not have to show you and pressure you to buy in a car. They work with you and there are very good at it. I am happy to purchase a car through them. Not knowing how will the job they did. Thank you for everything you've done I bought a lot of cars in my time. And always been pressured and pushed in to buy something. I did not want, but they do not do that. Thank you very much. I will definitely recommend your dealership.

Jamal Berry really hooked me up and got me in a very nice ride for the best price based on my credit AND got me a MAJOR deal with my insurance too! He also put me on game about some more benefits to help me out in the long run. He was VERY professional and honestly made me feel like family. If you need a car you HAVE to go see him. Fa sho. And Linden was very nice too and made the financial signing a smooth and easy process, explaining everything on the way and answering even my simplest questions. Thanks Guys

I showed up knowing that I wanted to lease a specific car. It was a Saturday and they were busy so the process ended up taking about 3.5 hours. But everything was handled smoothly, professionally and with minimal sales pressure. They don't try to upsell me, they didn't try to talk me into a purchase instead of a lease, and they didn't make me run a gauntlet of sales managers. Our salesperson, Courtney Harris, was friendly and knowledgeable. I leased an electric car and Courtney was able to answer all my questions about the car and explain the features before we left. That may sound like what you would expect from a car salesperson but I know from experience that many Hyundai sales people are not well versed when it comes to the electric cars. I would definitely shop from this dealership and Courtney Harris again in the future.

This dealership is so much better than before. I use the service department regularly and used to have so many issues. They have hired a new Manager, Stephen and he is so helpful and attentive. I no longer dread having to bring my car in for service. I hope they do what it takes to keep him here, he has really turned this place around.

I reach to the dealer through the website and Mr.J answers back to me in a promptly manner and answered all of my questions, the next day i came to the dealership with my family and was able to text drive the vehicle, and the seller Mr. J show me all the ins and out of the vehicle explain all the process and was very knowledgeable not only about the process, but also the vehicle he also helped me with the Hyundai app and the people in finance were amazing too, the process didn t take long and we re grateful to Clay Cooley Hyundai of Dallas for going above and beyond for me so I could get the car that I wanted for my birthday. Thank you

It was a great experience. We average buying 1 car per year, new and used, so I've dealt with a lot of sales staff, dealership and finance people. Everyone was great. Quite honestly, I wasn't planning a car. 2 weeks previous we had bought a Hyundai Tucson that was in transport. We ended up canceling that deal and were just going to keep the car we had for a few more years. That Saturday my wife wanted to look at a SanteFe, which I had already thought was more money than I wanted to spend. Josue got me to go for a test drive and we really liked the car and there was a price reduction I wasn't aware of. After further negotiation and a competitive trade in value we made a deal. Due to some issue with getting my Experian report we had to come back Monday. When we were in the finance office the website showed a further discount. Our numbers were further adjusted to accomodate that change and that was nice not to have to fight over it. All in all it was a great experience and Josue, Josue (Josh) and Tyler were great to work with.

The team that assisted me was very helpful from 02/01 - 02/05.I wasn't sure what I was going to do when I had to leave my car for repairs. Lauren eased my anxiety quickly by offering me their shuttle services to and from enterprise . She assisted with locating and providing me their phone number as well.The man that drove me too and from the shuttle (I'm sorry I don't remember his name), but he was helpful too. From providing coffee to the shuttle ride too and from enterprise rental.They made what seemed to be a very stressful situation for me seem just a little bit better and I appreciate them both.Not to mention the very next day I misplaced my copy of the invoice that I needed and Lauren was kind enough to email it to me. They showed great patience with me. Thanks to you bothKUDOS!

This review is for the service department. I bought my car in to the service department to take advantage of the warranty I purchased for minor dent repair. The first gentleman that attempted to help me did not know how to use the warranty as this was his first day. I was referred to a salesperson, Samuel, who helped me navigate how to use the warranty. He was very helpful and the experience with him was the only positive part. He went out of his way to help. Samuel was not even the person who sold me the car he just seemed to care that I was being mishandled and did his best to help.Adam, the service manager was extremely rude. When I purchased my vehicle only one key was available due to a chip shortage. I recieved the fob from another Hyundai dealership but was informed that the key would be at the Clay Coolidge Hyundai Dallas where it was originally purchased. I informed the service manager about what I was told. He told me, without looking, that the key was not there. I asked that he call the other dealership for clarification. He stated I can t and won t be doing that . I returned to the salesperson and he called the service department of the other dealership. The service manager from that location called me back and told me the key was indeed at Clay Coolidge Dallas. I returned to the service department and informed the manager again that the key should be there. He wasted an hour of my time when he could have provided even marginal customer service by looking for the key or making a quick call. This was beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. He left me to be helped by another worker who seemed more competent. He made phones calls to resolve the issue. I likely will seek service elsewhere based on the level of care provided by the service manager. Adam was rude, condescending and lackadaisical with his care. This is definitely not the level of service that I was promised.UPDATE: THREE WEEKS later and I still do not have a response to the email that they requested I send them.

I had an appointment for service and Taylor assisted me. He was very nice and helpful, I hope to be assisted by him again in the future. I honestly dreaded coming back to this location after my last visit but I was pleasantly surprised to see a more welcoming environment. Aaron/ Service Advisor from Clay Cooley Dallas provided an awesome experience when I brought my car in for repairs. He was very knowledgable in explaining in detail everything that needed to be done. He stayed in contact with me via phone, email, and text. He gave best in class service and he walked out with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. Aaron gave me confidence in knowing that I made a great choice in bringing my car back to Clay Cooley Dallas time and time again. Thank you again Aaron for an awesome experience!!!

If I could give a - review I would but it doesn't give me the option. I have had nothing but problems from the day I bought this vehicle. Steer clear of this dealership. Clay Cooley Arlington is WAY better. To start out when I was given the license plates for my car I was given the wrong plates from the dealership that I drove around with for over a month. Then when I went back to the dealership to have a tire that kept leaking air fixed under the tire warranty I asked for along with GAP and bumper to bumper warranty, I was told it was not in my sales agreement. I have ALWAYS gotten the extra tire warranty. Then I called because my car is financed thru Hyundai motor, I asked for the extra amount I was sending each month above my payment amount to be put towards my principle I was told unless I pay over $2,500 over my payment amount it could not automatically be put towards my principle. I would have to call every month to ask for the amount to be put towards my principle. Save yourself a headache and just go to a different dealership.

I can t begin to express how glad I am that Stephen was hired on, my family and I all get serviced here and since he was hired Stephen has made it a point to make every single service appointment quick and simple. When he s there he s always friendly and helpful and he s really turned this dealership around!

I m writing this review in hopes of reaching a manager or someone who can address a question that has been unanswered for two weeks.I purchased a car from Clay Cooley Hyundai Dallas two months ago, and I'm still waiting for my license plates. The only information provided to me is that they're delayed. Despite calling up to five times for an update, I've received no confirmation on whether my license plate has been approved or not.Despite leaving my number five times with the assurance of a callback, I have yet to receive one. This lack of follow-up is concerning. I've repeatedly informed the dealership that my paper dealer plates are about to expire and I simply need to know if they will be sending me another or what steps to take if pulled over. Unfortunately, my temporary dealer plate has now expired, leaving me unsure of what to tell law enforcement.It's becoming apparent that Clay Cooley's customer service diminishes once the sale is finalized. Customer service extends beyond the transaction; it's about providing support and assistance even after the deal is done.Clay Cooley, it's crucial to understand the essence of customer service, which doesn't end once the paperwork is signed. Customer service is the support you offer your customers, from the moment they first contact your business to the months and years afterward. Providing good customer service means being a reliable partner to your customers, going beyond helping them troubleshoot, use, and make informed decisions about your product. Your employees may benefit from additional training in this area. Feel free to use my feedback for their annual customer service training.Questions I need answered1. Is my license plate approved or not? I have a DV plate which they will not send to you. I already have it in my possession. (Which I ve informed your employees the 5 times I called). The licensing department told me you need to change my plates to my new car. That s it. A simple transfer of car info assigned to my DV plates i already have possession of.2. Will you be sending me a new dealer temp plates for my car?3. What do I tell the police officer when they pull me over with expired plates? Do I forward the ticket to your corporate office?

I was met at my promptly after pulling up, greeted pleasantly. My service was completed in a timely manner and I was notified. When I returned to pick up my car, my service person recognized me and preceded to send for my car and escort me to checkout. Excellent!

Worst dealer we ve dealt with. We live in Austin and were interested in purchasing a vehicle from them. We agreed on the terms and when it came to financing they told us they would match my bank s rate of 6.5. They ran our credit and all was set for us to go pick up the car. Mind you I have a newborn (3 days old) that I took with me. We drove 2.5 hours signed papers, then came the financing, I got a phone notification that my credit is being run again from them day of!! I let it go, then they told us sorry we can t do 6.5 and lowest is 9.5%. After we drove 2.5 hours. After we had agreed on the 6.5% rate. I dragged my newborn out to finalize this. They are scammers!!!!

Different perspectives this time. I have not been a fan of Clay Cooley. But they purchased Bob Stallings Hyundai, so I really did not have a choice, but to go there to address an issue with my vehicle. I was told on the phone one thing, but when I got there, I was told something different. Initially, I was upset, but Adam (service employee) was very caring. He explained the complete process and why I needed to do things the way he explained it. It was for my benefit. He would check in with me periodically and assured me I would be taken care of. So, I am going to see how things play out. I guess I will consider giving them another shot.

I really recommend this place and If you are looking for a car you should ask for josue he was my sales person and he was really nice and helped us all the way with the process he went beyond all the expectations to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our new car!!he was really good at explaining to us everything about the car.And if your car needs service ask for samuel i recommend him 100% he was really polite,professional, he was always there for us! He would call to keep us updated about our car He was amazing

Jose was very knowledgeable, had a great attitude and is definitely a great salesman and people person. He knows the cars he sells extremely well and is very good at negotiating a good price for his clients. I would recommend him and Clay Cooley to anyone purchasing a new car. I know my next car will be purchased from Clay Cooley and hopefully Josue.

DO NOT waste your time if you are a cash customer. They will only sell you a trade in if you are paying cash.I had an appointment to see two specific vehicles priced between $23,000-$25,000. Instead I was shown a vehicle out of my price range and never saw the vehicles I had inquired about. This has been a scam since the moment I started dealing with Clay Cooley.They would not do business with me if I wasn't going to finance!Waste of time! Crooks and scam artists!!!!UPDATE: I wanted to keep review readers up to date regarding the Owners response to my review.I responded right away with the info they requested in an attempt to make things right. Five days later and I have not heard a thing! The response from them was only given to make readers think they had tried to do something. They DID NOT!

Called for an appointment for a diagnostic review of my car, person handling the call gave me options for Friday and Saturday. I took the Saturday appointment and asked the person, will I have to leave my car and the response was we won t know until you bring it in . I arrived today and was told it is a 5-6 day wait in line and it was first come first serve no appointment necessary. No loaners available and I do not have a spare call so there is no way I can leave it for 5-6 days minimum.You need to get your outsourced contract for your call center staffed with better trained people. Waste of my time and money. I had a horrible experience with this Clay Cooley Hyundai last Jan 2023 but thought it could be a one off, not so. I miss Bob Stallings.

Would rate less than 1 star if possible.My husband got a verified deal via TrueCar, an advertiser they work with. Sales associate called, we discussed the car, terms, pricing, and down payment accuracy from the site deal; associate verified all terms with management once verbally and twice via text at my request. When we were applying for credit, suddenly management stepped in and said they couldn't do the deal.At this point, we'd been in correspondence for 3 hours and now they wanted to raise the term rate $200/month. Per sales, Hyundai won't 'honor the rebates' because the car is a 2023 and there is a mistake with the VIN, even though if you google the VIN number it comes up with the exact car on their lot and cross matches with the VIN present on the verified deal paperwork. Very disappointed in what feels like a bait and switch technique to make a sale.I then waited for over an hour for a return call from the manager on duty but had to call the dealership myself to follow up to be told the manager 'left early'. I then asked to speak to the next manager up, Brandon, sat on hold for over 25 minutes to be told that the rebates don't apply to 2023 models and that this deal would 'lose them money' and cost him 'his job' if he approved it. Even though it had already been verified and approved by the Clay Cooley staff three times. Brandon also seemingly reprimanded me, the customer, for calling him when he told the sales associate he would call me whenever he could. Mind you, I didn't complain about being on hold once.Brandon then said he was going to 'reprimand' the sales associate for the situation to which I am the one who said that was inappropriate and if he's going to reprimand anyone it should be the sales manager who gave the associate the go ahead 3 times to approve the deal before changing the terms, then Brandon stated he was the 'only manager' there today, meaning he approved it and then tried to push it off onto someone else. Very unimpressed.

Larry was a phenomenal salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and he worked hard to get me the deal that I wanted. Josue was great!! He explained the coverage; he made sure I got a deal on the additional coverage. I walked out paying less than the payments I agreed upon. I loved my experience.

Dealship staff was good and process was very fast and quick. Only lacking part is no coordination between finance and sales. Sales team said one number for purchase and finance team put different number which is higher side. When I sales team they simply said check with finance and when I check with finance team they said we already told to sales team they forgot to tell you and apologize for that. It s kind of disappointed and dissatisfied purchase. They would compensate that difference amount. I asked them for that as well they nicely escaped stating we wish we could have but we cannot sorry. It s not expected from them and before going to showroom for purchase double checked couple of times to confirm the price but finally I ended up paying more than what we discussed. Sales team played safe game by not sharing the number anywhere in the messages or in the paper.
