This was the most professional and pleasant visit I ve ever experienced at a car shop. The Service Manager, Taylor, and his team went above and beyond to ensure that my car and I were good to go. They got me taken care of way quicker than I anticipated, provided a shuttle for me after I dropped my car off and even had it washed when I came back to pick it up. 5 stars across the board for sure. Thank you Clay Cooley Hyundai!!

Aaron was a great service advisor at this dealership! I would ask for him again. He was spot on with communication, professionalism and kindness. And I ve never seen a dealership put in an engine so fast!They are a Busy dealership too but we were told by another Hyundai dealership three months wait!!! Thank you, Aaron and Clay Cooley our family will be back!

My Ioniq 6 had a recall issue regarding a fuse! Samuel Vasquez was my service advisor. The issue was resolved in less time than expected, my car was washed and the overall experience was great. Thanks Clay Cooley Hyundai! So glad I bought my car from that dealer.

Lauren in the service department is amazing. She went out of her way to help me while my car was being repaired. She is very friendly and very attentive. I will always go to her as my service advisor.

This people have terrible business practices! They told me to go to an appointment for a diagnostic, I drove over 30 min from North Dalla, only to find out that I had to leave the car for 3 days for the diagnostic! No one told me that when the appointment was made, not only that, when I was there and talked to the service manager, he just said their call center was making the appointment to get me there, AND HE DID NOT APOLOGIZE!!! Then I went inside the dealership, and asked to talk to the general manager, they said he had just stepped out, he said he was the highest manager on site . Went talked to the "service manager" came baktold me the same thing, AND DID NOT APOeOGIZE either! I will never go to Clay Cooley ever again! Never buy Nything from them seems now a days they wNt to sell you cars but they don't want to service them. F that!

Much improved from previous years. Nice place to wait while car is being serviced. Staff is very friendly. Expect close to an hour for an oil change.
