These guys are amazing. Best customer service you could ask for. The entire team was great from start to finish, but Brandon was the main person we worked with. We were dealing with our situation from out of state. Wish these guys were local. I wouldn't take my vehicle any place else.

I just love these guys. They're very good at what they do, but also think of their job as a ministry. There's a higher purpose. They communicate well. Their shuttle service is so valuable. They're trustworthy.I think I opened it up by saying, I love these guys. I do. I love these guys.

Honest and professional!I came here to get my brake pads checked since I am planning on going on a long road trip next month. I was waiting for about an hour and they kept me updated periodically. They showed me pictures of the pads and assured me my brakes would be good for the trip, and there was no charge for checking.Other businesses may have seen it as a chance to sell me on a service I didn t need, and I really appreciate their honesty. This was my first time here since I felt my last mechanic was taking advantage of me; I ll definitely be coming back here to get my car serviced in the future.

Everything was very efficient, but what I liked best is that they were not pushy to upsell services. Not only with me, but as I sat in the waiting room, I overheard three or four conversations or phone calls with customers where either requested services were explained as not being necessary at the moment or when the requested expensive service was expected by the mechanic to be covered under factory warranty. In that conversation, the mechanic called to the dealer, gave the service department the details of the vehicle and confirmed it was covered. The mechanic then recommended to the customer to take it to the dealer to save money. The service would likely have been in the multiple thousands, as it involved some kind of required rebuild of something in the drivetrain. That, alone, impressed me.

I am super impressed with CB. I had my brake pads and rotors changed in Tulsa in mid January. They continued to squeak every time I would brake for two weeks, regardless of the weather. Tulsa told me to have the Dallas branch look since I just moved to Dallas, and I brought it in for them to inspect. They of course heard nothing, but when I left I heard the squeak so I turned around and went back. I was told to watch it over a few weeks. So I called the Dallas branch in mid February and told them it was still under warranty and the issue was still there and I wanted to have them look again. I got a call from the Tulsa office right have that call and was told CB would just replace all the parts since it was under warranty still. So I brought it in last week (6 wks after they were first replaced) and they changed out the parts and were very accommodating and so far I have heard no squeaking!

This is the most trustworthy place in the metroplex. They take the time to explain everything to you and show you photos so that you can understand exactly what s going on with your vehicle. They save me from spending a lot of money on a lemon car!

Loved it! Took my car early morning, they gave me a ride to work. Called me right before lunch that it was ready. They picked me up and I picked up my car! That simple! Hot coffee and granola bars were appreciated!

Today I had a great experience using Christian brothers for the first time. I can tell you that they are completely honest. They are not out to screw people over like some mechanic shops and just to make a dollar. I definitely will use them in the future.!

The gentlemen who helped me really made my experience worthwhile. I still need to get their yelp and google review up but I will! The damage on the car was my mistake and they never made me feel stupid for it. They were understanding, listened, and although due to my past experience with car shops I was paranoid about possibly being taken to the cleaners but they were able to work with me and understood my plight and to my amazement the price was way less then what was quoted! Even my father was impressed at the service. They picked me up and dropped me back home and when they couldn t, they sent an Uber. The service and customer care is at CB is at an unbelievable level! I was super skeptical about the name Christian Brothers because sometimes ppl use that as a cover to lower customer defenses just to gouge their wallets later but this company MADE ME PROUD TO BE A CHRISTIAN!As you can see they did some serious work I m on my car and they even had someone bring me in to show me and explained to me what they were doing. As a woman I NEVER felt talked down to, or disrespected! I will definitely using this shop again for future repairs, as I can honestly say, I trust them completely. Great work! The car now works perfectly and there are no more scary glitches and electrical flashes. They even had a warranty on their work for peace of mind. I will be recommending them everywhere!Joey, Tyler, Brandon, and I can t remember the other man s name (I wrote it on my receipt but it s back at my Apt) thank you, thank you THANK YOU!! I love their lounge area and that they take pics to prove what they did and what condition things are in. I will be sure to get my car serviced here anytime im visiting Dallas. Apparently my local place had incorrectly placed the air filter and damaged it too.

Came here to get a second opinion after a dealership wanted to charge me a lot of money for a repair. Christian Brothers had a much more reasonable quote so we took my car there instead. Christian Brothers inspection determined I didn t need as much repair as the dealership initially thought so my total cost was 1/4th of what the dealership initially wanted to charge. Customer service was excellent - super friendly staff!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had a fuel rail sensor go out, already did the diag myself. Brought it in because I liked the work and professionalism they had before. But this time around I felt like I got robbed! Diag was already a lot so I understand that just with other rates in the area but the labor and cost for a small piece of plastic that takes two bolts all together ends up costing me over $600 ? Even with the military/veteran discount it just doesn t seem to sit well with me especially when it could take an average Joe with a ratchet less than 45 seconds to install. Very disappointed with the service. Only reason I m not giving one star is because of how the front desk man act. Polite and professional. Don t think I ll be coming back here anytime soon though.Service: Electrical repair

AVOID AT ALL COSTS . Let me start this review by stating I had patronized this shop several times out of convenience NOT REQUIRMENT! I can take my vehicle to any shop with the type of warranty that I have. I visited 12/21/2023 to drop off my car for what appeared to be a dual blend door issue possibly . The representative by the name of Tyler was considerably unprofessional and lacking customer service skills. I had already dropped my car off and was awaiting my ride home when I was told step outside due to my cologne choice . I had on a oud which most mistake for other fragrances. I would have respected Tyler more had he pulled me to the side and we could have resolved the matter then . Instead he was loud and disrespectful with making such remarks in front of the 2 customers that were present . I politely asked for my keys back and went to another shop who values my service and patronage . Please keep in mind it was raining cats and dogs and freezing . I was beyond shocked and disgusted with the lack of professionalism . I should have learned from past failed diagnosis and multiple reworks with them they they were lacking significantly in multiple areas . AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE !!

This was my 2nd alignment services and I must say it was a truly positive experience from start to finish. I worked at the shop and the service was completed within an impressive 1.5 hours. A special shoutout goes to Tyler, who provided exceptional service throughout the process. I had an amazing experience with their customer service! They were consistently keeping me informed, and they never showed any frustration when I called to check on the progress. My truck was at their facility for about 2-3 weeks, and I must say, they are genuinely wonderful people. Throughout the process, I primarily dealt with Tyler, who was incredibly knowledgeable and maintained a high level of professionalism. I truly value everything they did for me and how they managed to make this repair experience as pleasant as possible, despite the challenges of fixing a vehicle.

Decent service but the oil change is way too expensive, it cost me three times of what I usually pay. Also, I wanted to do a general inspection to going out for a trip, they took forever, they did a very simple check and very expensive.

Went there for a brake job and a bunch of other maintenance items. Overall a good experience. They treat customers pretty well I d say but the only thing I d have to complain about is the parts they used. I have a 2011 335i and I had to get my brakes replaced not even after a year of having the new brakes and rotors. They used textar pads which cause really excessive wear and symptoms of warped rotors. Only thing that didn t sit right with me after is the fact that they claimed those were the best aftermarket brake pads and I still needed to replace them after a yearService: Brakes

Great mechanics and honest. I brought in my pickup which cranked when I try starting it but wouldn't run and they diagnosed the issue being the ECM. I replaced it myself and now my truck is running again.They also dropped me off and picked me up between services free of charge.All in all it was a great experience and I highly recommend these guys.

Have been going to Christian Brothers north Dallas for my oil changes when in town and have always had excellent service. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and I m in and out in a reasonable time. Never a hard sell to add on services but full point inspections let me know what to plan for with additional needs. Great service. They were able to shuttle us home, so our day wasn't interrupted. They were up front about the cost of repairs and services. Our car was finished that day. We are very pleased with their service. If needed in the future we will take our car back to them.
